I
recently
visited
Al-Haaj
Akhtar
and
had
a
terrible
experience.
The
food
was
not
as
ordered,
the
service
was
terrible,
and
the
staff
was
dishonest.
Upon
arriving
at
the
restaurant,
I
placed
an
order
for
three
dishes,
but
after
waiting
for
10
minutes,
the
server
informed
me
that
they
had
run
out
of
meat
for
one
of
the
dishes.
This
was
very
disappointing
as
it
was
a
dish
that
I
was
particularly
looking
forward
to
trying.
The
second
dish
was
also
not
cooked
properly,
it
was
undercooked,
and
inedible.
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
server,
but
they
seemed
uninterested
in
resolving
the
issue.
Instead
of
offering
to
cook
the
dish
properly
or
offering
any
compensation,
they
gave
me
another
dish
without
even
consulting
with
me.
I
found
out
later
that
the
dish
they
gave
me
cost
less
than
the
dish
I
originally
ordered,
but
they
charged
me
for
the
dish
that
was
higher.
This
was
very
dishonest
and
it
made
me
feel
like
I
was
being
taken
advantage
of.
Also
it
was
very
poor
handling
of
the
situation,
and
it
made
me
feel
like
my
concerns
were
not
being
taken
seriously.
Furthermore,
the
staff
was
very
unaccommodating.
They
seemed
to
be
bothered
by
my
complaints
and
seemed
to
have
no
interest
in
providing
good
service.
The
attitude
of
the
staff
was
unprofessional
and
made
me
feel
uncomfortable.
I
would
not
recommend
this
restaurant
to
anyone
due
to
the
poor
food,
terrible
service,
and
dishonest
staff.
It
was
a
complete
waste
of
time
and
money.
It
was
a
very
unpleasant
experience
and
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
restaurant.
