Wouldn't give a single star if possible. If anyone wants to ruin their lives mentally and physically they should go to this centre. They are frauds and treat human beings like street dogs. They are so mad after your money and it's all they care about. Please please do not make the same mistake that we made and suffered so badly that for a simple case they made us think we'll never be able to conceive. Went into depression. May Allah have his wrath on such heart less people. How do they even sleep at night?

After sale service is not good, e.g. post ivf or iui, they dont listen their patient and don't discuss the reason of fail or pass results. I had a fail ivf and I approached them through email and phone with no response. I left my job and I was in karachi for 2 months just for my ivf treatment, I traveled after 1 week of my e.t, after 3 weeks of my embrYo transfer I went for blood test and got negative hcg. I was in depression, and even they did not show me my embryo picture, did not discuss what went wrong or what was the reason of that misfortune. I spent almost 4000 usd for my treatment there. They earned millions in a month and don't have live chat option available in their web to get proper information before visiting them, whenever we call them for information they always intend to visit us personally on their center. I approached several indian and other fertility center through email and they did a good psychological and emotional support via email to get rid off my trauma, they always read my reports and replied each report while I did not gave them any single penny , they shared some natural and some medical way to overcome my fertility issues, they suggested me to take thyroid medicine and if I overcome my antibodies I can conceive naturally, they also suggested some medicine to improve my husband motility, right now his motility is 40%. I pray may pakistan adopt the same professional and marketing approach like indian or other center in the world. These days I am thinking for another try but for iui, and looking for an option in India or Pakistan

Worst place..money making.. they aint professionals.. No proper guidance nothing.. they dont tell you till end how much eggs fertilised and how much survived to blastocyst during ivf treatment... They said i have fragile egg syndrome and my eggs burst and that was my horrible dream... Frauds... Alhamdullilah conceived from some other center and i have no such syndrome... They refer you to their non professional doctors who play with your life... Worst frauds...

Worst experience ever... no proper appointments given.Not satisfied with Dr. Batool, after lots of lots of test she said I don't know the issue go to another doctor after wasting my time and money.. they are not professional.. So far good experience. Improvement needed are: i. Couples shall be informed what are controls at lab to protect embryo from embryo of others; ii. Cash counter and injection receipt counter is same and only 1 staff member is assigned which sometimes creates huge rush

This place is a zoo i would not recommend this place such a bad bad experience doctors don’t ever listen to you their is a doctors they bring their kids while you pay a lot they are talking to their kids like you are not their unprofessional they charge me for ivf it was failed like so many people i see thier they just making money successfull rate is very low doctor only see me once after that only nurses noone pic up the call they give you what’s app but if you have an emergency they don’t reply before at least three days or you have to go thier bad bad service

Having my ICSI treatment done from here. Doctors and staff, all of them are super helpful. And explains each and every process before starting. Had a bit of problem where they ask me if I want to continue with the treatment or not, that is instead of money grabbing, they are actually concerned about the wellbeing of their patients. Highly recommended. May Allah bless and reward them , and also all the patients going there.

they need to improve their system , as patients waited 3 hrs despite prior appointment . this is not an emergency hospital so 3 hrs waiting time is not defendable in any case . i hope they will ponder and take necessary actions to improve

I will give you an advice, who comes to you at first time do not lie to them, tell the truth. Because Dr. Wajia lied to us Because let them know all the reports of my wife, yet they made us do tests for 26 thousand And they said you will have IUI. but when i went to dr salma batool they refused.He said that your report is not correct and Dr. Whajia knew this. Because I had got my old report checked by Dr. Whajia before new report. will tell everyone that whoever visits them, first of all ask them that there is no lie behind what you are reporting and advising us. Cause it's making money and nothing else because they took 30 thousand from me just to talk for 10 minutes

Overall good but holding of Administrative Meetings during OPD Hours is not good. Because in this way patients are compelled to wait for long despite coming earlier in morning. Need to be mended as soon as possible.

they waste the time of patients they gave appointment of 12 pm but the doctor didn't came even at 1 pm the appointment was taken couple of days ago . also inside the institute , Internet doesn't work, when asked for wifi connection , they connected it but it was also not working .

The consultations, doctors, staff nurses, paramedical staff and domestic staffs are full trained. All staff members provide excellent service to the patients. They maintain privacy and dignity of patients and relative of patients. The centre has well equipped with modern technology. The central has built in good location.they provide interpreters when some require assistance.the price of laboratories services and ivf are reasonable .they are good record keeping of patients via computer.I will recommend to use this centre for infertility and treatment.

Not satisfied today we visited there wait for the dr dr uzma for atleat 5 hours but dr gave only 3 minutes. And dr talk very roudly just lile a government hospital.

My overall experience with the center was too good the staff was so cooperative and helpful .. the doctors attended every patient very well and explain everything and every question very patiently ... I am so satisfied with the atmosphere and behavior of every single person from the nursing staff to doctors ... highly recommended to everyone

Australian Concept have the best doctors that i have had personal experience with. The nurses 😍 love them they done a great job when i needed them, me and my Aunty (Pupho) never had a problem and in one go i became pregnant which im thankful for to Allah. The nursers in the clinic did help me understand my procedure, and few of the doctors ofcourse understandable not all the time as they were overwhelmed with patients and their own life. I am in my 3rd trimester now Alhumduillah. The waiting time did annoy me most of the time so getting their early was important. I have recommended this clinic to a lot of people in London and Pakistan.

All Medical and Para-Medical staff are well qualified, cooprative and humble. The reception staff members are very helpful and courteous. Other staff also cooperate. Pharmacy staff need training sessions. I especially appreciate the housekeeping staff. I would like to appreciate to administration of Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Karachi to provide a well manage medical facility to infertility patients.

Hi, my name is Merry, I have undergone IVF from Australian concept, Aiman ​​Shahzad is not like this, no positive has happened here, I have a 12 year old son from the treatment here, of course it is in the hands of Almighty Allah but Australian people. b rol hy is me. IVF ratio is 30-35% in the world. InshaAllah, whoever gives Nawaz to someone who becomes negative in the 1st time will be given Nawaz in the 2nd time.
