Came here for some tea and parathas for dinner. Had a great experience. Service was very good and the staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely be back, highly recommend this place.

The pizza at Chai Shai, located in Clifton, is quite flavorful, aromatic, and freshly prepared. A medium-sized pizza can satisfy a single person's appetite, while it can be shared between two people if they have smaller appetites. The outdoor seating area also offers a pleasant ambiance for dining.

Food taste is good but i visited their kitchen it was a mess. Smelling so bad. Never gonna order them again.

They have delicious yummiest Parathas with 7 variation of filling with choice of tea available. Perfect for time out with friends and family.

Open sitting available and also serve in car. Open till late night.

Chai Shai offers a familiar chai cafe experience with a menu similar to others in the area. The green tea during my last visit had an unusual color, which was off-putting. However, the rest of the food was satisfactory. The waitstaff is courteous, but prices are on the higher side. I tend to avoid weekends due to the bustling crowd in the commercial area.

Tea Loves must visit this place, Quality Fastfood and Desi parathas (Huge variety). Environment is also good 👍

A very serene place to sit at and chill and share your anecdotes with your friends or family, leaving all the stress out and enjoy a ton of different type of teas and coffees as well as parathas. There are no parking issues as there's a lot of space, remains open till late midnight.

Simply love it ❤. Of course chai is the best part of chai shai as name shows, but they have plenty of items which are worth to try, like we have tried banana nutealla paratha and bun kabab, both were impressive. But I would like to mention about bun kabab, ufff the bun/bread they used was too fresh super soft, I really love that. At the end there was chai which was best. Highly recommended

It's a cosy place where you can have good tea options and place usually get crowed after 6 pm. People come here to sit casually to get together.

Nice place for friends gathering in night . Can enjoy with tea and paratha ... rates are high. Chai only 90 rs But overall is good place for family and friends

Experience large and unique varieties of Paratha/ Chai

A casual place to sit outdoor and enjoy the weather. Situated in a posh neighborhood which is quite safe even if visiting very late at night. The service is good and the staff is very friendly. The tea options are quite similar to any other tea café in the city and nothing out of the ordinary. The parathas and naans taste good but nothing special. The price matches the restaurants available in the vicinity. Would recommend this place if you want to hang out and get snacks. Not preferable if you’re feeling hungry and would like to have a proper meal.

A nice cozy space (away from the hustle bustle of the city) for a luddo + good tea specially with your family. Service can take a bit longer though.

Tried Chai Shai Restaurant and Cafe ka tikka yesterday and i must say it was a delight. The chicken was succulent and perfectly cooked with slight crispiness on the edges. The blend of spice and flavour was balanced. Recommended - 8/10

Over priced, over rated. It's like sitting on a road and drinking poorly made and poor taste tea. Dhabba ki chae is better than this. Don't go here

Cafe chai shai this place is unique and splendid! I love the ambiance of sitting outside and enjoying the weather, the hospitable service and the delicious variety of food and drinks. I enjoy coming here with my friends and family. There is always a pleasurable vibe!

Worst tea and quite expensive!

Tried Zinger Burger at Chai Shai a couple of days ago. The overall taste was good and the patty was cooked in fresh oil. But, the only problem about the patty was that it wasn't fully cooked and required a bit more time to get perfectly ripe. I would rate it a good place for Baithak for youngsters. Give it a try in your gatherings, you'll enjoy it.

Ordered Pizza, Chicken Cheese and Mexican Parathas in addition to Twist Naan and Club Sandwich. Best one was Twist Naan. Taste = 4.5/5 Service = 4/5 Ambiance = 2/5 Price = 4/5

In Budget. Roadside. Decent quality. Well, this BBQ Thaali is good value for money. Reshmi Kabab, Malai Boti, Chullu Kabab, Chicken Ginger, 2 Parathas and 2 Drinks for 700 only. I personally feel that their service was much better till a year or so back. Their staff needs to be active and present-minded, they really need some basic training if they wish to do well in future as there’s huge competition on Chota Bukhari.

First time at this sort of place , chai culture is being popular in Karachi. Many tiny places or spots everywhere which serve amazing Tea , this place was at Bukhari Commercial just beside chai wala , Ordered Karak and elaichi chai. Karak was the best one i had in many days !

The tea was awesome, the breads were awesome but they put too Chaat masala on their fries, cut down on the Chaat masala...

Juice was so taste less and 'lacha paratha' doesn't have lacha in it.

Their food and tea is good. A lot of people come there to spend time with their friends and family, they have two areas, one for just guys and one specifically for family. So far have tried their fries, pizza and burger and they have been on point. A good place to chill and play board games. Would definitely recommend

It was great service with nice atmosphere

Chai Shai is a good place to sit if you're a tea addict and you look to have a cup with your friends after you've had dinner. It's an open space cafe. Service is quick. Ample parking space is available. However, watch out if you plan to visit on a weekend. The area is crowded with cafes and so, you may face parking issues.

Chai Shai is wellknown for Chai And Partha but its very expensive located at DHA near Sea View, family environment, there pizza partha and BBQ partha and Nuetla partha is very famous, luddo also Available for play and wnjoy your time.

This place in DHA phase 6 Karachi is a blessing for foodies. Best Pizza Paratha in town. Famous among youngsters and families. Outdoor sitting environment isn't well maintained but not that bad. Staff is not well trained that's why service is not up to the par. Moderate and affordable food menu with great taste. A kind of upgraded dhabba arrangement. Sitting area as well as restroom/washroom should be upgraded for better customer service.

Utterly disappointed. Third class ice-cream shake and the brownie shake was made of burnt chocolate/brownie. The fruit chart consisted of apple, peach and i guess two strawberries. Damage 550.

Tea and paratha is not good kindly make good quality products. Environment is good.

Loved the naan filled with with so many tasty mixtures... and if you go there try just not parathas as my point of view :)

I usually take tea at this place as this is the best among available tea cafe on walking distance from my apartment. Their service is quick, but i don't like anything for eating except their tea. The sitting area is enough but very poor quality of plastic chairs which are never cleaned. Beside that the street massager and street beggars annoy too much.

Grapefruit juice was stale. Tea cup lid was loose and it spilled out in the car holder. Never going there ever again!

Lovely, tea

Loved the ambiance and the fact that it was not so crowded, maybe it was earlier than usual. Plus the choices in teas and parathas, you have to go here on an empty stomach, coz you can't only have tea and no parathas.

Not recommended. Overpriced and overcrowded, the place relies almost solely on their brand name. There's isn't much value being provided here with your token menu items costing twice to quadruple the rates at better venues nearby. The service is always late and their 'speciality' menu items don't feel too special either.

Very nice place for the night

All reviews are for tea and chicken creamy naan. It was my first experience of chicken crispy naan and it was very delicious. Environment is very healthy and service is excellent.
