Went there with one of my friend, few weeks back. Alhumdulillah had a great 👍🏼 experience. Their burgers were tasty 😋 & juicy.

This was my first experience in OMG. I can say that the Mushroom sauce burger I loved the most. At first sight, I thought "Burgers kaafi chote hain matlab I can eat 2 person deal lol" but when it came to try' the burgers then I must say "burgers k size pe mt jana feeling of fullness ek khaa k hi agyi thi. Overall experience was good especially their service.

Here's my review of Oh My Grill along with attached images: Service: Approximately 30 minutes after placing our order, Oh My Grill called to inform us that due to a power outage in their area, they hadn't received our order. Surprisingly, they offered us an extra Loaded Chicken Beast Fries as a goodwill gesture. Now, that's top-notch customer service! Delivery Time: After confirmation, the order was delivered in about 25 minutes. Loaded Chicken Beast Fries (PKR 706): Small package, big explosion! One of the best Loaded Fries I've ever tasted. The chicken was outstanding! Spicy Chipotle (Grilled) (PKR 1045): A delicious and satisfying burger, but the downside was that Oh My Grill forgot to include the sautéed onions. As a fan of onions in my burger, this was quite disappointing and somewhat marred the experience. Additionally, the burger was overloaded with jalapenos and chipotle peppers. I've included a picture below for reference. All Star Spicy (PKR 765): Highly recommended! It's slightly smaller than the Spicy Chipotle, but it surpasses it in terms of flavor.

Visited during Ramadan. They served dates(Free).✅ Service was quick and waiters had a positive attitude. ✅ Food didn't take too long to be prepared.✅ Food portions were way too small in comparison with the prices.❌ Environment wasn't too pleasant and welcoming.❌ Even condiment prices were high.❌

Swiss Mushroom Burger with Emmenthal was just average in taste. French Fries was not as used to be here. Dark and old kind of. No Can Soda. Cheap plastic bottles Soda in price of Can Soda. Reachability : Just on the road. Courtesy : staff was courteous and female staff(maybe manager) was better in satisfying customer in decent manner. Pricing : a bit of expensive side. Air conditioners not working. Bad lighting. Debit / Credit Card machine not working. Asked for 2 items on the menu but they didn't have them. Ordered the remaining burger from the menu and fries. The fries were not fully cooked. Won't mistake going there again.

I recently tried the Spicy Crispy chicken burger and the crispy beef bacon burger. The taste was good. Bacon was overcooked. However, I was also a bit disappointed with the portion size. The burgers were on the small side, especially considering the price. They didn't have any meals, so we had to order the fries and drinks separately.

Always heard that OMG serves the best burgers in Karachi. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste here. The food was great! Can easily compete with any international chain that serves gourmet beef burgers! Please do try! The only issue I faced was that their card machine wasn’t working.

Absolutely disappointed at this restaurant, it was over hype, I ordered different items, mushroom melt burger, the texture of the bun and meat was good, it was missing that taste and flavor, fries were good and crispy, but the wings , astagfirullah , absolutely disgusting, first I got preheated ones and they were cold and did not taste good, then had the audacity to get me burnt ones , I'm serious and the guy who made it said that it was a bit cooked , so I took a napkin and had to wipe off the sauce in order to show them that it's burnt and heck there was so flavor in the sauce either. Atmosphere was baaaaaaad, the chairs were uncomfortable, place was hot, messy. They had no loaded fries, NO desserts at all! Overall if you really want to eat from this place then just get the fries or try a different location!

It has been a favorite place since their beef burgers are awesome. Swiss mushroom melt and Gouda burger are my favorite. My recent visit was however disappointing. Their Beef patty used to be 250g(gormet) and 150g(classic) which now is 200g and 100g. Thats very disappointing for an eatry which is famous for its taste and quantity. Unfortunately they have incresed their prices way too much and also lowered the quantity. Taste is still good, but paying 1200+ for a burger and still left a bit hungry is very sad

These were the best burgers I have ever eaten. Wonderful!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting as well! Overall, a great experience.

Very local looking restaurant or should i even call it a restaurant. Though their burger is very tasty. Order Chicken Chipotle and Spicy Gourmet and both were tasty. Waiting time was more than 20 min though it was not crowded. 3 stars for burger only.

Place is cool for burger lovers .. tried their mushroom melt and jalapeno chuck .. staff was friendly and place was clean . Didn’t like the taste of mushroom melt but jalapeno stuck was good . 550 per burger was a bit high as compared to size and quantity..

Literally the best burger joint in all of Karachi! The pics are of their swiss mushroom melt gourmet burger Edit: visited again in Nov 2021 and the service and quality of food was excellent. A big shout out to Shagufta for making our visit just as pleasant!

Everything was out of place from the serving staff to the quality of food... Ultimately the outlet will close down if they continue to deliver like this and reason will become pandemic days. Focus on Quality of Food & Service and for that train your GRO Kiran Fatima

We wanted to give farewell to our colleague, it was our worst decision to opt for OH MY Grill, we reached there at lunch time the place was empty with one family sitting . We were 15 persons and wanted to sit together, first the staff was reluctant to open AC , the air curtain was so noisy we asked to turn it off. Furniture was in bad condition, the staff was in so much confusion as if they never handled this big order. They messed up our order. There were no cold drinks in fridge , they had to get from outside. The sauce in fries was expired and was smelly , we asked to replace it and they did. Their so called signature mushroom beef burger was not fresh at all, bland taste. Steak and cheese was not available. Their nets in which burgers were served were so oily that it seemed thy never clean it. Cherry on top even the card was not working and we had to get cash from ATM. Overall worst burger , place and mismanaged staff. Ambiance zero Taste zero Value for money zero Service zero

Wondering why this place is empty and now i get it. They charge such a hefty cost for below average oily food and their washroom isn't even usable. Plus they ask to write good reviews on Facebook in exchange for free Loaded Fries. Oh My Grill please do some better customer service and earn your reviews rather than bribing for good reviews.

This is my first time trying their bahadurabad branch since their gulshan branch is closed permanently. So first things first. The ambiance isn't that good but it's not bad either. It gives you an old restaurant vibe but it was clean. You won't find anything messy but it's just that it wasn't a fine dine sort of place. Second, the service was good with less staff but experienced ones. Their pos machine wasn't working which is a no for such an eatery. The most important, taste. Taste was really really good. Although I'm not a beef lover but their beef Burger was amazing. Optimal sauces with heavy patty is worth the amount. Overall, loved the taste.

If you love burgers than OMG is the place you wanna visit... 😋. Best burgers in karachi..!

Same petty for different burgers. Lack of sauces. Sitting chairs are uncomfortable. Too much oily burgers instead of saucy. Hope to see betterment in next visits.

Han an excellent foodie experience at OMG Bahadurabad branch....I ordered steak cheese burger and it was so juicy and delicious with perfect blend of right spices...Highly recommemded place!

After hearing a lot of good reviews about Oh my grill, I decided to give it a try and it lived up to my expectations. The burgers were juicy and flavourful. The patty was seasoned to perfection. Moreover, they were generous with the sauces. All in all, highly recommend. I would revisit soon.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Burgers are completely up to the mark, we had tried their Gouda Bacon Cheeseburger , Classic Beef , English Cheddar Beef and they all are extremely delicious, honestly i never had tried that taste anywhere in Karachi. and also one of our friend tried Grilled Dijon Chicken, that are below average and not up to the mark. i think they need to improve the taste. So in the end for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

My first time here and I tried Gouda Burger and to be honest, I think OMG is the second best burger house in town, competition with my all time favorite Mr. Burger

We went to omg today and we enjoyed the burgers. The taste was amazing and were served by Michael who tried his best to serve us. The only drawback was the absence of iced teas.

This is the worst dine in place. The place was dirty. Tables were really nasty and dirty. The floor was never mopped as there was so much dust all over. Even the walls and glass walls were dirtiest. Moreover, there was no water in the washrooms. I asked to wash my hands and they provided a glass of water for that. Its a big question that since there was no water, how the kitchen was working and how the employees were working without washing hands or utensils. I asked for the kids menu (nuggets, fries and slice juice), they said its not available. But if you want to buy chicken nuggets, fries and slice juice seperately, its available (for higher price than kids menu). Whats the logic behind it.. The manager was roaming around, then sat with a female employee on the table and started chatting casually. There was no security guard on the door. After every few minutes, beggers and flower sellers were entering the restaurant and annoying the customers, yes in the presence of the manager. About the food, i would give my honest opinion, that it was delicious. We ordere two beef burgers which were good. The saucy fries were over spicy. The menu is good but overpriced as compared to the product they are offering. Anyways, i am never going there with my family.

Oh my grill has literally the best burgers in town esp the sliders. Been waiting for their burgers since a while and they were amazing. ✨ The ambiance was pretty bland thou they can surely work on their furniture and lighting but food was amazing.

Ordered mushroom melt from bahadurabad branch yesterday and it was beyond my expectations. Every bite was so mouthwatering even though the burger was cold but juicy beef pattie made my day. Their customer service is impressive and I'm proud to be a regular customer of oh my grill 🥂🥩🤤
