😠 Worst hospital ever. Had been here yesterday for an emergency. They are so pathetic. Staffs are highly trained to grab money from people and talk business rather than focusing on saving the patient. Pt went there for hemarroids pain and bleed, for which they have advised ventilator, Nonsense! Money... People often mention hospital, staff, good, care, Santosh, doctor, patient, experience, Hospital, doctors,

Staffs are highly trained to grab money from people and talk business rather than focusing on saving the patient. Pt went there for hemarroids pain and bleed, for which they have advised ventilator, Nonsense! Money money money money only money is what they spoke without even giving an injection for pain or to stop blood. All they said was pay 40k security deposit to even touch the patient for basic stabilization. I request the Indian Medical Council to kindly look into this and better close the hospital. Because it's not worth to be called as "Medical Service" Horrible. Never go. Never

Had a great experience with dietician Ayesha , she is very sweet and explains in detail how to go about the diet with a handy sample menu so that we don't miss on anything . Dietician Ayesha does care of every meal need as per Patients requirements and is very approachable.

I am new in bangalore .so I don't know it's common or not. I just visited this hospital today afternoon and paid 500 as consultation..there was no changes on my baby condition i again visited around 8.30pm today. The doctor who consulted was not ready to attend since he was telling his duty time was over...again I paid another 400 to see another doctor..within a half day 900 as consultation changes for a baby.. not only money the emergency situation the response from reception without considering a child situation.

Service is very bad, money minded docs and staff. My brother had low hemoglobin levels, we went to santosh hospital, without knowing any details about patients they admited him to ICU and treated him, they were not providing any details on the procedure they r following or the patient status neither the test results. They kept him in ICU for 4 days and treated nothing. After that moved to ward and did nothing for 2 days but the bill came up to lakhs, pathetic. Never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you and ur family need to be safe, then plz don't visit this hospital.

Santosh Hospital has lost his honour and have become an unprofessional hospital through years with 100 lies behind one prescription/consultant. Doctor's try new technique and procedures by watching online channel rather than attending live practice section. Which makes the needy or patient suffer more then getting heal and cure. Help yourself by avoiding to visit Santosh Hospital. Thank you.

Dr. Indra Rao is not capable of treating patients. I don't blame her it may be because of her age. She is very old and I don't think she cares what she is doing. I had very bad experience with her on 16th Jan 2020 where she miss treated my wife and was trying to cover her mistake. I believe it's hospital management fault to have such a elderly person treat patients and taking chances with patients life. I will never consult her again and recommend others to do the same as it is matter of life. Her single mistake may change your life. #Besafe

Had a horrible experience recently. One of the Sr. most general physician makes the patient stand while checking the chest congestion and is so particular that maintains a distance while treating the patient as if the patient is chronic ill and might affect him.. why should such doctor be practising first of all? How can any Dr. Who cannot connect well treat the patient with empathy.. charging 900/- in ward for not even 90 secs? Secondly, some of the nurses are so rude, doesn’t even bother to come and do the regular activity. Pls work on your basics and ensure that patient care is given at-most importance and the give preference to you billing.

This hospital saved my mother.. i rushed her during an emergency when she was not breathing . Due to the quick and accurate assessment of my mother's condition they were able to detect her heart failure also pneumonia causing all issues. Then in 5days they got her back to normal. She out out of ICU but in post critical care . I'm thankful to Doctor Santhosh for his personal care and monitoring also the ICU and post care staff... Now my family has shifted to santhosh hospital for complete family care.

I visited this hospital for the first time and the staff are of assisting nature. I have observed they reply to queries in a acceptable manner. The hospital is maintained well except in few areas where people are seen crowded and absence of staff to guide and control people. Overall, a good facility with staff supporting you as required.

Great hospital. Very much neat and clean. Everybody is so warm and friendly. Felt like a home rather than a hospital. Have been to so many hospitals like manipal apollo etc but staffs were sometimes rude and odd behaving but here everyone is so affectionate. Billing process was speedy. First time being to a hospital and liking the atmosphere 😊But the only drawback is the inexperienced nurses. Don’t even know how to treat patients well. But doctors and other staffs are so kind and supportive. Please train your nurses well .

Avaricious! No humanity, no mankind, on the whole "Money minded DEVILS πŸ‘Ώ" Unprofessional staffs. Whoever comes they are doing business to use their ventilator and ICU services. I am astonished how such a hospital is still there in the city. There is no doubt that patients dont survive here. They are extremely well trained to cheat people and grasp money. Pls never go here, our humble request to the public. Emergency dept is pathetic they don't know what is the value of a life. Shameless creatures and management

Had visited hospital on 2 instance and both of which clearly indicated the hospital wants to loot people and keep the patient within hospital for financial benefits. They initiate the treatment only after getting a scan from their sontosh diagnostic center and once they make a minimum margin of profit from a single patient then they proceed.

From all the doctors I've been to, Dr asha Iyer came across as rude and mean. Her tone was loud and harsh to me and my mom when we told her we couldnt do some tests. There's a way to put your words across and help us to understand why something is important but she chucked attitude and seemed to care less about my health and prescribed something without explaining why i needed those medicines and when i need to take them. Only after i asked her she sighed and gave a vague answer. I wonder if this is how she treats all her patients? And to top it all off she comes late to the hospital and expects us to deal with her rude behaviour or mood swings. My husband and I have reached out to santosh hospital management staff and I'm going to deal with you in a cordial manner unlike you who acted quite immature and uncivilised.

One of worst hospitals ever. The doctor told me that i will have to go through a long list of tests and take an injections which was costing 40K. They suggested i need to stay under observation one night. This all started after they came to know i work fro IT and i have insurance. My friend suggested to take a second consultation and we went to different hospital where they diagnosed the issue to gastric. Please refrain from going to this hospital and never mention insurance. What kind of looting machine.

Typical old school hospital ... Decent healthcare service here ..... I went here recently fo my newborn's blood tests, they took the baby away for sometime inside a room to extract blood.. I didn't feel that practice is right, it made me feel very insecure... The way the nurses were lifting the baby was also not good... I didn't like that thing about the hospital.. I think times have changed and it's high time Santhosh also stops being so old school.

I was asked at the recipiention to give 5 rating and good review about the hospital. I had been there for a covid antigen and for vaccination the cost for covid antigen is rs 1350 and I did not get the report just a hand written note on the bill as negative. And the lady doctor in the lab needs to be trained on how to speak to people who come to give test sample. Same covid test in CMI Aster is rs 400 with the report.

I have had the worst experience from Santosh hospital. Doctors here will scare you to death. I had abscess which had to be cleared with a surgery but they scared us to death as if it's a very major operation and as if it's a rare case that's happened to me. After taking 2nd and 3rd opinion from other hospitals I got to know that this surgery is not as major as Santosh hospital doctors had described. If Google allows i would not even rate 1star for this hospital as its only focus is to loot money from patients. Do one thing change the hospital name from SANTOSH HOSPITAL to MONEY LOOTING HOSPITAL. You'll don't have the motive to cure people but to scare them to death and take all the money possible. Also to top it they have started with something as Santosh health card with some discounts on pharmacy and bills but I don't find it as any benifit but just a scam to take more money. I also don't understand the concept of registration fee. Even if the patient is old and if they have to visit a new doctor they have to pay the registration fee. So it's like if you have 30 doctors and if a patient has to visit them all so they have to pay registration fee for every single doctor they visit. Whereas you have all the details of the patient but still why registration fee I find no logic to it. Change your motive and way of treating patients.

I have been skeptical in getting my implant done as I had researched quite a lot on the best available implants also I was quite specific on getting it done with a Prosthodontist rather than going to just any random place. This is when I got to know about Dr.Sheetal from Santosh Dental Care and I can say I was quite contented with their service and treatment. The doctor gave a clarity about the procedure , costing and the options of implant etc. I believe a thorough explanation and giving a clarity itself is enough for a person to feel secured. The clinic is well kept and they maintain high hygiene standards too. I would highly recommend this dental clinic as it doesn’t focus only on the concern u take to them but it’s about the overall dental care.

The doctors are good, skilled, experienced. The hospital is clean, food decent. But the management is a hard core money monger. The staff is OK, being a learning hospital the junior staff is employed every where, senior come only after an escalation. The pharmacy sells medicine on MRP!!! So if you plan to admit here, be alert on the pharamacy bills, instead buy prescribed medicine yourself. They will give you a 10% off.

Worst hospital to go for in case of an emergency. I took my grandmother when she fell down and hit her head. Her pressure was on the higher side and the doctors were insisting on admission for a day or two. When we asked them to give some medication to reduce the pressure and monitor for an hour , they denied telling that treatment will be given only if you are willing to admit. We literally begged to give her treatment but three doctors denied and asked to take x-ray and scans. Even after taking all those and knowing that there is nothing wrong, they still insisted on admitting her just so that they can give her a pill to reduce the pressure. She has a minor fracture on her nose which the ENT doctor insisted to have surgery immediately. Thank God we took her to fortis, where they gave her a pill for high pressure, observed for one hour and told that nose is fine and there is no need for surgery or even x-ray was a waste. Being a doctor and taken an oath to serve people I don't know how much the doctor's of Santhosh hospital (nurses even worse)will go low so that they can squeeze money out of patients. But suggesting unnecessary surgery is utmost unethical and inhumane .

Our Outstanding Dental Care Experience I am writing to express my profound satisfaction with the dental treatment my son received at Santosh hospital. Dissatisfied with the care in London, we traveled to India for a second opinion, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The dental facility here is equipped with cutting-edge technology, and the professional staff demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge. The dentist provided a clear and transparent treatment plan, addressing all concerns. All the doctors in the dental team are extremely sweet.Throughout the process, my 5 year old son received compassionate and attentive care, creating a comfortable environment. The precision and effectiveness of the procedures were remarkable. Sincerely, Rayaan

I had visited this hospital on reference of a family doc for Dr. Bikkamchand. I must say this was the worst decision I made getting my kid here. Waiting for the itself to come takes around 2 to 3 hrs. Being the managing director and a paediatrician he doesn't know what punctuality is. Will never in my life recommend this pathetic place to anyone in my life. The doctor doesn't listen to your concern only tells what he thinks is right and on that we should wait from him for 2 hrs. Government hospital is far better than this.

I visited Santosh hospital first in 2007 when my uncle was admitted for heart ailment. He was treated with utmost care and made speedy recovery. In 2015 when my father was admitted they took great care of him and thanks to their correct and quick decision he was cured of deep vein thrombosis. Dr Santosh takes personal care about every patient and makes sure the best care is provided. I would strongly recommend Santosh hospital for anyone looking for good works class treatment.

Most definitely the hospital is trying it’s best to live up to their old records , but still their are many issues , rude staffs and non that well trained doctors , but the worst part of this hospital is it’s dialysis centre , the managing staff their is pathetic, the two main Technichan there , they both treat dialysis patients like animals , it’s heart breaking to see aged unwell patients been treated so badly for getting their dialysis done , they are rude and their behaviour is intolerable , they literally shout at patients, when they do not cooperate or follow their instructions properly. If you want to save your renal failure patient for a longer time , go to a good dialysis centre please .

Been to the hospital as my in law fainted down, all the checks were done and they reached conclusion as hyperglycemia. 24 hour observation recommended. The room were so bad, despite paying high rent. we had to ask to clean it, after asking multiple times, they cleaned it atlast. Pathetic food in cafeteria. Nobody visited during these hours and no medication was given, she took her routine tablets, after enquiring doctor from morning, one duty doctor visited by noon and recommended to wait another day. We demanded discharge and left. We consulted a small clinic nearby and found the root cause was ear balance issue.

Hospital is 3/5 Lab is 1/5 Have got some tests done at their lab as it's neart to my place, though the doctor asked to get it done at another place. Had to collect the reports but it was raining heavily so called the lab assistant to check if he can send that reports online. He said no and even before we asking him if he can send the pics of the reports over phone as had to send them to doctor and as it was urgent, he says I don't have a phone also and rang up the call. I called again to check and request none of the lab landline was attended. It's not about the process but the attitude is amazing that they can't help people in times of need. God bless you all...

The Coronavirus outbreak brought our world to a standstill when 8 of our family were tested positive..but for our luck private hospitals had just started opening doors for Covid patients and Santosh Hospital, was one of the first few hospitals that started Taking in patients. We were lucky to find 8 beds and I was bringing in an infant with me..the fear, the stress just vanished cause the doctors put us at ease immediately and told us what we needed to do. We cannot thank them enough from the Ward staff to the doctors .they helped us first remove our fears and then the virus. The wards staff cleaned our rooms and sanitised twice a day.the food was top notch..we got our breakfast and tea at sharp 8,at around 11 came her hot herbal tea and by 1:30 we were done with our lunch. At 4 we got our hot teas with a healthy snack and by 7 our dinners arrived hot and to end the night with hot tumeric milk. Our bathrooms had 24 hrs hot water. We were very well taken care of!The doctors came in smiling and assuring and I guess that made a huge difference as we recovered well.a special thanks to doctor Santosh who personally involved and checked patients reports !! It’s was a great experience ?

I was admitted to Santosh Hospital after the accident. My right leg bone was fractured. Dr Ateeq made me feel so calm and composed with the surgery and his treatment. Hospital Management is good and especially Nurse Sagaya Mary who took the initiative of taking care of me from the time of admission to discharge. Food provided by the hospital canteen was 4/5. I was asked to pay less comparatively to other hospital where I was taken first. Overall the Management and the Director is doing a great job. Dr Bhikam Chand, Thank you for the kind service and hospitality.

A place where Doctors are never on time, They Act like govt hospitals & fees of Private hospitals. The ground management is never in Sync with Doctors timings and they expect the Customers to wait for 1 hour. Really Unprofessional.

Pathetic service by Mr Dr Asif. Have took an appointment at 07.30 but the receptionist denied stating that they can't attend any patient. If we are paying money it shld be worth not by disrespecting the people. The behaviour was very rude from the receptionist.

We have been regularly visiting this hospital for the last 15 years, hospital has evolved and grown into multiple folds today. This review is regarding our recent hospitalisation in July 2022, my wife delivered a baby boy. Doctor Farzana, undoubtedly the best doctor and we have always got the best of treatment. However, our stay at Santosh Hospital wasn't satisfactory this time. There were many mistakes done by the hospital staff, starting from incorrect dates on discharge summary to messing up with blood sample collection for the new born for health screening tests. Every employee in the hospital, including Baby Latha & staff at the registration counter(opposite to causality) are arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I have cascaded my feedback to Mr. Ratish and Mr. Shareef (CMO) and i am hoping they will do the needful. Mr Santosh and Bikamchand have dedicated their lives to make this hospital better, however i don't see the same passion from their administration staff. Every single one of them feels they are doing a favour by answering our questions, someone should remind them it's their Job to help patients & attendants and they are getting paid for it.

Casuality doctors are inhumane. We understand that they have hell lot of load but they can't give patients time to make some decision. They r always like u r wasting our time. Pls take the patient. Even when the patient was sick and could not even stand.

Iam from insurance company - field visit officer First saying about hospital ambience is really excellent , all time being only co ordinating with Ms Latha & Aruna, madam, are really good in cooperating for documents verification & also clearing the doubts about patient stay details, hence I completely satisfied in their both service at the hospital in particular department . Wishing them to grow next level in same hospital for good Thanking you,

Worst experience ,just dropped in to get few tests done as this was first time I was visiting , no proper coordination and no proper information on anything. Just made us to wait for 1hr just for one test . When checked why it's taking time the reason was given like doctor is on rounds and every time it's like 10 mins ,10 mins. Just had to get out without getting any test looking at their behaviour of the staff.

They provide good services and they have a team of very efficient staff. They have a team of highly experienced doctors. Overall the experience has been good. However, they need to increase their bandwidth for in house pharmacy, limited staff, smaller pharmacy area & takes quite a lot of time to get the medicines.

Worst hospital ever, i visited here on 13th paying 700 . Dr advised me to come after 1 wk for follow up so I’m here on 20th . So now I have to pay 600 again as consultation. What is this ? Including 13th is their 7 day free consultation. Seriously!? Such money based hospital. Worst experience ever.

I had a great experience at Santosh Dental care. Dr Sheetal is very experienced and caring Doctor. She was very accommodating and she went over and beyond to provide exemplary dental service. I thank Dr Sheetal and her colleagues who work with her at the clinic for providing me with best dental treatment !! You make a great team !!

  • 5/5 Thomas J D. 1 year ago on Google
We can expect the best treatment from Dr Sheetal. Ever since my wife and I started consulting, and being treated by, her our dental health improved significantly. In fact, all our old problems just vanished. Her clinic is very spacious and very well ventilated, unlike the many dingy clinics around. I recommend her without any reservation to everyone seeking solutions to dental problems.

I had my first child at Santosh Hospital 3 months back. At that time the Pediatrician who was on call was Dr. Kunal. He was so warm and welcoming. He explained every small little thing in detail. After getting discharged, I visited 3-4 well known Paediatricians to get a general check up done and understand the vaccine schedule. But no other doctor was as welcoming and reassuring as Dr. Kunal. I ended up coming back to Santosh hospital regularly for all things related to Paediatrics. His approach is so personalised and my son is extremely comfortable with him. As new parents, we’re so happy with him as our sons doctor. Highly recommend!
