We went for a day pass to use the pools. The slides and pools are awesome for a hotel. The kids pool has smaller slides for little ones, and the bigger pools are really good. Food was good, on a day pass you get a voucher for a snack, which we had spring rolls and garlic bread! Also a soft drink pass. Food and drinks are very cheap for a hotel. Good visit.

Love the pool feature! Breakfast includes western n asian food spread 👍🏻room yellow or warm lights feels a bit dim esp at night. Lift needs some maintenance so other then these overall very nice n comfy resort hotel 😊

Dated and old looking room. Cleanliness is average. Good swimming pools with water slides. Breakfast buffet option was ok. Lots of eatery, 7Eleven and street food vendors right outside the resort. 3min walk to Karon beach, near Karon Temple Night Market and Kata Night Market

Breakfast was ok, pool is nice and big. Hotel is close to the beach. Could not sleep at all, karaoke bar outside was blasting music past midnight.

My family and I went for a day and got a room so we could enjoy the pool and rest throughout the day. The room was nothing spectacular, but the pool was very restful and fun for the whole family. The swim-up bars were nice for adults, too. The food is a bit expensive, and the rooms are just okay, but for a decently located experience in Phuket, especially if you’re looking for a great pool, this is a solid spot.

This is a fantastic hotel. They have an absolutely amazing buffet breakfast, with tons of pancakes and french toast. Seriously, the pancakes here are so delicious, and they always have an unlimited supply. All the other hotels in Thailand that serve pancakes always run out, but not this hotel. I seriously love pancakes. They also have a great pool area. It's a gigantic resort with loads of pools. The bartenders at the pool bar are absolutely fantastic. They have great service, and they're super friendly. The rooms are high quality, and because of the hotel layout, all the rooms are fantastic. It's all open, and a mostly outside resort, so there's not much AC, but the gym has great AC and it's a really nice hotel gym.

This place was incredible so many amazing memories made here. The staff are so friendly, the pools are fascinating and the breakfast included is great! This resort has an amazing location right next to karon beach.

Never ever. The only good thing about this place - is a good place for kids, such like swimming pool, playground. But everything else is horrible. There is no hot water in the room! Dirty sheets, spots on the walls, stink in the hallway.. internet doesn't work, even for confcall.

Super nice family-friendly hotel with very service minded and nice staff. Definitely worth it, if you are visiting with kids. WARNING! When you go out of the hotel towards the beach there is a Mini-mart on the left side corner. NEVER go in that shop, especially if you have kids, as the shop-manager is mentally insane and you risk her scaring your kids to half to death. I went there with my kid and found the manager sleeping with her head on the counter. When kindly asking to pay she went completely crazy and started shouting at us because we had woken her up. Most surreal and rude shopping experience I ever had anywhere in the world and can see from other reviews of the shop, that this has also happened to others. So to not scare your kids and ruin the good mood on your holiday, stay far away from the Mini-mart on the corner. Actually the hotel should warn all their guests about that shop when they arrive. Instead just use the Mini-mart right next to the hotel (left when you go out). Great and friendly staff there.

Slide was fun. Breakfast was fine. Close to beach. Bathroom was pretty gross with mold and a shower that retained water like a tub. I'm staying here because of the kids, otherwise this would be a no-go for me.

Average family resort. Seems to be extremely popular with the Russian population. Bed was rock hard which was a bit frustrating and painful after a couple of nights. Breakfast was incredibly average. The buffet experience was like a zoo, people pushing and shoving, filling their plates to the brim. Food was gone almost the minute it was refilled. The shower was a bit dangerous, it was either cold or absolutely scolding. Irons weren't available to use in your room you had to bring your items down to reception to be ironed (not sure if this costed extra or not as we ended up not bothering) It is in a great location, quieter end of the beach with lots of massage places across the road, laundry etc. Lots of kids, pools were nice, waterside was fun. The grounds weren't as well kept as you would hope.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The big pool with 2 slided, the location is great- close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stors, massage and more. The only thing we didn't like was the condition of the rooms. The shower had mold and didn't look clean. Every time after they cleaned our room, we killed between 5 to 10 mosquitoes.

Other reviews said it and I agree that tired would be the ideal adjective to describe the hotel.. however it was very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the family room which came with a bunk bed for the kids and a big king sized bed. The rooms had a fridge and safe and a nice bathroom but no tub. Water pressure could be better but was still ok. The kids loved the big slides and there is a smaller one in the other pool for smaller kids. Overall service was good, but it was a bit inconvenient having to pay for drinks at the pool bar especially since I don't usually bring my wallet down. Luckily they could take cards and I could pay using my mobile phone..

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. The hotel is a five minute walk from Karon Beach, which is very clean by Thai standards. 20-min walk to Kata beach.

Upon checking in & arriving into our rooms my first thoughts were what the heck did I book!? Two separate rooms & our kids room was not even on the same floor as ours(lucky they're a bit older!) Our room despite booking a queen bed pool deluxe my husband & I walked into a very mouldy, smelling room with 2 single beds! We had to leave our door on our balcony open slightly during the day to try get rid of the smell. The shower was terrible, went from hot to cold continuously and the pressure went up & down as well. My bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab..by day 3 of 6 I had to request a new mattress as my back was killing me. They bought up a mattress topper & then ended up making our bed as a king bed. Buffet breakfast was nice as were the cocktails by the pool. The pool was also good & as mentioned location was good. Close to beach & busy little streets with night markets & local restaurants. Whilst the hotel staff were friendly & helpful, Sadly this hotel though is in much need of an upgrade & we wouldn't stay there again! I personally think the price we paid was not worth the accommodation we received!

Awesome hotel with great slides. Rooms are good and not great but value for money. Service is excellent and karon beach is one minute walking and which is a must to go and the hotel has a mini water park which is very very good. Breakfast for veg people also they manage it very very well as they made special for me which made my stay very special. Highly recommended

Suurena miinuksena, että iltaisin ihmiset viettävät iltaa kovaäänisesti altaan reunalla. Allas menee kiinni klo 19.00, mutta altaassa paljon uimareita ilta myöhään, joka ilta. Henkilökunta ei puutu, eikä kiinnostusta tai uskallusta puuttua.. Ei noudateta muutenkaan hotellin sääntöjä. Ravintolan live musiikki myös pauhaa huoneisiin ilta myöhään.

The resort is excellent for families. My girls enjoyed the water slides and pools. The rooms are basic, and our mattresses were very tired(was at the end of its life). The buffet breakfast was very good. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is quite old. Rooms (we have tried multiple of them) have a strong mold smell. Bathrooms have mold, which looks like they are there for ages. We have traveled as a family and all our neighbors had a smoke on the balcony - the smoke smell in our room was always during the stay. The people serving there are great, always happy to assist you and polite. Just need a huge renovation for rooms and solving smoke problems, until that we are not gonna stay there again (((

Love this resort|! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too (according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! I already miss it!

The resort is amazing. The kids loved the water slides. They have multiple pools. The rooms are rundown. They don't have bidets! The breakfast is amazing. Right next to the beach which was great.

Large family-friendly resort just a short walk up from Karon Beach. The biggest draw here has to be the water slides (there are two of them). The slow meandering pool surrounding the slides is also pretty relaxing. For younger kids, there's a really shallow pool (conveniently located next to a larger pool with a swim up bar). Rooms are quite lovely and very large. The place must have been built a long time ago, cool vibe in the rooms. Nice big balconies and adjoining rooms are available (we got one king room and a twin for the kids). Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Even at busy times, you can grab some food and sit in one of the adjacent restaurants. Lots of seating available. We arrived early (12:30pm) and only stayed one night. Check in isn't until 3pm, but our rooms were luckily ready so we were really happy about that. Staff were very helpful and professional. Only downside is the slides close at 6pm and don't open again till 10am the next day (meaning that, for a one night stay, there's only access to the slides for 5 hours before you have to check out). We were lucky to have checked in early so we got more time, but I saw the staff tell another guest that her room wouldn't be ready till 3pm. Luck of the draw I guess. Pretty expensive spot, there are far cheaper options on Karon (and you could just take your kids to the new waterpark close by instead). We opted for convenience as we were only here for one night. Also, lots of good restaurants for take out or dine in close to the resort (and I think I counted 5 or 6 nearby convenience stores). Overall cool place, but the price is too steep for an extended stay. Fun for a night or two :)

If you're going with kids, it's an amazing place. The water slide is a big hit. Food is average at best. Plenty of restaurants around. The Beach is fantastic. Clean and not crowded. Will go again

Lovely family hotel, great if you have kids that like playing in the pool. Very close to beach. Food for breakfast and restaurant all of good quality and tasty, but hotel is close to lots of other bars and restaurants just a minute or 2 walk away, lots and lots of choice. On the negative, WiFi was not the best and was a little bit slow, also facilities starting to feel a little bit tired. But rooms and facilities of a high standard and staff were great. Would def recomend staying here if you have kids

Leaving very upset with my stay. Booking deluxe room, I was expecting better room for that price. Our room was facing sewerage fountain and the smell was awful, it was impossible to open balcony doors and sometimes we were feeling it in the room, as well as cigarettes smell as our neighbor was smoking at his balcony. The room was not prepaid, there was dust everywhere and also many mosquitoes inside. When we asked staff, they came and sprayed something all over the room not paying attention that we are inside. Walls of the room were so thin that we were able to hear what people are talking. The shower also made weird as all the water flowed out to the bathroom floor. For this price, I was expecting something more comfortable. And the last night some person from the next room came back drunk and was screaming like a crazy and was knocking at the door at 4:30 in the morning and staff allowed her to do it and they were just saying “sorry, sorry” without taking any actions. Even after that we didn’t received any apology. In general, hotel is not bad, breakfast was very basic but ok, territory of the hotel is ok also, water slides are a lot of fun, but there were many people getting drunk by the pool during the day and acting very loud. Maybe if you will be more lucky with the room they will give you on arrival, you will enjoy more than me, but in my case it was the worse stay and just a waste of money.

A great place for kids. The pools are very good and the water is warm. The beach is around 3 min walk and has a nice clean beach with beautiful clear water, the best I’ve seen in Phuket so far. The rooms on the other hand are dark and not very desirable, but your not staying there for the rooms. Breakfast was crazy busy and overcrowded but was okay. Will come again.

We got a really nice stay on the first floor with a pool access. Because of bigger group we had to book 2 rooms. The rooms were next to each other and there was private door connecting 2 rooms. Rooms were very close to the car parking. All the pool area was super nice and it was more like a water park. Very friendly staff as well.

Visited.. did not stay here. Nice staff, good food in restaurants, fun area for people that stayed here. Prices are little to high and not competitive.

I love this hotel. Even though the buildings is a bit old. The poolside and its coumpound gives a nice environment. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
