Had a great experience at Nina’s. Was always looking for a great place to eat steak. Tired the single steak with veggies and mash. Was definitely not disappointed. They even maintained social distancing amongst other customers. Oh and the pock chop with fries was amazing. The meat fell off the bone. The BBQ sauce was a bit on the sweeter side.

Nina’s is opened towards the south part of American Embassy. This has greenery and spacious parking. The food is good and tasteful. The hospitality was good. The service was nice and the environment is clean as the trees and plants give much peace t the mind along with tasty food

Really dissapointed with the quality of food here over time. Frozen fries with zero taste, sandwich very basic for 500 rupees. Not impressed with the staff who seemed to show more respect to foreigners than Nepalis. Will not be coming back.

The cups! Let me start with the cups. The cups are just fantastic. On top of that, the drinks are great as well. As you can see in the pictures, I had ordered drinks three times because I loved them so much. The special menu changes frequently but then they are great. I couldn't try everything on the list. However, the one I had ordered was creamy and tasty, just the way I like my food. The staffs were very friendly and attentive to their customers. We were even helped with small things that were outside of their food menu such as pen, paper, etc. You rarely find helpful people these days. I have loved this place and I am sure I will be visiting Nina's frequently. Thank you for your service.

The parking is enough for a number of vehicles. The place is very tidy and well maintained. The washroom is also cozy and well maintained.

Tried the pork chop. By far, this was one of the best pork chop I had in Nepal. The ambience is great. A 5⭐ for the service and customer interaction. It's a little expensive but worth the price.

Although the food is great, the owner has horrible manners. She treats non-Nepalis like one should treat human beings, but when it comes to Nepali nationals, oh wow, she doesn’t even count you as a person! I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. We crave the food over there sometimes but the thought of having to endure the disrespect she projects has made us never go back.

Loved it undoubtedly. Made me and my friend so cozy. Things I liked: 1. Place has beautiful vibes 2. Such hospitality by staff, incredible 3. In time service 4. Honestly, fingers licking good food, despite me being vegetarian, loved the veg. Dishes. 5. I bet, you will have day of your life!

Good place. They have parking and some frozen food too. But their wifi is not so strong incase you need good wifi. Service is okay quick and nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute favorite spot in town. The entire menu is great and lovely ambience. Been going here for years now and I still get excited every time. Some of my personal favorites: - Spicy Pork Curry - Mushroom Ravioli - Meltdown Burger - Slow Cooked Pork Ribs - Ginger Prawn Curry - Pesto Spaghetti - Chocolate mousse I could go on and on.. Side not: the owner is a great host and is passionate about food herself 🫶. The food is always on time and on point and the ladies on the team are very friendly. An absolute gem in my opinion 🤤🫶 I could and have had multiple meals here in one day. 5 star.

I've always loved the ambience of this place. Especially at night, they have that warm color lights which soothes the mood.

Food is nice everything there is good but the women Nina or I don’t know her name she got a lot of attitude she treats customer so like eat if you wanna eat or get off from here my experience here but not first time did this happened.When we were communicating with the people who served us she did not behave good She made faces and rolled her eyes and it does not make sense to behave that way to the customers. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour she did. Be humble .

I love this place because the food here is too good

The food was exquisite. The pork chops were spot on and apple crumble was to die for.The avocado chicken salad had orange bits in it which made it really distinct. Service was really good and staff was attentive. Prices are more on the expensive side. There is just one caveat. They do not take cards. It would be much easier if they had some form of online payment. Good experience overall. Would visit again.

Every time I try another dish, I'm amazed how delicious they are. Pasta, ribs, burgers and a board of daily specials. The homemade lemonade and iced tea has spoiled me. The service and atmosphere are excellent.

Plz work on better customer service. People need to feel welcomed. Place is nice but we pay for lot other things not only for place. Sorry to say but the lady (looks like she is the owner) is too rude.

Great ambience and food but bit pricey. Accept fonepay and cash. Load your wallet if you want to eat here. This place is more suitable for official meetings. Looks more like elites and foreigners gathering place. I really like the peaceful atmosphere and will visit at least for coffee.

Had amazing pesto pasta after ages. The crazy jack burger was awesome too. The homemade ice tea was a little off though. Overall great service!

I really enjoy Nina's food. Whenever I have time, I take my family and enjoy lunch or dinner. Lovely environment, cleanliness and excellent approach of Nina makes things even better. Atleast, there are some good places in Kathmandu. Keep up serving people!

Amazing food great quality great for relaxing and enjoying lunch or dinner. I just don’t understand why the waitress girls are in a bad mood Every-time. Proper training on guest services is needed from Nina. I cant have my clients served by waitress that cant even smile and its not a one time thing and make everyone feel like they don’t want to do the job or be there. Can some one at least ask them to cheer up while serving guests

The service here is terrible. They stare at you or atleast notice everything that you do, kinda freaked me out ngl. Also, I found them to be really rude, they literally ruined my day. But the ambience is nice, so if you're okay having your ego hurt and teeth clenched with that service, must visit!

One of the best Carbonara, and spicy pork with rice. It was so good and thinking about it I want to go back there again for sure. Service was fast. Social distancing was maintained. Friendly staff. Apart from the wonderful ambience, relaxing vibe, food was just bomb 5⭐ quality! A bit expensive but so worth it. I was genuinely impressed. Parking space available. Outdoors/ indoors available.
