Food is great in here. Probably best among all Korean restaurant. It's authentic taste. Price is also very decent and quantity too. But the behavior from staffs were not tolerable. They were angry to come upstairs and talk very rude. Once when asked for matchstick he loudly said fire from the gas stove. Again he was mocking with weird noise. Apart that everything was great.

I remember dining here 11years ago hence I did Foodmandu just now. I was amazed with such fast delivery however utterly disgusted with the food and hygiene. I ordered ramen which was packed in a plastic bag and Fried Chicken which wasn't sweet nor salty. The most horrible thing was finding hair in the ramen which looked like pubic hair. With such service and food, it's better not to open the restaurant.

My first time ever trying Korean food 😍, but unfortunately not in Korea 😔. I am in love, even though I don’t like spicy food but it was deliciously experience. I will definitely come back and try something new again and again. The staff are very friendly 😊. The place is very beautiful. I got one extra side dish and one soup 😊😊😊.

A nice restaurant for Korean Dishes. Nice ambience and friendly staffs. Large area with plenty of seating available. Not very expensive in terms of what is offered. Many Korean dishes to choose from.

Located at peaceful place, foods are awesome, waiters and price are also affordable. Overall just AWESOME place for Korean Dishes!!

Craving for Korean foods, we dined at this place and ordered “Samgyopsal” or grilled pork, fried rolled eggs, and beef “Bulgogi” or beef cooked with soy sauce. Tasty but the beef was chewy, the pork was perfect. Relatively fast service.

Bad customer service with mediocre food. Beef tasted horrible and there was no soup included unlike other restaurants. Alongside that the place seemed too much bar focused than the dining experience. I will recommend people to try other places or to go to Naxal branch of the same chain

service is good with good foods.....not a fan of Korean food as all food was little sugary ...had expected it to be a spicy one. so if you are fond of spicy food this is not a place for you if not this is a good place to try out new dishes

Stay humble guys, no professionalism. You guys were not even sorry that you brought us a food with cockroach and no replacement. The kitchen does not look hygienic at all.

The pork is 100% fat. After complaining to staffs, they just ignore without any explanation.

Was our first time trying Korean dishes, surprisingly taste was not so good , side dishes were also not so good. Kind of confused, is Korean food tasted like the same or only this restaurant serves that bad food.

This place is not the authentic hankook sarang. It's a fake hankook. The food quality was the worst. The side dishes didn't have any taste and especially the meat was all fat which was very unhealthy

Amazing food. Beautiful interior. And the traditional attire you can wear was a nice touch.

If you're looking for a Korean food in a reasonable price then it's the place for you . The service is also like super fast. Highly recommend you go in the late evening time. Trust me the vibe ,chill and hungry mouth ... everything will be satisfactory.

I don't know much about korean foods but i found the foods here tasty and worth trying. But the service was not up to the mark I'd say and the price is a little expensive.

Beautiful al fresco area. Lots of lights. In winter they have gas heaters to keep you warm. Affordable food, as good as any mid-tier Korean resto you can find outside Korea.

Staff are not well trained about What's Customer Service. Seems like this place is only for singles or couples, where they will order only 1-2 food items, if you are planning to visit with your family then your order will be placed in due course , one after one with a gap of 15 minutes of each item which you order. The location is in the VIP area of the heart of the KTM , The price is responsible, service I can give out of 10 , 3 only , food out of 10, 4 only, family environment only 3, staff's customer experience only 1.

Food was good but no customer service , waited for quite long to order and to ask for bill , they just forgot us lol. Need to improve customer service

Only things I didn't like was there was limitations on side dish (kimchis) after two you have to pay extra.

Nice venue. A bit tucked away, but loved the atmosphere and that you can pick what area you would like to sit. Food was mediocre. Nothing great that we had, if anything a little disappointed with the kalbi pork. The sauce was excellent, but the meat was full of soft bone and bones. Not sure that was worth it if that’s their norm.

It’s averagely OK but not highly recommended… Kimchi was a bit too fermented which did not taste nice. The BBQ meat was a bit too salty. Rice cake is average.

One of the best Korean food restaurant. Peaceful environment and highly recommended for group and family dining.

We ordered pork bbq but the they were frozen. I have never been served frozen pork for bbq anywhere. The side dishes were ok. Overall the food was not as good as it has been hyped by people. But the staffs were really cheerful, friendly and helpful. You get hukka here if you are into these things.
