Over rated place ... they usually pack one group in one tent and their bed sheets are disgusting how ever swimming pool is good and atmosphere as well. Breakfast - not good enough Lunch/ dinner -not good enough cleaning- not good Over all review 4/10

Sukute was a find when i first went there almost a decade ago. This was a place filled with Greenery and Serenity. After that, I have come to this place a few times again, and every time it got more crowded and corporate. However, I was here again yesterday with couple of my friends who were back from abroad and wanted to go this Once Fun Filled place. To their horror, they wanted to return back home after mere 2 hours of time. The Good- 1. This place is filled with loads of activities that can be done. Table Tennis, Pool, Carom Board, Swings, Swimming, Rafting all make for a good time passing excuse. 2. Swimming Pools are cleaned everyday. 3. Comparatively reasonable amount (Rs 2500) for a night stay that includes limited snacks, dinner and breakfast. 4. mostly people with family and teenagers can have a good weekend away from home. The Bad- 1. TENTS aren't clean. 2. Toilets don't flush 3. Too many people.(more than 300 on a weekend) 4. not managed by professionals. 5. The food is outright bad. Sukute Resort has provided me with good memories time and again, so I don't want to leave it with a better taste. I so wished they would hire some professionals to run the place instead of amateurs who are rude to customers because there are more than they can handle. however, for now I will NOT be coming back to Sukute, not because its bad, but they are running a corporate ring that doesn't focus on customer satisfaction but personal greed.

This place is absolutely amazing for those who love camping & adventure. One of the best & cheapest packages in Kathmandu, I guess in whole Nepal also. Yet we got amazing & best quality food there, from breakfast to dinner, every meal & snacks were so delicious. There are camping options as well as room options. So you can choose wherever you want to live. There is also a river rafting trip for adventure lovers. The only thing is that the place isn't completely hygienic. Lots of insects are there. So if you have an insect phobia, I would suggest not to go, BUT! if you want to feel the real jungle life, this is the best place for you. You will get the feeling of jungles, rivers & real life camping. I would love to visit this place again & again, I just fell in love with this place. Bonus for the day: here you can enjoy DJ evening also BUT ONLY ON FRIDAY NIGHT, Plan your trip in such a way if you want to enjoy the DJ night 😉

This is a very bad place if you are looking for a quality time with your loved ones. The rooms stinks like crazy. They tell you deluxe AC room but the AC is rarely functional. The sizes are room are very small and food is even worse.If you just want to get drunk and doesnt care about anything. This is your place .

I was really excited before I reached Sukute Beach Resort! The very first interaction with the reception guy ruined the entire stay! There are a lot of things this place can improve on, to begin with they can work on their attitude specially the reception guy and the kitchen staff. I personally would never go there again and wouldnt recommend anyone either! Too hyped and too arrogant!

The experience was amazing. Nice place to hangout with friends. Little distant from crowded and polluted Kathmandu city, one can feels cozy here. The food is good. I recommend to go there, at least once. Secret tip: Get drinks from outside cause they charge you double the normal rates "LOL".

Its awesome place located on bank of Bhtekosgi river, lunch is awesome at the resort. And good swimming pool, different games and so many things to play there. There is huge space for the guests. It feels like you are having lunch at the middle of jungle.

Its hell expensive for a one night stay in the tents. So we went on the river side spent the evening there. Clicked some awesome pictures on the beach. Returned to dolalghat which is about 30 mins ride on bus, and stayed at a lodge . It was a decent lodge .Rs1200 of a night.

Worst place ever been in my life. Food was below average and the staff were very rude. No respect for guest. Strange rule, guest needs to pay all the money before you check in😂😂. Uniform of staff were so bad it feels like they are trying to do rap battle. Overrated place compared to price, will never visit again.

I went with my family to stay for one night and ended up being really disappointed! I didn’t expect such low service from Sukute Beach Team. We booked two rooms, in the one where i stayed, I don’t think the bed sheet has been changed since the last use, quilt cover was all torn up and stinking. Our whole family didn’t really enjoy the stay! During the dining time, they didn’t orientate us well, same in breakfast time, they didn’t tell us that the cup of tea is self service, Obviously! Guest wouldn’t know about the service until you guys inform us (No milk tea and milk coffee available to guests???). No hot water available for showering? Service doesn’t really match the money we paid for the stay, it wasn’t cheap!

The only good thing about the experience was food. The rooms were so smelly, they just sprayed room freshner which made the smell even worse. Accomodation wise they are so careless. Sanitation was very poor, so dirty we had to call the manager to show them and only they cleaned it. Still the smell of toilet was entering the room. There are other alternatives with far better service in same amount.

Food was worst we ever had. We missed snacks due to delayed service though it was included in package .

Its a chilling party getaway with family and friends. Enjoyable weather during summer with open swimming pools for all ages.

River Side Beach & Resort

Went there after looking at so much positive reviews but it was as expected. Few staffs were too arrogant. Coordination between staffs is too disappointing. Food is very disappointing. Place is just too loud. If you want to exist peacefully, this is definitely the wrong place. Pool had just wayyy too much chemical. But if you're a party freak, you might love the place.

Good for Family/Friends Outing. Rafting chai maja aaucha 1 hour ko plus swimming pool ni ramro cha. Good for day visit and night stay both.

I had visited sukute beach resort for celebrating Nepali new Year eve with office team, the food and breakfast was worst, horrible experiences during breakfast, dinner and lunch. Low quality and cheap food. I recommend others not to visit this resort, rather than visit other resort.

If you are looking for peace stay then I must say don’t visit this place. Too much crowd. Last night we stay and the ppl from other room were having fun with loud voice till 4:00 am. I was with my family and then my Aunty went to their room and asked for please keep quiet 🙏 After paying 3500 per person do we deserve to be disturbed by other ppl? Food is good and staff were friendly. But at the end of the day we were disappointed ☹️. Thank you

Have stayed here several times, everytime I stayed the room and tent was not clean. The attached bathroom was wet and not cleaned properly plus the bed sheets had stains on it. Being the oldest place in sukute they should have maintained the cleanliness and service as it was to be decades back.

One of the most beautiful and entertaining place for official picnic, family short trip from Kathmandu, friend hangout. Among the various destinations for entertainment, this place comes first to me. This place provide the per person package which is nominal considering the food, games for entertainment, swimming pool, volleyball court, swing . It have a beach type vibes as it is besides the bhotekoshi river. Nice place to chill🤘

Average place for domestic revellers. Poorly themed decoration and package options. Average food with loud music round the night makes peaceful nature of site in akward clash with garish presentation. Rooms are poor in comparison to the charges charged. Staffs are not friendly give negative response to every requests made. No water in rooms have to buy bottled water from the bar. Overall disappointed with the presentation

This is such an incredible spot for one night outing near by Kathmandu. It has variety of games to play there. I could swim there and have a glass of Wine. It has a managed tents to stay and bar to drinks. But, There is a lack of Washrooms. I litterly waited for 15 mins . Altogether it is a nice spot.
