Worse experience. The charges are bit more expensive in comparative to well known hosiptal in valley. The give an appointment time and need to wait more 3-4 hours to get in touch with doctor. Worse management and in my personal view they are more money minded and seek to get patience emotion as an good earning aspect. Please don't try to play in patience psychological emotions. Hope management will take it as feedback and will improve it's management system as soon as possible. Till date worse to visit Not Recommended

Its clean that it is. I didn't see a parking space thats a big let down, the doctor and faculty are said to be of the best in Kathmandu/ Nepal but the waiting time is really crazy i hope the management looks into something about it. The expenses how ever is a bit on the upper side.

The problem with the hospital is that they believe the time of doctor is more important than the patients. They will inform you that the doctor is going to be in at 4, but only after people have been waiting for a long time do they call the doctor and the doctors reply is standard, I am stuck in traffic. Unfortunately, this is how the situation is in Nepal. Doctors can be rude and the patients dependency is such that they can't really complain much.

Well said and commented by other public and it's true infact on which the Blue Cross Hospital Management should over look nor than thinking of generating the revenue. Beside that patient are here to see the doctor and have been book an appointment accordingly in a timely manner. In the same time why medical rep are here around to see doctors when patients are already been booked? Will be best if the management could arrange separate timing for Medical rep. with no rush and doctors can give more focus on their valuable patients who do trust and come from far end to see getting services.

my sister was admitted here for operation of stone and pancreas and the operation went well. The hospital is clean and nice. they have got lifts own pharmacy, ICU'S , operation theatre, imaging services, emergency ward and ambulances. They even offer personal and shared cabins for patient with attached washrooms and AC facilities. Though the hospital is expensive.

This hospital is operated and monitored by the medical mafias. When you require to show a vaccine card just for an emergency treatment, you are one of the modern slaves controlled by the elite medical mafias. The doctors, nurses and the hospital administrators all are just the puppets and the slaves owned and chained by their masters. In addition, when you are required to show these non sense vaccine cards for any essential work, you don't own your own body, instead, the medical mafias own your body. Stay away from this hospital. And, shame of you slaves - you medical professionals. I no longer have any respects to these medical professionals.

I wish I was never been to the hospital. One of the worst hospitals in the Kathmandu valley. It neither does have its own parking nor it has proper access for ambulances. On duty nurses and doctors are not helpful. I don’t recommend this hospital. OPD has few good doctors though.

I had an excellent experience at Blue Cross Hospital's gynecology department. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the care patient was receiving. Doctor was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to listen to concerns and provide with comprehensive information about health. I appreciated the care and attention provided for my patient. Overall, I would highly recommend Blue Cross Hospital's gynecology department to anyone seeking top-quality care. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Behaviour of the staff is like hell..you people have to train them...timing is just worse.. When will dr come?? at 9 and till 11:30 audaihunuhuncha akxin la.. what do you people think about other´s timing?? hospital is not just maintaing the building and facility.. you need to understand Behaviour, Proper Information, Guide and Descipline.. these are very basic thing you need to maintain.

The appointment was for 1:30pm and we went there at 1, if you look at the receipt in the picture you can see the time, when we reached at the doctor's room, we were given a token and had to wait for 1 full hour before our turn came. What's the point of taking appointments? I think the management doesn't know the meaning of appointments.

I like the service, accepts cash and card, have all facilities though blocks are not in same compound. Pharmacy service is also excellent . Hats off to the doctors and sisters who are still treating post covid patients of home isolation with extra charge .

One of the popular private nursing home in Kathmandu hosting doctors from varied range of expertise. Being a medic i should not comment on the service and the goods but a bit congested for the purpose of hospital. Provides in patient out patinet and critical care services to all medical and surgical conditions.

😠 I went to this hospital located at Chabel a long time before. There used to be one so called doctor called Sambha Ghimire who is rude, very unprofessional and careless. 👍 The road that connects to the hospital from Ringroad is very narrow. I had to back up my vehicle 3 times when cars came from opposite direction. Hospital had no central heating. 👍 Hospital is good. The costs are cheap comparing to other hospitals. For eg. They charged Nrs 15000 for an operation and At norvic hospital they were charging more than 1 lakh for the same operation. And you can get about 40 to 50% off if you are NIJAMATI KARMACHARI (CIVIL SERVICE). One thing i didn'...
