Treatment promptly with best service!

The dental its worst they are not aware of treatment procedure . They had all the equipments necessary but its of no use. As i have done my filling i am in big trouble now as i am not able to eat anything properly as they treated like they are beginners. Not a very good option for dental treatment. The nitty gritty of the treatment and the end of treatment phase is very bad. They literally don’t know what to do with you .Even after treatment there will be enough issues yas a result of sudden improper wrap up of treatment. Cramped up space and staff is not very properly aligned. Overall, look for another good place. I think all the good reviews are carefully selected. They are trying very cunningly hard to keep up all the good reviews so the place doesn’t go down. Really, a very bad place. if something goes wrong. Don’t go. All the good reviews are manipulated and carefully asked to putt

This place is a disgrace. They can't even explain clearly what they do, just in hurry to make money only. That girl in reception counter is dumb and ignorant. That girl was dressed up like a nurse. I seriously doubt she is a qualified nurse. She can't even clearly answer the questions asked by the customers coming there to seek healthcare. Same thing happened with me. I visited to treat sinusitis. She told me endoscopy will be done to find about sinusitis. I further asked details about endoscopy. I asked if my sinus cavities will be checked or not during endoscopy. She BLATANTLY LIED that sinus cavities would be checked. But, later on, during endoscopy the doctor ( only speaks Chinese language) would only check my nasal passage. but not sinus cavities. I asked why they didn't see my sinus cavities. They told it isn't checked. I feel like I am deceived. I just paid whopping Rs. 1120 just to get my nasal passage checked. Then, I complained to the doctor why the girls in the counter lies about details of the endoscopy as she clearly told me sinus cavities will be checked in endoscopy process . They were shameless and irresponsible enough to say that girls in the counter doesn't know much and is a beginner. It's clearly their problem to hire an employee who can't even clearly answer about the services they provide. But, they don't seem to regret at all. In my opinion, they are shameless and irresponsible people; just sitting there to make money by doing inflated advertisements. Making money is more important to them than giving the clear and accurate information to the incoming patients. Think twice before going to this place.

This hospital was a recommendation from a friend who is in a similar medical condition like me coming down from a high altitude (5400 meters) with climber’s cough. Dr. Xia patiently listened my case, and suggested list of tests which she believes needs to be done, and explained to me why. Based on the test results, she also prescribed a list medications and explain carefully on its function and potential side affects. I had great experience at this hospital with their stuffs and other medical assistance people. In addition, the stuff here can speaking both English and Chinese. It is definitely a plus for people like me. It feels like I am at a place where I am familiar with. Thank you! Dr. Xia.

Clean environmentand with good services..

I’ve had an absolutely tremendous experience dealing with this hospital. I mainly come for the dental department, and Dr. Kanchan has been absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I’ve had issues with my teeth my entire life. At other places the treatment was too expensive, or the dentists simply weren’t willing to do the work. From the first time I met Dr. Precious (the President, CEO, and Medical Director, of the hospital) and Dr. Kanchan I trusted they would stick with me throughout the entire course of my treatment, and they have not let me down. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. It’s not just Dr. Precious and Dr. Kanchan that make this hospital so wonderful, it’s literally everyone who works there. I can’t thank everyone at this hospital enough. If you’re in Kathmandu, and in need of medical or dental care, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Overseas International Friendship Hospital.

The location is terrible for the hospital! Update: It's because of the traffic in the road in front of the gate of the hospital. I can't imagine how emergency patients will get in time inside.
