Loved the bamboo theme.of the restaurant. Servers were well behaved and cooperative. Food was also good. I loved the simple interior of the place.

This place is chill, calm and lovely. I'm actually very happy that I visited here. The ambiance is relaxing, so is the service provided by the staffs. And food is really good, honestly. Teriyake chicken is so good here, you'll fall in love. They only have roadside parking which is a bummer but if you are over it, this place is just great. Their ambiance and seating arrangement could cater groups as well. Staffs are very humble, you feel like you know this place even on the first time. I'd love to be here again and soon. Highly recommend.

I stopped here fo a breakfast as i was walking back from swayambu to Thamel. A peaceful.little gem hidden amidst the chaos. Lovely garden, great food, friendly staff.

One of the best places to relax in Kathmandu. You don't feel a dusty, noisy and dirty city here. Nice garden, great music and a chillout atmosphere. All this is complemented by excellent cuisine, I especially recommend trying Newar dishes. If you want to relax and get something special, this is the place for you!

Best friend rice of my life!!! Tasty and really good portion. The spinach was incredibly good too. Mango lassi was pretty plain (not good), but I'd definitely come back for the rice ✌🏻

Best food and ambiance in kathmandu... we lived near by and it was a pleasure to have breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Super fast WIFI so perfect for digital nomads as well :D

4 stars for for the ambiance. This restaurant is located around 500 meters away from swayambunath stupa staircase entrance. For the location, it's very well decorated compared to the other restaurants. I tried only the coffee, n it was good.

This is my favourite place during my stay in Kathmandu. This place is really a GEM. Being there makes you feel like you are in another part of the world and not at Kathmandu at all. The environment is serene and tranquil, the staff are friendly and helpful and importantly, the food prepared by the kitchen are clean and they were fresh, delicious and appetizing. You can literally spend your day there. Besides local selections, they had pastas and many other Japanese dishes in the menu which was comforting for me as I had enough of spices in all my meals. Hoping to visit this restaurant again when I return to Kathmandu the next time. The boss did shared with us that the menu changes every half a year so that is something to be looking forward to.

Un-assumingly restaurant interior exposes big space to accommodate many foodies. Menu is simple, modern and enough to cater hungry guest of all types.

Absolute gem of a place for vegans and vegetarians. It has unique items on the menu which is very large, varied and reasonably priced. The staff were super nice and the food was genuinely delicious! If you are ever visiting monkey make sure to include this place either before or after exploring!

Best for peaceful time and good food

Food here was ok, not that great, a bit over priced, we ordered sizzler and the noodles were flat noodles which didn't go well with the sizzler, those noodles were meant to be eaten as keema noodles. The good thing about this place was its ambience and the staffs were well behaved and cooperative.

Amazing and unique food for vegetarians which can be enjoyed by meat lovers as well

Nice place to visit and enjoy live music during saturday. Food - liked momo and chowmin (noodles), pizza. Inside - amazing interiors surrounded with bamboo materials and takes you back to old time memories. Outside (entrance) - should change and redecorate the light boards and colours. Parking- limited on the side of the road.

A really beautiful place with a lush garden, the food is quite good, and reasonably priced too. The ambience is the best thing about the restaurant, the garden with a small waterfall is simply magnificent. Hard to find such a spot inside the city.

I haven't seen a cafe like this before, viewing mountains and feels like being in the mid of a jungle with so tasty food.

The place is beautiful, they have make such a nice area to go and eat and have a good rest, food is good we have mushroom curry with rice.
