It is a small but neatly maintained mall. You may not have much options but what ever is here is also standard.

Decent size mall with cinema hall and limited shopping stores.

First most premium and luxurious movie theatre "Durbar Cinemax" being the main attraction for the time being, popular brands and outlets are starting their operations here. A beautiful mall in the heart of Durbar Marga, the first one with a private parking too, I guess. Most spaces are empty right now though.

Durbar mall located in a posh location of Kathmandu i.e durbarmarg. The mall is just newly opened as of April 2022 so most of the spaces are empty. New shops and showrooms are opening soon in recent time. The most popular place inside the mall has to to be Qfx Durbar Cinemax which is a luxurious movie theater location in 6th floor. Small paid parking is available in its basement whose entry is from behind the building, you have to make 1st left from left roundabout. Parking is expensive, a car parking for an hr is Rs 75.

This is one of the malls that I have had the pleasure of visiting because they were taking the time to open the Narayanhiti Palace Museum. Also, I had to run from the pillar to post as they were not accepting the Indian currency.

It is a fine mall which is not overcrowded. It is quiet and peaceful.

All brand shops but very few to entertain foreigners, specially in English. By any chance if you know Hindi, you are saved.
