Our guide Ram was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. He gave us tons of useful tips and information on the area, food, customs, history, language and how to suppress altitude sickness. We picked up a few Nepali words from Ram and amused the locals. Ram was very sensitive to our needs and knew exactly when to push and when to take it easy. Toward the end of the trip, it felt like Ram was part of the family. Thanks to Ram we had quite a few amazing experiences in the mountains and great memories. The porters, Dunbar and Dehan were also amazing. They carried significant weight with such ease - hats off! Playing cards with them and Ram during the freezing evenings above 4k meters was also unforgettable. Overall the company is well managed and communicates exceptionally well. Highly recommended!

The best company if you want to have a chill, amazing and luxury trip! We could not be happier to had found this amazing provider! We used their private car services and they really went beyond our expectations! The car provided was a brand new Renault Duster (really good for the bumpy roads of Nepal) and our trek guide was fluent in English, very knowledgeable and kind! We had no problem at all during our all time using the car, they were always punctual and also they adapted very well to our small changes (like picking us up earlier or later or dropping us in another place). Also the person coordinating the whole service was available all the time! The really live up to their name! We did have a luxury holiday thanks to their whole team!

The tour guide and driver were kind and helpful. The agency operator are honest and price very reasonably to flexibly accommodate our itineraries according to weather and other circumstances.

I am not sure why this company gets good reviews. Left the Bhutan visa approval and visa confirmation letter to the last day to get done. I could not get on the plane because I had no proof the visa was approved. Clearly there internal problems and they were late reviewing all their customers before arrival and were unprepared. Even my Travel Insurance didn't cover this error so I ate the airline and tour costs. Neither company would refund me and avoided answering my questions. Wow. It almost feels like fraud from the Tour Company Luxury Holidays. Best of luck, it's cheap for a reason. **They did get me my refunds eventually for the two tour payments and the Bhutan airline and I am thankful. Emirates, of course, kept their fare without refunding or allowing a flight change, and they treated me like a criminal refugee. Air India?

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. We were told last night we may not be able to fly because of weather. We called another helicopter company and they said the weather was BEAUTIFUL. They have not returned our calls as of now. I absolutely would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Do not let the nice web page fool you. Go through someone else! Total waste of time and money. As of right now, we have no refund.

My group of 3 recently completed the EBC trek with Kalapattar and helicopter return with Luxury Holidays Nepal and it was such an unforgettable experience! There are so many different EBC trekking companies and we are so thankful that we picked Luxury Holidays. Although they are a relatively new and small company, this allows them to give personal attention to each client - I was in contact with the owner the whole trip, which made us feel like the company was invested in us and our well-being. Luxury Holidays is one of the few EBC companies that offers multiple helicopter and luxury packages with teahouse upgrades, in addition to the ability to fully customize any itinerary. Our little group of 3 ended up with a private tour for the same price as a group tour due to our customized itinerary! The most outstanding feature of Luxury Holidays is the responsiveness and transparency of staff and their dedication to meeting client needs. Our guide, Dambar, and the office were constantly working to make sure we were happy throughout the trip - it is evident that that client satisfaction is a priority. I also want to acknowledge and praise their guides - we had the opportunity to meet both Dambar and Ram and both were great. Dambar is friendly, funny, and most importantly, got us everywhere safely. He also taught us some Nepali words and culture, which we really enjoyed and appreciated. Dambar made us feel like a family during the trek and we had such a fun time with him! Our porters were likewise encouraging and always had a smile on their faces, unlike some of the porters in other groups who were carrying way more than they should. All in all, our trip was an amazing and memorable experience. The Himalayas are incredible and we can't wait to come visit again in the future! Dhan'yavāda!

I had a fabulous time with all of the activities that were included and all of the extra activities I booked through Luxury Travel. All of the activities that were included had knowledgeable guides who thoroughly explained everything while catering to any needs that you may have.These activities were City Tour Kathmandu, canoeing and nature walk Chitwan National Park, wildlife drive through Chitwan National Park and visiting various locations in Pokhara ending with a relaxing canoeing ride on Fewa Lake. I thoroughly enjoyed everything that I purchased extra from my mountain flight to see Mount Everest and all of the other surrounding mountains for sunrise, rafting on the way to Chitwan, paragliding for the first time ever in Pokhara and a lovely flight from Pokhara returning to Kathmandu. I also scheduled a cooking class in Kathmandu on my last day through Luxury Travel. My guide was available and volunteered to help me by taking me on his scooter on my last day in Kathmandu to purchase several more things before I left Nepal. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional at Luxury Travel. I highly recommend this tour company anytime you visit Nepal. Thank you for everything Ram, Resham, Hari, Pradip and Pratiksha!
