Stayed here overnight with my friend recovering from AMS after our trek. Great, attentive care. Friendly and comfortable stay. Hospital made sure everything was easy to manage and helped us get to our hotel after our stay. Great spot for international care.

One of the best hospital for general treatment as well as tourist traveler emergency medical treatment post evacuation from snow mountains while trekking or expedition trip in there.

Our deepest thanks to Dr Girwan and his excellent team for providing expert emergency medical care after my partner developed HAPE. The first class treatment combined with exceptional kindness throughout his stay almost made the experience hotel like! This hospital deserves five stars and more.

I went here with food poisoning and do not recommend any international tourist to go here. They did not know how to insert an iv into my arm and nurses proceeded to laugh while hurting me and poking me with a needle in my hand after I told them not to. I was with two girls from the hostel that were nurses and they said the treatment was horrible to watch. Why did it take 4 people to try find a vein and then laugh at the patient in pain. This is the most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to. The doctor tried to plead with me to stay (obviously to get money) when they could’ve simply given me a prescription for oral medication. Untrained staff and very rude Dr.

Do not go to this hospital as an international tourist!! I went to get some stitches out (which were done for free in India) and after the procedure they gave me a bill of 200 dollars! We refused to pay and they pretended to speak with management to give us a 'discount' and then said they would reduce to 50 dollars and if we didn't pay they would consult their legal team. They refused to use our international health insurance policy. We finally haggled them to 3,000 rupees. I can't believe I had to bargain in a hospital! All the time the staff were laughing at us at reception. Don't go here or if you do negotiate the price first.

Stayed here for three nights because of a lung infection and AMS. The doctors and nurses were professional, checked regularly on me and were clear in their communication about the diagnosis and treatment. Overall, I had a very positive experience here despite the unfortunate circumstances. Definitely a great hospital for foreigners!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. this hospital robbed me of nearly 5000 USD by charging the bill for my food during hospital stay in USD rather than NPR. I have spent months trying to recover this money only to find out the head doctor and administrator is lying to my bank and saying the payment was for my hospital bill, when it clearly was not. Dishonest institution - they will rob you of all the money they can. DO NOT TRUST
