    Its amazingly beautiful. Very quiet, safe, good locality around. The view of mountains frm my rented house on 12th floor is breathtaking. Just love my residence. Landlord is also very courteous.

    Apartment at posh area Lazimpat near presidential residence and ambassy of Japan and USA. Eateries Hotels and shopping area very nearby. Every Saturday there is a market to buy organic foods and green vesitables.

    The owner is in us and the Bangladesh guy who has the lease is not helping...bad selection the money they are charging without any support not worth it.imagine no electricity for two nights and they took all the money in advance..

    Personally i dont like commercially built house by builders as they are very poor in structure. I'm talking about case of Nepal as there is no monitoring authority for such building.
