Wife googled for fine dining in Phuket and made a reservation online for Sat evening 14/11. Paid a deposit and all that for the evening. We turned up to be greeted by the manager at the lobby of the intercontinental hotel n he introduced the concept n location design of the place (see pics). The inside of the restaurant looks quite fancy almost cathedral like with it's white wallpaper with clouds. Then came the food which for the most part we have to eat with our hands. Small bites n some "unique" combinations of ingredients which I would never have imagined that I would eat. And when I told them that I was allergic to shellfish, they just said they will not replace these dishes but will just not serve them either! What?? Seems this is a set menu and my wife has not indicated my food allergy. First time I've had that told to my face! Anyway we didn't really enjoy the food served except maybe for the first 2 courses served, the rest was just...... The service staff was very good and very attentive but we could wait to get out of the place. IMHO it's not worth the money we paid for the experience. And to top it all off, I lost the credit card that I used to pay for the bill. I think someone up there is trying to tell me something 😂😂😂 Won't be going there again, that's for sure.

It was an incredible experience, every aspect of the meal was so well thought through it felt like we were going on a journey through Thailand and learning about their food and culture. 95% of their ingredients are sourced from Thailand. The service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The ambience and decor were just right, elegant and beautiful. The dishes were extremely delicious and the combination of ingredients very unexpected yet they go so well together. Haven’t felt so surprised and delighted with each and every dish! Best overall experience and meal I’ve ever had:) super impressed! Thank you so much Hom!

World Class Unique Delicious Dining Experience. Faultless and Perfect Delivery. Michelin standard on every aspect and 2 Michelin stars in my opinion as a cut above a one star. We are alcohol free and the Pairings were well thought out, aligned with the modern and classic flavour creations from a Chef and Team who are in their element. Coordinated and simultaneous service of dishes, eloquent sincere explanations of each dish from the Chef and each team member. Flavours were indeed a journey but one which made perfect sense with a beautiful structure and contrasts without extremity. Subtle culinary artist nods to Ancient Thai culture - ants, sea snail, Stinky green bean but using that local produce to produce the absolute best through emulsions, infusions, creams and broths. Textures were also a journey with perfect guidance from the team "chef recommends you eat this in one bite" "please dip your Ragu Bread in the sauce if you wish". Comfort and class in a perfect blend. Right up until the moment we left we were made to feel special guests and gift bags with the menu, tea and a postcard of the favourite dish we mentioned were beautifully presented. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

It’s very difficult to surprise me, but I think in Hom I had my best dining experience. I would not expect to find it in Phuket, with Portuguese chef Ricardo Nunes and fermented cousin. What a combination! The food is so delicious, you feel like the chef is the artist putting flavors, textures, tastes on the canvas and each dish become a pease of art. Bravo! Another thing which impressed me here s the attention to all details, they are perfect: architecture of building, interior, light, music, temperature and of course the implacable service of the team.

Definitely worth a trip to Phuket to dine at hom! Situated within InterContinental Phuket Resort, hom serves unforgettable 10-moments based on innovative presentation of fresh local ingredients at the top of Sawaan Pavilion. The experience started from the lobby where the hom team told us the story of the painting before taking us on a walk on the clouds and up the stairway to heaven. The first impression of the restaurant was just stunning 🤩 The interior is clean and neat. Very photogenic. Every dish has its own element of fermentation that will surprise you in so many great ways. Who would imagine fermentation can create spicy flavor?! The dinner was extraordinary and I mean EXTRAordinary. This experience breaks all the boundaries by presenting the fresh local ingredients in many creative ways unbounded by any cuisine already available. My favs are the Coconut, Caviar and Salted Macadamia, Razor, Bread and Butter (never knew and never would expect something so simple to be so good!), and Baby Squid, Tea Leaves and all the sauces Chef Ricardo makes. The attention to detail on how to make everything so well-balanced is admirable. Their commitment to lower the carbon footprint is highlighted with the creativity in utilising all the parts of their ingredients like coconut shell carved into a bowl or using sunflower sticks as straws and flowers as a dish. They have also ordered made-to-order handcraft bespoke items from Chiang Mai to complete the natural look and feel. DO NOT MISS THE WINE PAIRING! hom team set us up with a wonderful biodynamic and natural wine list that complemented all the dishes perfectly 🍷💕 Services are on point. Everyone on the team knows what they are doing and why they are doing it.

The new legend of Phuket fine dining. We had a great meals of tasting menu 10 moments (10 courses) with wine pairing. Wonderful & luxury place. hom Restaurant surely successful since located in white luxury Thai style named "Sawan Pavillion". The interior make us feel special with our meal. Great choice of material , fresh & so delicious. Service was great start from email correspondence of reservation, warm informative welcome , great journey story on the way to the restaurant , until the last course.
