The comolex itself is good and quite untill.... 6.30 in the morning When something (my guess is equipment) start to work and wakes you up. We heard this sound during the Day time as well. We Stayed at D302 appartment. Awfull, old (see pics) with no working air-conditioning. Agent told us first that there is electricity ptobkem and you need to swithch on together air-conditioning and propeller (imagine how annoing it is) but we still didnt have cold air Flow, so she guess that it might be no frion... We decided to move... Payed her for 1 night and were very happy to Move to another place and forget this like a night mare

I own a place here now and I am a very happy owner. Yes the units are 15 years old and it needs some upgrading but overall, the facilities are lovely and well maintained. the area and views are amazing. If you rent, it will depend on your unit owner of you get an upscale or old unit. You get what you pay for!

Great place to stay. Close to Kamala and patong. Rooms are clean, as is the water. Management and staff are friendly and ready to help.

Amazing condo in a beautiful setting, walking distance to Bang Wan waterfall! Great staff to look after your every need and a 10 min scooter ride to the beach!

Upmarket Condo complex, but like all thai developments, built up the side of a mountain, so crazy steep access and parking. Terrible neighbourhood of Burmese tin shacks, appaling road with an abundance of soi dogs....

Awesome place

Absolutely incredible value for money. 3 Swimming pools surrounded by amazing scenery. 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit for under 4 million Bht. Impossible to find better value for such a great location in any part of Phuket.
