My 10 year old daughter went with my wife today to try knee boarding for the first time , they just did put my daughter on the kneeboard strapped and let her ride without any instructions . She managed well until she had the let the handle go and couldnt get out of the straps and capsized . Allmost drowned and spend a while under water to get out of the knee straps and had a major trauma . Life guard was available and didnt even notice what was happening , my wife had to jump into the water and swim towards her to help . My daughter faced a majot trauma and she thought she would die , right away i called the place and wanted to talk to the manager and his first response was asking me what i want in a very rude way and while i was talking to him he hang up the phone , i took my daughter and went to the wake park to confront him but he told me that my daughter wasnt there today and that nothing has happened . Unbelievable , a 10 year old kid allmost drowned and he didnt even notice nor did the life guard . This place us absolutely not safe for kids !!!!

Pretty good cable system and I always love going to a wake park. Unfortunately there were a couple of things that took away from my experience here. My watch came off while riding and I asked if I could go swim for it but was told only the staff could. Next minute I was getting asked what my watch was worth and haggling for how much I would pay the staff to retrieve it. I ended up paying 2000 baht. I would’ve happily tipped the guys for retrieving my watch but being asked how much it’s worth and then pricing the recovery from that is like being on Bangla road. My friend also cut his hand in several places on his binding after it came apart and exposed metal spikes. I’ve never experienced that in a binding before. For a quiet day, the staff kind of gave the impression that they didn’t want you there. Aside from those things we had a good time, but it’s the wakeboarding itself that made it.

Make sure to get there for happy hours (9am-11:30am and 4pm-6pm). Hours of fun for only 450 baht. Btw, ladies ride free all day every Thursday.

WHAT A DAY! I can’t recommend this place enough. Staff were great and super patient with us. The facility is brilliant and safe for all ages. Would go every week if I could!

Very nice spot. Staffs helpful - nice atmosphere.

Cool place. Towing system is ok and runs smoothly. Suggest to find instructor in your language first for beginners. Fun, but you got to be fit.

Good value for money. The area in front of the entrance looks a bit run down, but the wake park is well maintained. Not at the level of new wake parks like ESC or Thai Wake Park in Bangkok, but also not their high price level. A variety of obstacles, pick-up service if you fall on the far end, showers and toilets in reasonable condition - all you need. We only missed a restaurant, but that might be due to Covid-induced lower visitor numbers(?).

This wake park is just okay, happy hour is worth the price. The park itself is rather run down and staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Getting here is easy and there's parking and all the facilities you would need for your session. There's a beginner training course which is helpful if you're starting.

Heyho Wakeboarders of the Internet 🤙.. First of All i want to say... It is an awesome Park at all! Nice people, nice obsticals, nice Shop, very nice cable, nice chill areas, nice Training cable, ... to shorten this... everything is super nice there!! Don't understand that this place isn't crowded as f***!! For my girlfriend it was the third time she tried wakeboarding... the first 2 attempeds, were not so good for her... but at wakepark phuket she managed her first rounds on the cable!! She loved it! The boys and girls there are good teachers so for beginners it is sick! For pro riders it is also sick! Lots of easy up to medium obsticals! Makes a lot of fun to ride there! Cable is super smooth ... and the best thig is.. if you fail ... you don't have to walk, the, pic you up by a little tuc tuc (motorcicle) its just awesome!! I'm trying to get back there as soon as possible in my next holiday (i'm from germany) love this thai wakepark... if you love wakeboarding you HAVE to try out PHUKET

Total waste of time. On website they announce “working hours Mon 10-18”. Well we were there at 1pm just to hear that they open always at 3pm on Mondays due maintenance. Ok, came back before three, just to notice that cable was still under maintenance. We waited until 4pm - at that point they had 2-3 carriers installed, rest of the cable was empty. Estimate was “maybe one hour “. Well they close at 6pm so it wasn’t worth to wait anymore, we drove back to our hotel and wasted one day of our holiday. Unreliable, poor information on website. Next day at another Phuket wake park, Sport Wake Park near the airport was just perfect!
