I have been spending a month's holiday in an apartment in this residence for several years. Very quiet place, for Phuket. The only problem to enjoy this tranquility is that you have to be motorized because it is a little out of the way. Stunning walks around the lake, stunning views of nature, and plenty of oxygen to breathe. Recommended for long periods.

We have lived there a bit less than 1 year. All staff is very friendly and polite. You can hang out with them, smoke weed and so on. I felt like I live with a big Thai family. There is no tourist because the place located too far from any Beach or clubs. No police, no stress, no music and so on. Only relax and chill close to Golf park. You can live there with animals! It is incredible cool for Thailand. I had a friend with 4 or 5 cats haha Yes, rooms looks obsolete but this place have a soul. That's it

Location is great! Building itself old-fashioned. Pool is not attractive. Some rooms is ok. But my room required deep renovation.

Facilities are good wit a gymnasium and swimming pool. Internet is provided and there is lift access to all floors. The public areas need some maintenance but the inside of the rooms is in good condition, .

The atmosphere is very good. Quiet and private. Convenient parking, clean rooms, very good service.

Pet-friendly.🥰 Nice, cozy, constantly being renovated. Great neighborhood: golf courses, the dam, the lake. Close to every where: 15 minutes to Patong and Phuket town. 10 minutes to Makro, Big C and Central Phuket. Great community, mostly expats. Many Russian speakers. Everyone is super friendly. The management is also very responsive and helpful. The cafe in the lobby has amazing food and drinks. It’s a hidden gem of Phuket. If you are looking for a long-term stay for you and your fur baby, search no longer: this is it.

SCAM I payed deposit and rental price for full month in advance (19dec-19jan room 104) My room got flood from the roof in bathroom (video👇), so there was a big paddle all the time and sounds of dripping water from the roof. So I asked owner to fix it or provide proper room and I got refusal. After chat war I got back deposit but 2 weeks of rent manager refused to refund. So I have to find new accomodation and pay for it in another place. So I count as I got scammed because I payed for full month and room didn't have proper conditions for living and I didn't get moneyback. My recommendation is to not have business with such owners.
