I did the test and go here and they provided a great service to me. For example, I ordered some food from the shops and one of the foods needed microwaving, but I didn’t have a microwave and the staff kindly took it to the kitchen and heated it up for me. They tended to many more small needs and felt very comfortable. The view from the lake is great too and the food at the restaurant is very good. Highly recommend for test and go or long stay.

Quality accomodation, fair price well located.

Good place and good staff but need improvement. Location is ok. Accomodations are amazing. Breakfast is not ideal so dont buy it. They need to do something about mosquitos really. But I still give it 4 star.

The bungalows are great, the balconies give you some own space. And the morning view is beautiful. Shout out to Sit - great security guy.

Do not be fooled by the photos on line. The “hotel” looks nothing like what is being advertised. It is tired, dated and not well equipped. Avoid at all costs.

This resort definitely exceeded ourexpectations. Staff was extremely friend and quick to respond. The rooms were clean modern, and had multiple balconies overlooking the lake. They remted motorbikes for a fair price, and they all seemed to be bramd new. Will definitielyrecommend Serenity to friends and family! Thank you again for all your help

Beautiful & well priced. Just remember to hang your do not disturb sign on your door if you do not want an early wake up knock & self entry ha ha

Nice place on the lake with comfortable rooms.

We loved our stay at the lake It was quiet and tranquil away from the hustle and bustle The restaurant is amazing! The major down fall was the bed.. we could feel the springs of the matterus, the pillows was too high for my neck and the outdoor light shone through the curtain while trying to sleep. Really if these things where upgraded we would have stayed longer! Really really beautiful place! Thank you :)
