The hotel is good, rooms are beautiful. But the only problem we had was that it is remotely located. It is 30 minutes walking from the main streets of phuket & hence we had to book a tuktuk everytime we had to go the city area which costed us around 300t Thai baht per round.

Rooms are quite big and spacious with a large balcony and a bathtub in wash room. Good room in minimum budget, liked it, though the food is very poor and service is slow and not that great, and they don't have any resturant, so no food available in hotel except morning Breakfast which is below standard. Apart from that rooms are good. Swimming pool and sitting area is not maintained properly though accessible.

Visited this place 2 years back. Could not found It to be near by any place as explained in other reviews. Rooms are clean and spacious. Swimming pool attached rooms are very good. Check the depth of swimming pool as I found it to be a little deeper. Food is okay Not many more choices there. Staff is good and friendly.

It is a budget hotel but very good service. Don’t expect hotel like facilities in less money. Please don’t expect and and compare with 4-5 star hotel. In my opinion this hotel is super value for money. Room and service beyond we paid. It was worth. There are all basic needs available. All staff always friendly face to greet you all times. Provide vegetarian food also.

Rooms are really good, but the location is bit far from beach.

Lovely staff, breakfast needs a proper chef to cook it. The walk up the hill was hard work.

Budget friendly option. Just 2 KM far from the Pa Tong beach. Breakfast options are limited. There were lizards and ants in the room. Property is a bit old structured but maintained well. Pool is very nice but no option for the kids.

Horrible stay.disappointed with the hotel and staff.Its not a resort but a very very cheap hotel.Firstly,this property is not at all maintained.How could Make My Trip associate with such downgrade hotel? It seems Make My Trip has lowered their standard. Secondly, there is no security,no telephone in room to connect reception, lizards were everywhere,room furniture was too old,with white ants. No hot water available in bathroom, we did not feel like using bathroom as it was so very dirty.Further,to go to hotel,the road is very steep it's risky in the night.We did not dare to eat breakfast as we saw the dirt everywhere.we stayed here for only 1 night and ran away. Why make my trip is showing such third class hotels? website is showing false pictures. In reality, it's different. I would give - 0 to this cheap hotel and cheap staff members.They were very rude, unprofessional,uneducated people.Dont know anything about hospitality. They call it resort but actually its a GARBAGE HOTEL.To conclude, it's dreadful experience.We don't want other people to waste money and ruin their holidays.

It is very old hotel. Doesn’t had hand towels, no laundry service, pool was too deep and not available for kids due to its depth. Breakfast wasn’t good enough in choices. Just outside the hotel there is a house which looks like a garbage collection house as so many dustbin’s remain there with 6-8 cats residing

This Resort is on top of a steep slope and they do not have a restaurant. The guests have to walk down and go for Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Tea/coffee etc. Which makes it very difficult for elderly people to climb up every time. They provide only breakfast and there is no hot water available after morning hours. We would not like to come back here again since lot of other good alternatives are available in Patong,Phuket. Overall not a good experience.

Value for money. We book this hotel with deluxe pool access with a good deal on website. This room is so nice direct to the pool. I am very happy with this room with our anniversary. This hotel is a good atmosphere and good location with best view. Free Wi Fi with good speed. Breakfast is good also. The staffs are welcoming and helping you

A no frills bed and breakfast place. Don't be misled by the resort in name and don't ignore the hill part. It's a budget hotel with a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious but the hotel, beds, curtain, everything is old and has musty smell. Hot water was available 24 hrs. They seem to be running on skeletal staff and no one was available to show the rooms. There is no restaurant inside hotel (and no room service) but they do sell beer. Here comes the hill part. The hotel is on steep hill and nearby restaurants/supermarket are just 100-150 meters away but the climb back to hotel is taxing.

Room are exceed our expectations. It is very big and clean with toiletries include. All amenities are provided. There are buffet breakfast with vegetarian food. Very good option for budget hotel in Patong. All staff try to help you all times. You can book some trip with the hotel directly with good price. Clean bedding&fresh towel everyday. This is a okay place to stay. Rooms are very big with balcony, but the rooms are not very clean. Neither is the washroom. House keeping persons don't understand English properly so they don't listen even if you try to explain. Also found the house keeping persons quite rude.There is a mini fridge in each room but nothing for heating water. So you can't have coffee or tea if you want. Location wise it's good, near to the patong beach. Breakfast is good. I found the staff not very problem may be because of the language. The pool is small but clean. They don't have any food service in the hotel other than morning breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was so clean and quite. Very good price. The room was spacious, well maintained and very clean. Air con was cold, bed was big. Shower is working well, flat TV, fridge with 2 water bottle. Pool is so amazing.

Best Price with Best Service We booked the room with special promotion. Our room is beyond my expectation. Standard room were big and clean with good pressure water. We rent the big car for our family, the hotel provide safety parking. Breakfast is reasonable price. All staff were nice and friendly. Allow us free early check in at 11.00 am. Pool is awesome.
