I'm just staying in this hotel and it is awesome. I am here with my family. The pictures of the resort you see in the internet are 100% what reality looks like. Big rooms. TV has english spoken channels and even a movie channel is available. When we arrived our TV was broken but the owner went immediately to buy a new one and installed it within hours. So since we just got a new smart TV and the Wifi is quite strong we even can stream movies from the internet with the phone on the TV. The cleanliness is exceptional. When we arrived i couldn't believe that it is so clean, so i checked everything. I checked the matresses, i wiped higher areas of the room with my fingers which normally are often forgotten by cleaning staff in other hotels but everyting was perfectly clean. I found really nothing to complain about. I think this is the cleanest place on the whole island. We even have a kitchen that is very well equiped and also perfectly clean. Also the bathroom is great with a bathtub and a shower. The staff is very friendly and care about all details. You see that everything is maintained constantly and the owners put a lot of love and effort in their hotel. Here you feel at home without being at home. The pool is great and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is small but very good. Also other food is great. Great cook. The hotel is not directly at the coast but motorbikes can be rented from the hotel for 250 Bath/day and the next beach is 15 Minutes away. So if you do not mind to hire a motorbike or a car this doesn't matter and you are away from the tourist bunkers. The minibar is well equiped too and prices are low. I stayed at many hotels all over the world and in most of them there was something to complain about, but this one is truly in the top ranks, even when i compare it with 5 star hotels. The value for money is great. I am absolutely happy with my choice and that i didn't care solely about the general star rating. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who doesn't mind not to stay at a hotel directly at the beach.....and no... i am not employed by the hotel to write positive comments in the internet....i am just a 100% satisfied customer from Switzerland. If I would go to Phuket again i would stay here again.

Overall a really nice experience. very friendly and helpful staff. rooms are a nice size and very clean. each room has balconies to relax on. onsite restaurant. excellent complimentary breakfast with good food options. nice clean pool located on property. scooter rentals on premise. not located within walking distance to beaches or much else. a car or a scooter are a must. would give 5 stars but during our visit all the scooters were rented out, and the kitchen was closed for lunch and supper as the cook was “away”. we booked on assumption these would be available to us on site. i’m sure improvement could be made in these areas so there is no disruption in service. a nice family run resort i would recommend a stay at.

Naka Resort is very friendly, always clean, large room and nice and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast Everyone was always available to assist us in any way. We will recommend here to our friends in Australia

Naka resort is a beautiful small family run resort. Good idea to book ahead especially during peak season in Thailand Feii is the manager, has great English ability and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The entire family make you feel at home, along with a couple of cute dogs, a cat and some birds. After a few days here you will not want to leave! A little gem.

Loved staying here. Atmosphere was very relaxing, small, and cozy. Resort extremely peaceful compared to other hotels. Booked multiple excursions with the staff and spent a great few days in Phuket! Staff was very attentive and grateful. Will definitely be back, could not have asked for a better resort stay.

To Sanong (the owner), Hello Sanong, you never give answer to all our emails. You buy our plot in Thailand to build your hotel but you never pay us!!!! You said: I will pay after I finish the building but now you don’t answer anything. I think you have blocked us. So this is the only way that I can ask you: Don’t you feel any responsibility to us? Like you said when our father died!! Can we expect you will pay us…sometime? Or can you sleep well by knowing that you built your hotel up to inpaid ground? Harold

Great stay at Naka Resort 🌺🌴 If you are looking for a cozy accommodation outside of the hustle and bustle you are right here. You feel welcomed from the minute of arriving and you will find a place that is clean, modern, quiet and lush green. Your host Faii will go the extra mile to make you feel like home. Nice breakfast, clean and spacious room and a refreshing swimming pool. Within 5 minutes by car or motorbike you will reach Kamala with a long beach and city centre with market, restaurants, massage saloons, dive shops, etc. Also Patong beach is easy accessible within a short ride. By walking distance you will find a little supermarket. The host and the family will help you with any kind of request and tour booking. I wish I could stay longer but I will come back.

Overall good except : Staff in the resto need to be further trained. All staff asking the same question Dont get sick another day besides of the first aid operations hours Dont ask the reception of any spa information. They dont know a clue

Quiet lovely place if u find Patong is overwhelming. Huge bedroom with huge bathroom. Cleanliness can be further improved though because there’s lots of insects flying around and will get bitten

In a great spot for easy access to Kamala, Patong, and Surin Beach. The hotel is very well looked after and has a big pool and a nice restaurant. You can rent motorbikes right there, which is handy. Jane and her family make you feel really welcome. Fantastic value for your money!

Large clean room with separate bathroom, good sized pool and super helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
