Absolutely beautiful place.. spend the extra for a luxurious place to stay for a getaway. It was super quiet and comfy I was able to sleep so well. The staff are nice, coffee is great, breakfast choices are ample, they even had champagne at the buffet I think. Golf carts to take you around the complex. The location is amazing, super cute place to get family photos done or professional couples photos..can even see a proposal or wedding being amazing on the lawn at the beachfront. We enjoyed the Naka so much thank you ❤

I have heard many good things about this hotel so I decided to book it for one night as a surprise birthday present for my parents. What a disappointment. I booked a 2 bedroom pool villa, room 543. In general, the hospitality is just way below par. Definitely not 5 star quality. Good points: - 24/7 shuttle service around resort - Amazing views from the master bedroom - Good atmosphere at the sky bar - Cute birthday cake surprise at sky bar - Great cocktails at sky bar - Pool area and the private beach is very nice! - Breakfast buffet line has a variety of selection (esp for Thai food) Bad/Improvement points: - Check in at 3pm, later than other hotels - Half an hour delay when checking in. Noting in mind that I had requested a ‘Happy Birthday’ letters to be laid out on the bed as a surprise for my parents birthday, they said that it’s taking them more time than expected. We were mislead that the car is coming to pick us up from the pool to our room, and twice we were told to wait with no definite time. Honestly if the staff was honest from the start that we will have a late check in if they arrange this surprise, I would have called it off and we would not have a late check in. I called it off in the end because my parents got mad and the surprise was ruined. - Room was very tired and worn out and the most shocking thing is that the housekeeping did an awful job at cleaning the room. The outdoor jacuzzi area was still dirty, and there was actually a half finished Pepsi bottle in the room, probably from the previous guest, or even the previous previous guest. Also, the mirror doors to the balcony were not wiped properly leaving greases from the previous guests that have been in contact with the mirror. In regards to the bedroom downstairs, the most unacceptable thing was the plastic light cover fell off the light, it seems like all the plastic light cover had fell off previously. The bed has bumps like it was not flipped over, so there was a hole in the bed (old mattress). The AC in the room had loud noises that kept going on and off, disrupting our sleep. They already have 3 hours time span to turnover the room, which is an hour more than the usual hotel standards, and the room turned out to be this way was very disappointing. - The Wifi was very poor, not able to connect to our device - Old structure, needs maintenance. Things like concrete, wooden floors, in room and facilities looks very tired and needs refurbishing. I have stayed in other hotels in Phuket and around Thailand at this price point and what I got in return was much more impressive and worth it. I am posting this review in the hopes that the hotel will improve for future guests. Since travel has started to return in Thailand, I understand that properties do need a second chance at this. I talked to the assistant GM about these issues, and he acknowledged all of them and said that he will work with the team to get it sorted for future guests. So hopefully, things will turn out ok in the near future

Throughout our visit, we repeatedly informed the front desk of a sense of insecurity, hearing strange noises and knocks near our room. However, they assured us everything was okay. The rooms were not well-maintained, prompting us to switch to a different one. The beach is heavily populated with rocks, making swimming an impossibility. In summary, the resort does not provide good value for the money spent.

The hotel has some advantages and disadvantages and that’s why I rated it as medium. The resort is rated as a 5 stars hotel, and it’s designed beautifully and fancy. The room is huge, the private pool is fantastic, the facilities are comfortable includes the bed, sofa etc. The staff is great and always willing to help fast. Nevertheless, here are starting the disadvantages- the resort is located on a side of a mountain so is kind of insulator, and also you need the hotel car to get out of your room and get to the outrageously expensive spa, restaurant etc. The price is too high to get a room full of ants!!!! They were all over the room! The water in the shower are cold, and if you don’t want to take a taxi to the city, you need to eat at the hotel restaurant/room services or a restaurant who works with the hotel. It’s not worth the money!

Very good service, very comfortable and pleasant 4d3n stay for us. Kids friendly, privacy is great. Due to its private location, the only negative point is transportation, Very difficult to get a car out (grab isn't friendly at all). However, the resort does provide transportation service. Will definitely come back.

I went there for honeymoon trip, nice staff and very warm welcome. Breakfast x Dinner restaurant is very beautiful view and nice taste but the way to go is quite look dangerous at the night time. But overall is good, we could stay in the hotel all day. Also can take photo everywhere, very beautiful hotel.

We got married at The NAKA on the 12th of November 2022. We were nervous at first because we booked the naka without visiting the resort in person and didn’t have a planner to help picking a venue either. However when we got to the naka, it was like how we imagined. We were so happy and felt it will be ok. Although the venue was fully booked, it felt like we were the only ones there. All the staff knew who we were and treated us like VIPs. We have been talking to the event manager at the Naka, Khun Ann, for 4 years now since before Covid. We have moved our wedding 3 times and Khun Ann has been very helpful and accommodating. She looked after us and our wedding with the utmost care, she couldn’t do enough for us leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. She treated our wedding as if it was her own, we are so grateful for all her help. Khun Pok, Khun Sak, the amazing chef, and the staffs were really impeccable from the receptions. Our wedding guests still talk about the buffet at our wedding. ♥️ The venue was amazing and the villas were perfect with the most unbelievable views. We had a thai ceremony in the morning at the Meka and western and reception in the afternoon at the beach lawn. And one thing to the top management team at the Naka. Please relocate the new swing with the red shower head. It does not match the concept of the naka eg. materials/design. Maybe find a better spot at the either edge so that would allow the beach lawn a better serene scenery. We believe that would attract more events and for better photos and still pertain the concept. One thing we would do differently would be making a decision on the date early as it can be competitive. We lost the the date we wanted in less than a week because possibly we didn’t seem too interested. Nonetheless, there were so many things the staffs have done for us, from helping us with moving all our stuff to a different villa, cleaning the dance floor due to the rain. If we had to choose again we would go with the Naka 100% and definitely will go back there again!

The beachfront pool villa is quite nice but the service is very poor. Anything asked for, the first reply from the staffs is "NO". Not very helpful. It's quite far from the airport. More than one hour drive.

It is an impressive hotel, we liked the hotel very much. It is very nice, the room is very good, it has a private pool, excellent attention from the staff. The breakfast was very good, the beach has rocks but you can still swim. It is very nice for couples, I would definitely come back. The only "bad" thing is that I did not like the bed but the rest 9/10. The architecture of the place is excellent.

Don't worth the money at all. The hotel is extremely old. It seems like it does not get much maintenance. Room is very old and too dark. You cannot do anything at night except sleeping. Breakfast is so average that you can find from any hotel. Golf cart service in the hotel is very delayed. Once I had to wait for 15 minutes, despite non-peak time. Mostly you have to wait 10 minutes before a golf cart arrives.

This hotel is everything you could want in an upscale property. Lovely, helpful staff. Large, open rooms. And attention to detail. I stayed 4 nights in an oceanfront villa - it was amazing. The room is very large with plenty of space. The staff were all amazingly helpful and polite. The privacy is unmatched. Highly recommend this resport. If you are looking to get to Pa Tong - it's a quick drive and they can arrange transport for you at a good price. I never had issues getting to and from the property.

The Naka ranks as one of the best places in the world I have ever stayed. The villa experience is nothing short of superlative, with a private pool and breathtaking views over the bay. Every aspect of the villa contributes to an unforgettable stay, blending luxury with serenity. From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. The check-in counter, located outdoors, sets a welcoming tone that heightens your excitement. It's a unique and delightful start to the stay. The spa deserves a special mention for its fantastic services, which are very reasonably priced, adding another layer of relaxation to the experience. What truly sets The Naka apart is its remarkable service. From check-in through to dining and poolside service, the staff were attentive, professional, and personable. They made a point to remember our names, adding a personalized and welcoming touch that made us feel special and valued. The poolside experience was also wonderful, complementing the overall luxurious ambiance of the place. In summary, The Naka offers an extraordinary experience that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. It's a perfect destination for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent getaway.

The staff’s friendly, the view is fabulous and you get all the privacy you’re looking for. We ordered pizza at the restaurant and it felt like it was a frozen pizza so that’s a minus. But overall, everything was great.

We booked signature 3 bedroom villa and we were 2 family with toddler. The resort is not at all kids friendly. We couldn’t let our toddlers roam outside since it’s forest. But worst is to get to our villa we had to take 100+ stairs every time. Literally I counted them. I cannot imagine myself taking his stroller every time and doing like 1000+ stairs if we go out of villa 5 times a day! And it mentions nowhere on the booking there will be 100+ stairs! I requested to just cancel and provide refund but they did not refund me one night. But I checked out and went to stay some place else where we did not have to work out to go to our room. And yes the rooms are outdated!

Great hotel with excellent service. A bit off the beaten path, but quality and service make well up for that. Grab is easily available. Opted for the seaside private dinner, highly recommended. Great pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was flawless, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast service was a delightful start to each day. The breathtaking views from the hotel were so serene, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. Highly recommended !

Nice view from the room and a lot of privacy. But you need to stay in the villa with full sea view. Cleaniness is ok but you will get ants in the room. There is a small private beach and the hotel will have a truck to drive guests around the compound. Location is good because it is not touristy while town is just 15mins car ride away.

Its a very good Hotel with privacy and very good for couples, especially if you had the pool villa. Make sure to get it on hill to enjoy the view and the breeze. Regarding the location it takes some time just to get in and out of the resort and also if you need to go around you will need to use the buggy

The best hotel in Phuket! The employees at the hotel are very kind, they fulfill every request very quickly. The rooms are always clean and air-conditioned. The hotel has a central infinity pool with an amazing view of the sea. The only drawback - the hotel is in a rather isolated location and there are no restaurants within walking distance and you have to take taxis to eat outside. The prices of the restaurant and pool bar in the hotel are a bit expensive. We were very disappointed that the hotel does not give free water at the pool bar, In every hotel I've been to, we always got water in the pool area for free. It was a hot day and we had to buy every small bottle of water in the pool with a lot of money. Other then that everything was great! I want to thank Sak for the amazing service we got from him!

Naka Phuket is a secluded resort near the Kamala Beach area, comprised of around 90 villas & just a few regular rooms. The villas are stylishly designed although not very practical (black walls, floor & sofa, etc.). However the main pool is very very good, almost 50m in length & just adjacent to the private beach.

The Most Terrible Room Service Foods EVER. All the foods taste like it is made yesterday. Everything is cold, soaked, dry, definitely NOT FRESH. Especially, their pizza and sandwich is the WORST. Their breakfast buffet is slightly better than the room service, but it's still not fresh. Don't come to this resort expecting for food.

We loved our stay at Naka! We suggest getting a villa located higher so that you get a better view! It makes a huge difference. Concierge is 5 star & Jamie was excellent!! She communicated well and made our stay the best. Our mini room fridge was stocked daily with free soda & beer. The beach is nice & great to swim & snorkel. The pool is large & an infinity pool. We had the best sunsets & it was a nice relaxing stay away from lots of tourists.

We had a beautiful stay at the hotel. Overrall everything was great. The hotel is really clean which i doubted before arriving; housekeeping staff did a great job. Very friendly staff that would do anything to help. The only disappointing thing was the food. Breakfast was meh; room service too. They can do sooo much better. I would recommend to stay also for the location. Its close to patong and kamala.

Visited this hotel during monsoon season: the tide was too high and dangerous to go in but there are many hermit crabs on the beach!!! Super fun to watch them running around on the beach. Service was perfect, every staff speaks fluent English. The rooms are a bit old but you can easily overlook it in the deem lights. Getting around in the resort is easy: just call reception to send you a tuk-tuk and there are mini tuk-tuk stops around the villa. Breakfast: wide selection (international and Thai) and delicious.. Not to mention they have a superb Olympic size infinity pool next to the beach 🥰🥰 And the private pool in room is also of a very decent size.. Overall 9/10 super recommend for anyone visiting Phuket🥹 (minus 1 for the old rooms)

We booked the pool villa for 4 days amazing structure but the finishing was below average.. breakfast was average they don’t have a lot of Internatinal options.. Kids club was fun for my daughter/ the beach was clean/ their shuttle inside the resort was available always Overall amazing view and lovely location.. I just hope to improve the cleaning service and breakfast options .. also they turned off the outdoor light at 12 including your pool and outdoor area which didn’t make sense we don’t have our own switch especially if you want to stay up late ..

Great place for couples or small families.. a true 5 star service, you could ask for anything and it's there.. Location is what really matters!! If you were looking to walk around to wherever place.. you're not walking anywhere my friend!! You can't get out without a car so it's forcing you to stay in and enjoy the beautiful scenery and pools.

The place to be in Phuket is The Naka Phuket. The Deluxe Pool Villa Ocean View was stunning. Service was perfect. Every staff was friendly, helpful. Breakfast was decent, many choices to choose. Worth to spending money for this luxury pool villa. One thing that could have been better is room maintenance. Some parts in the room are old, but still acceptable.

What i like; Luxury Location Amazing view from rooms Big in-villa pool Lunch/ dinner in resturant is delicious What i didnt like; Not many option for breakfast (no international food) Very dirty beach During my stay a big storm came which caused several blackout in the room (maybe the generator needs regular maintenance)

Designer Hotel built in the hill side to the best view of Kamala Beach you could ever find. Hotel service is swift. Best grassy landscape in front of the infinity swimming pool.. the beach is not really swimmable at all times though. Food from Restaurant is delicious dinner in or out front of the pool.

The stay at The Naka Phuket was fantastic. The service, the room, the view, the breakfast everything was absolutely phenomenal especially from Jamie who helped us the most from check in until check out and made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for the great experience and will be coming back again!

Amazing resort with really good amenities and really good view but you need to choose the Villas up hell so you will have really good view. The staff are so friendly and the room service is nice, incredible breakfast. The only problem is that the resort are a little bit far from the patong area and it’s really quiet and nothing to do so I would choose it to chill out

Honestly I’m sad leaving to the airport. I spent two unforgettable time nights in this Resort. I would recommend it for everyone. Special thanks to the receptionist PhiPhi, he is very kind and helpful. Hotel shuttle drivers are very fast. Everything was good. For sure I’ll come again to this amazing resort
