A Canadian Tourist Review: We stayed here for over FOUR months. We planned for 10 days then it turned into 4 months. My girlfriend and I got away from the craziness of the world and relaxed here over the winter. We had the deluxe room most of the time. Great views of the hillside where the Big Buddha resides. The owner Nicolai is a super friendly Danish guy along with his wife whose name I have sadly forgotten! Even the one staff member who quit would chat with us whenever she ran into us around Patong. Nicolai and his wife helped with giving advice about the Jet Ski Mafia in Patong (Note: Do not rent a jet ski in Patong. Trust me.) The location was perfect. 7 minute walk to the beach. 12 minute walk to a huge grocery store. 15 minute walk to the hospital, print shop, walking street for UFC PPVs, and any restaurant we liked. Discounts on taxi rides were offered to us throughout our stay too! Hopefully we return by 2023!

Stayed here for 5 nights and would highly recommend! Beautiful, modern hotel. Air con and a fridge in the room. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels and water were provided. Staff were also very friendly and the hotel cat is so cute, even followed us into our room one day! Great location as it’s away from the busy areas but not too far to walk.

The rooms are looking exactly like in the pictures, but the small details can’t be seen, like the rusty things from the bathroom, the mold on the ceiling etc. However, I would book it again as the value for money it’s good, but not recommended for special events as honeymoon or if you are a clean freak.

Very good hotel! Cleaning is every day. Location is great: very quite but still close to Bangla road and the beach. Cheap price. Internet is fast, enough for working and having zoom calls. Sometimes, hot water in the shower is not hot but just warm. It’s still enough warm to shower though. The key to the room is not a card, but the key with an enormous hanger! Very inconvenient to carry around

I stayed in this Hotel for 3 days in September-2023. Rooms are very neat and clean. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. Overall, our stay was comfortable. They also offer 2-wheeler motorbikes on rent at affordable rates.

We chose this hotel for a mountain view balcony room, because of the great reviews online. The room we were allotted was clean and spacious but had no mountain view. We overlooked another house directly. The staff were polite and helpful but most amenities including food options, tours, bike rentals were limited or unavailable due to new years.

Stayed here during our Phuket trip, located in a quiet area of patong with a short walk to all the happening spots around. Staff is very helpful with requests and planning. The room was spacious with all basic amenities.

I've spent the better part of 2 weeks at Memory Boutique as a solo traveler over the festive season in Dec 2022 which is considered park season. I had great service from the staff there - Bella, Dianne as well as the cleaning staff. The hotel is greatly situated near the Otop Market. Walking distance to Otop Market, Junceylon Mall & Bangla Road. The hotel itself has an elevator which made things a lot easier with luggage. The English breakfast was amazing & the coffee is always something to look forward to. The only con was the the room with no window does give a bit of a congested feeling but that was down my booking. Will definitely stay again on my return.

Memory II Clean. Good room everything worked. Good AC. Cleaned daily with bottled water. No traffic noise. Only negative the hotel was quite noisy. Doors banging, cleaners noisy and neighbours talking late. Even so I would return.

Very good service from the hotel!!! Clean room but the room have no window..... So you must choose room with windows to have fresh air!!!

Nice,Clean,Quiet & Confy Hotel With Amazing Service from B & Bella . The stuff are kind to provide towels if you want to go to the beach . Few Minutes Walking distance to the beach but no worries they are plenty of restaurants , bars , 7eleven and laundry near by . Well balanced Breakfast Set . Well Maintained Room & Cleaned Everyday with 2 bottle watter every day . Personal I Would Love To Stay In This Hotel Again love it 🫶🏻

Could not recommend more. Great location, near restaurants and beach but rooms are quiet. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is well priced and tasty. Short walk to beach and bangla road. Pool table is entertaining and laundry service is well priced and done well. If staying in Patong, book here!

The rooms were super clean, very comfortable, wide space and the staff was amazing, the staff were very helpful and very kind. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Especially, Bee she was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Patong

Very loud drumming aircon from multiple places directly outside the window. Window is pointless because you can’t open the curtain as there are windows a metre away. The bed was an incredibly bad mattress with broken springs. Strong musty smell. Road outside the reception smelt of sewage. Quite far to walk to beach etc.

Stayed 2 weeks here in Nov 22, lovely staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Room was nothing flashy, but had King size bed!! but definately good value, clean and maintained regularly, close to popular areas, 10 mins or so walk to Patong beach / Bangla Rd... Had an affordable, and peaceful, relaxing stay .

Very nice place with nice, cute and beautiful stuff! Everything you need works! Rooms are clean and it's really nice to be there. Each day they bring water and clean your room, if you want. No problems with booking. Very close to the sea seven eleven and big C. Prices are good. I 'll choose this hotel next time!

It's totally fantastic experience with smooth checkin proces. The Lady in the reception she is very kind and supportive. Along with that in budget this is the best rooms in patong! On top of that they upgraded my room type as its avilable. Besides that location wise Thai Foods Store, 7-11, Exchange and all other necessary shops are nearby. The distance from bangla road or patong beach its but far like will take 20 mins by walking. But it's fantastic in this price.

What a hidden gem!! Not far from the beach and surrounded by great side roads with a really vibrant vibe and friendly locals. It's very different from the tourist focused free for all at the beach, but laid back and wholesome.

Excellent!! As a female solo traveler, I really recommend this place because it's very safe and the room is clean! The price is very cheap but the breakfast is nice and you can walk to Patong beach in only 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very happy during the stay here. Thank you very much. If I ever had a chance to go there again, this would be my first choice!

I’ve travelled to Phuket throughout the years and this has got to be one of the best I’ve stayed in. The price is beyond affordable, the room was clean and modern, housekeeping was efficient and came daily. The staff is the standout here, all super helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend everyone to stay here while in Patong, Phuket.

Good service! Only con is that the bed is quite hard. I would wake up with a sore back in the morning. They have a cute cat in the lobby 😍
