We stayed here for one week and were very pleased. The resort was clean and well maintained. The pool area was great with plenty of space and chairs. We loved the location, an easy walk along the canal to the beach or in the other direction to Makro Food Market or Fresh fruit and veggie markets. We had booked the breakfast daily and were told because of Covid the buffet was not offered, but they did have about five or six choices that you could pick for your breakfast daily. We were pleased with the choices given and the service was great. There were many small restaurants in the area, we tried Sugar and Spice and loved it, great food and wonderful people working there. The snorkeling right from the beach was awesome, some nice little reefs right off shore. Close to Big Buddha, too. We will stay here again. Thanks to Charley and his crew for a great stay!

Think twice before you book a room in this hotel. First of all, this is not a budget hotel, so service should be maintained at a minimum standard level. Lift: We stayed for in total 3 nights. Among them the hotel lift was broken for 2 nights. We had to climb to the top floor every night after tiresome whole day island hopping. Toiletries: They don't provide any toothbrush/toothpaste. Didn't know a hotel like this expensive could not provide that. They didn't even provide anything once out of three times. Balcony: Balcony is full of birds waste and other insects. Hospitality: Staff's behavior was another worse experience. They didn't even apologize for their lift issue. Just pointed out the stairs without any single word. It was shocking for us. I have been to many countries around south east asia and stayed at many hotels. So far this was the worst experience I had.

Everything was good. The hotel is very nice. Very good cleaning. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool. But at the end I pay twice for breakfast. First in the beginning then when I was checking out and had no time to discuss.

We stayed at The Heights and as to keep this short, it was nothing like what was promised. The GM tried his best to help us out, but due to being under staff and not having a communicated way of doing things, it was a bad experience for us. We moved around to two different rooms due to dirty rooms, a smelly and dirty Kids Room, and SHA guidelines not being followed by guests nor staff. There were gloves by the breakfast, but no one used it. I asked a guest if he could put on gloves while taking food, he replied he stayed for 14 days and no one told him nor his friends before. And here I am, taken all vaccines and PCR and extra precautions, this guy is poking his nose and allowing himself and his kid to take food without gloves. Sad to say, this was the experience for all family members in which we had 3 rooms on different levels too. So sad.

Was ok overall. Nice pool. Breakfast buffet is 220 baht it’s ok not the best. Chair on balcony was broken when I arrived, I reported it but they didn’t fix it. Power cut one night took several hours to fix

Nice stay in Kata Beach! The three star hotel is perfectly located close to everything and still calm at night. It’s 5 min walk to the night market and 15 min safe walk to the beach. Many restaurants and bars close. Restaurant Suger & Spice was one of our favourites and also take away food at the energetic food place on night market. Hotel pool is nice but need some renovations. When we asked the reception about where to put our garbage and we were recommended to place it on the other side of our hotel in connection to another hotel. Please improve the garbage solution. Pricewise it’s good value for money stay. Hope to be back!

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and enjoyed the place with the swimming pool and nice balcony. We booked a room with a kitchen but didn't have one. Was probably a mistake.. Anyways, the facilities overall were good but the gym wasn't in a good condition and most of the equipment was not usable. The pool could need some maintance but for the price we've paid we can't complain too much. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was lovely and smiley. Breakfast regularly changed and delicious. Very convenient location. Close to beaches, myriad of restaurants, food stalls, bars and shops. Room is very clean and bed is huge and so comfortable. Pools are great. Temperature of pools varies so you can have warmer pool for lounging or cooler pool for doing laps around 3 sides of building. Great fun. Yes a few aspects are in need of refurbishment- (thinking about crowd funding to 'save the dolphin' fountains! Would love to see them in action again) but for price and rating don't think you could do any better. Thank you so much for our wonderful 2 week stay. X

We stayed here for approx 2 weeks in January 2023. The rooms were good except for the rails on the balconies having horizontal rails (easy for small children to climb) and there never being any hot water in the room. The premises were good - with a number of large pools to choose from and a small kids room. There is definitely some maintenance that needs to take place (tiles falling off the pools, etc.) but I understand the challenges coming out of Covid. The main criticism I have is the breakfast. There was very little change to the offering for the whole time and most of the food was average, with the exception of the egg bar, which was great. If you don't have kids, I'd suggest going for a room without breakfast.

Central to many restaurants Located right next to the Kata Night Market Swimming pool with bar Happy Hour everyday between 5pm and 7pm 120Bhat for cocktails 🍸 Mr T pours good cocktails ✅️ This is part of the Beach Heights Resort and Beach Boutique house There is Block C and Block B This will come up as Block C on Google and if you are catching a taxi. The main reception for block B and C is the Beach Heights Resort. 🙏 Please be kind and tip the two young trainees at the front desk. They work really hard and honestly deserve it🙏 Always smiling and willing to help 🙏💓 Lots of Russian Tourists 🙄 Don't be rude to the Thai people because they can't understand you! Learn a few words in Thai. If not, use Google translate if you can still access it!!! You are a guest in their country!!

The pool was nice and deep. I didn't stay here, I was allowed to use the pool here since my hotels were being fixed. The pool needs a little TLC, but it's still clean and cool.

Great rooms, good prices, lovely pools. Right next to 2 night markets and many restaurants with varying price ranges. Plenty of variety in food just 2 minutes walk from here. Definitely close to a 4 star experience here. The U shaped pool around one building not only offers pool access rooms but there's always somewhere in the shade, great if you don't want the hassle of sun block. Maid service is only every other day. Fresh sheets every day is not needed anyway, the Aircon is great, towels dry quickly on the airer on the balcony. Came here with my Thai family, good parking facilities were a must for us and the underground parking didn't let us down. 100% recommended.

I came to this hotels now 3 times, and I am always content to be here. The service is excellent and specially Shavae very helpful and caring. The hotel is very clean and has a very nice pool. I will come here again next times too.

Stayed here for 16 nights with my family in access pool room. The room is clean with a huge bed. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially I want to mention July and Shavae. The pool is clean. They are cleaning the room and changing our towels everyday. Even though the hotel is located in the center of services (restaurants, shops etc.) it was still quite and peaceful staying here.

Definitely not 4*. Room smells weird, weak room cleaning, poor service, dirty pool, no response from receptionist when needed. 4/5 just for great location.

Was here for 11 nights. Nice place, friendly stuff. Small gym. Some rooms got doors between - that's strange

Amazing staff, everything you need - restaurants, exchange, taxis, tourism, is right under the hotel. Great rooms and facilities. Only downside is Kata Beach itself, and the walking distance to it.

I'm writing this review as a way of thanking Natthinee - the wonderful lady working in this hotel. My mother, who doesn't speak English stayed in this hotel for few months of her vacation and Natt (Natthinee) has helped my mother in many challenges that she faced during her stay in Kata. I've personally stayed in the beach heights resort for weeks earlier this year and I think that Natt is probably one of the most professional out of most of the staff working there and luckily this hotel has her. There works also a very nice cool guy who has helped me when I had problems with the aircon in my room. The manager himself is also polite and approachable. Pawel

It's not a bad 3-star hotel. The only issue I have is pool and area are never cleaned, and it's dirty. The staff are great and accommodating. Some of the rooms need updating.

I only go there for the swimming pool when I go with my friends since they bought a room. The service is great. The food is never late! The location of the hotel is good since it is right next to the beach. I don't really know about the rooms but I'll still give it a 3 out of my curiosity.

We stayed here for several days. The members of the staff are lovely and super welcoming, specially Lucky. The only thing we would improve is that the water is not warm. The swimming pool is nice and the rooms are clean!

We booked in December for about $45 a night, two large connected rooms + buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was an amazing value. The swimming pools are great, with 2 of them being shallow so that toddlers can play in them all day. Breakfast is great, the usual 5-8 breakfast dishes + you can order unlimited eggs any style. The NY Burger place next door delivers food to the pool and is some of the best food in Phuket, including Thai food. The rooms are modern, the beds comfortable, and the room cleaning is good. Things for the hotel to work on would be: -Teach the bar staff to make smoothies properly. The green tea smoothie was undrinkable as it left tea leaves in your mouth like sand and the orange one was made from boxed orange juice until I specifically asked for fresh fruits. -The reception seems to be overstaffed with 2-5 people always hanging out there, but most are working at 50% speed when you ask for things like calling a cab (took 5 minutes before the call was made due to staring at the ceiling etc) or Wi-Fi slips. -The children's room could use more frequent cleaning and there is a stale smell so maybe the carpets need to be washed. -Not a lot of space to park motorbikes.

If you like to shower do not book this hotel. The wate pressure comes and go every 10-15 seconds or so. It takes around 40-45 minutes to finish a shower. I called the reception and they just said that the hotel had many customers so had to competition for the water.. Though I felt no matter what time of day I showered it would be the same. The airconditioner takes about 30 minutes to change temperature and have very limited functionality. The reception said every room has the same old airconditioner so changing room would not help anything. The bed and pillows will hurt your neck and back.
