One of the taxi drivers (unsure of ethnicity, but he can speak fluent Chinese) loitering outside the lobby is being very very rude to me and my sister, we booked a tuk tuk and he tried to persuade us to go for his Toyota Fortuner instead, with reasons like tuk tuk doesn’t have air-conditioner and is for poor people… Not to mention he went really really close to my sister as if he has never seen a girl before.

I booked the property in the picture. Instead I was relocated to a neighboring 4 floor property which was disgusting. Definitely false advertising. I took a picture from my balcony to show the property that I was SUPPOSED to have. I 'm posting pictures of the room on facebook

Amazing hotel. The best stay possible in Phuket and the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Oceanview room was so great you don’t want to go out. Very nice and clean and big pools also with ocean view. Very welcoming, nice, helpful and professional staff. Live music and sky Lounge with beautiful view on level 19. Met all expectations. (Maybe shower could be better).

Everything was out of the world. Best stay I’ve ever had. Room was stunning. No need to even go to the beach cause the ocean view is TOO GOOD. Just stunning. Worth every penny.

I am really impressed with the overall service of the hotel. The staffs were helpful. Patong Beach is only a few minutes walking distant. Got quality services at reasonable price.

During my stay at the hotel, I changed the room three times for multiple reasons ( water on the floor and gecko 🦎 in the room) Also, the rooms which I took were not clean, and old. In addition, while i am at the hotel, it was too noisy and couldn’t sleep. It is my first time and last time to be in this hotel. Unfortunately, this issues with the hotel ruined my holiday and i will not come back to Phuket because this bad experience.

Andaman Beach Suites is a family friendly hotel located a short walk away from Patong Beach. Whilst set in a somewhat quieter area of Patong there is still plenty to do. The hotel itself is showing signs of ageing in certain areas but it has been reasonably well maintained. There are two sections to the hotel, the high rise which is a prominent landmark in Patong, and a smaller 4 story section next door, where we stayed. The hotel has many amenities for an enjoyable stay, a swimming pool in both buildings, gym, kids room for little ones, restaurant, sky bar (fantastic views over Patong Beach) and games room (great if you have teens). Our room, superior, was very modern in design, roomy, light, airy and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities were available, room safe, hair dryer, good sized TV, WIFI was good and the bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard fare with both Thai and Western options. At the price point, we booked through Agoda in low season, it represented great value. Just across from the Andaman is a wonderful brasserie, a must visit. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we can highly recommend as a mid range hotel in Patong for coiuple and families alike.

Everything was perfect, the location is very close to the beach ⛱️, they are serving Halal food in breakfast, they very close to one of the most tasty Turkish restaurants (Bosphorus restaurant), you have to try it, the pool is amazing, rooms are very clean and tidy.

We stayed 9 nights and it was worth staying The room was quite large and comfy with an amazing sea view. The hotel had very good facilities that were well maintained. Staff were helpfuland the room was cleaned daily. Location is perfect as you are surrounded with everything and most of the activities buses are around the hotel I would recommend you to stay there if you staying for long time

I booked the Deluxe Sea View Room with my wife and it was amazing. Of all the hotels at Patong Beach, I genuinely believe this is the best one. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Bangla road. The room was spacious and clean, and we were up on the 15th floor with a spectacular view from our balcony. Even better was the view from the rooftop bar on the 19th floor, where food and drinks were reasonably priced too - only 200 Baht for a pina colada, for example. There were multiple pools with breakfast served close by, which added to the experience. The staff were very friendly and proactive - special thanks to Koy for her excellent service, keeping us entertained and bringing us whatever we needed quickly with a huge smile on her face that never went away. Overall I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the service, especially considering it cost less than 5000 Baht per night, which is a bargain for this area.

Stayed here for 12 days. If you wanted a drink at the pool you had to go ask the staff, then they would bring it out to you. Internet kept dropping out all the time. Air-conditioner unit outside the balcony so you had the hot heat blowing on you from the unit, plus the humidity. Breakfast was amazing every day. Eggs cooked to order. Staff were very friendly.

Was there Feb 2020 before the Thailand shutdown. Love the stay, didn't know there was a cemetery in the back by the pool. Our last night was very creepy. Our room was on the 4th floor with 4 other rooms and a lift only. In the late hours of 0200 we got woken up by a loud banging on the door. Went to open the door and no one was there. As I walked back to the bed another bang. Went outside and walk the small hallway and no one . Went back inside call front desk to ask if they had sent anyone to the room; in which they replied no. Went back to sleep just to be woken up again. The knocking went about 2 minutes; as we prayed it finally stopped. Left the following morning to Singapore and US as everything in Asia and around the world was shutting down.

Hotel with a fantastic View of the Andaman Sea. Tip, asked for rooms with balcony to enjoy a very romantic experience watching the morning or evening sun. Check in is quick , Front desk staff are very experience and friendly. Breakfast is included. Airport picked up service is available.

We were a couple with two kids, five months and two years old. Needless to say that the stay was absolutely comfortable. When we arrived in Phuket, completely exhausted, their services ensured that we had the very best in terms of the airport pickup, luggage transfer and room amenities. The infinity pool provides a breathtaking view of the beach. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. To my surprise one of the staff members, Diane, knew how to speak English really well. She guided us for other bookings and tours as we checked out! I would highly recommend it! Hands down, a really nice place!

Rooms - Was in a Business suite, it was good. There were enough complimentary items, more than needed. The restroom was good. Service - Standard. We had a baby with us, had to check out at 2 PM but our flight was at 10 PM. They gave us an additional room to take care of the baby, although we didn't as the AC was not working in that room, but I won't complain that since they were not bound to offer that. Location - it's a little bit far from beach, although you can see the sea from balcony but it takes 20 minutes to walk down to the beach. Overall: It's good, relaxing, and has everything that you need to chill out. I found it a bit overpriced compared to other hotels and suites around.

The hotel has two buildings . As we are a family member seven we are divided into two buildings. For breakfast we have to go from our building to the other building. The rooms are average. Most of the toilet sinks are all blocked. Building B there are no hot water in the bathroom. Stains everywhere in the room.

The hotel is and should remain an insider tip. We had only good memories and excellent experiences in the hotel, pool area and restaurant. Do not tell anyone! We will be back and will play music again with the Sky Lounge band until the morning. Best wishes to the entire hotel staff and the musicians of the Sky Lounge, you made our vacation unforgettable! It was very nice.

Fabulous, stayed here in 2022 amazing staff. Rooms are well kept. Bathrooms are lovely, clean and everything works well. The beds are comfortable Western style beds, about a medium mattress. Lovely clean white cotton bedding. I got excellent sleep.

Great location. Clean rooms. Our room was upgraded from city view to ocean view for free. The view from the 8th floor is awesome. It has a pool bar but I wish working hours were longer. It has a sauna but it is not free. The price is only 100 baht but why not just include it in the room price? The location is also very convenient. They have a shortcut to the beach which is nice but it's a bit tricky to find the way there.

Beautiful rooms which were well maintained and the housekeeping was absolutely unintrusive. They would find when you’re not there and then clear up the room. Only minor issue is the room service which is only available to 2000 hrs

Have stayed for 5 days and everything was amazing. Hotel service is amazing. They made us feel VIPs. If you are in doubt, all you have to do is ask. They are all very well accommodating and friendly. Good bfast, not grand but all were yummy. Building is blocking the morning sunlight so if you eat by the pool in the morning, it’s just perfect. Windy and lots of shades. Food on the skylounge was amazing too. Very windy, which i wasnt prepared for, but beats the summer heat so not an issue. Great vibes too, with the live music and all. Pool bar was closed but it’s okay, pool are temp controlled and not crowded. There’s also pool for kids. Room is good as well. Cold and stable AC, perfect for the summer. Shower pressure is different at times but not an issue. Great sea view with or without balcony. Location is quite a walk, but not an issue for us. Lots of near amenities as well as 7-11. It’s also situated on a very quite area. No sound from cars/tuktuks/clubs. The alley in the night can be scary but there’s lots of lights anyway. The hotel doesnt feel crowded as well. Overall 100/10 experience ⭐️

The room was quite large and comfy with a great sea view. The hotel had very good facilities that were well maintained. Staff were helpfuland the room was cleaned daily. I found the location really handy but getting a scooter from out the front down the road makes things even easier.

Only the Rooms and location is good. Front staff is very rude with indians. They treat indians different from others. Your whole experience will be bad just becoz of that. I won't recommend this hotel for indians.

I experienced an excellent three week stay in August 2022 (low season). I found the staff highly attentive, the hotel equipped with excellent and well maintained facilities, and decent options for breakfast. The WiFi was reliable and fast and had good reach to the pool areas. The two pools are beautifully placed, one has a pool bar. The infinity pool is perfect for relaxing and watching the sun disappear into the sea each afternoon. Most importantly, there were plenty of sun beds by the pools. There is a gym with most v of what you'd need in a hotel gym, sauna, and indoors activity area. Level 19 is the sky lounge. You can simply chill outdoors overlooking the city or sit inside and listen to the live band. You can get up and sing too if you want. It's a great environment on 19. Perfect! My room was on level 8, sea views, with a bath, comfortable double bed, chairs inside and out on the balcony. The room had cable TV channels (fox, discovery, national geographic etc). The room was made up each day and complimentary water bottles provided. There is parking on-site if you happen to hire a scooter or car. Highly recommended this hotel. As a regular visitor to Patong, I'll definitely be staying here from now on. The staff are simply brilliant.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Fantastic views from my seaview room. Pools and surrounding grounds are beautufully maintained. Loved the infinity pool. I visited first week in May so there weren't many people there yet (COVID restrictions) so the pool bar wasn't open, but was fantastic anyway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the buffet. Only negative was that the two movie channels had bad sound quality. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. Top quality management.

Lovely hotel service excellent all the staff are a credit to the hotel nothing too much trouble. Room was lovely comfortable and clean and maid service excellent. I think I could say the best hotel I've ever stayed at purely due to the staff.

Perfect location near Paton Beach, which is at peaceful end of the beach and a 10 minutes walk from all the night life of Bangla Street. Food was good. Our room AC stopped working (1104), staff was not able to fix it.

The main tower offers nice rooms with excellent view but the axillary building rooms are small and unimpressive. Staff was nice and the main pool is excellent
