Worst hotel i have been at, dirty room and hotel breakfast was NOT good. We hope we wont get sick. but its location is Great. We did not even take a shower in the morning because its so dirty. We had the deluxe king room.

We stayed here 3 nights and I must admit that Highlight of this hotel is it's location, where you are literally 1 minute walk to the beach front. They will provide beach towels at small fee, and Staff seems nice and caring. Overall, they have improved a lot since my last visit. Give it a try, the price is very reasonable. Rooms are all upgraded and very nice.

Attention guys!! don't be fooled by good(potentially fake) reviews!! here is my real review who actually checked in(& moved out within 2 hours) 1. they don't have a lift! 2. rooms are very old. 3. balcony looks into another shady accommodation. 4. Washroom is seems old & rusty. They do not upload real pics on booking websites. So don't be fooled. Nothing against reception as they may be just doing their job. Stay Safe!!

Mostly three things, we wanted to make an entertaining trip – quality service, tasty food, and a suitable location. This hotel was perfect for us as we wished. The well-ordered rooms, comfortable & friendly environment, and outstanding service from staff made our trip very enjoyable. The beach and shops are near to the hotel area. The food was lovely, mainly fresh yogurt, garden fruits, and yummy well-cooked sausage. In the end, we were so satisfied. Truly speaking, we won’t need to find out another hotel if we visit again in this area. Enjoy a great tour here! :)

Gorgeous, spacious rooms and the heavenly delicious breakfast made our tour memorable. Fresh yogurt, fruits, oatmeal, delicious sausage and scrambled eggs!! The beds in the room were soft and nicely made. Didn’t get a chance to visit pool area but judging by other facilities, I am sure it would also be great. Best hotel for your stay in this area!!

Our stay at this hotel was great!! More than we expected!! The suite we booked was pretty big for 4 people. Very clean and with tons of amenities!! The front desk, helpers and kitchen staff was very helpful and accommodating. What I loved most about it was the delicious and fresh breakfast with great variety. Thank you for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable!!

Hotel is located at a beautiful place. The beach is only minutes away which is perfect for vacations. While we were staying there, we got a chance to have their delicious variety of breakfast and evening meals. Everything in the meal was fresh and tasty. I didn’t feel like I was away from home. I wish I had a time to stay there for a long time but definitely it will be my first spot whenever we are coming here for vacations again!!

It's a hotel 🏨 for those who want to go to the beach 🏖️ very quickly. However it has some downsides rooms are just very small and no balcony 😞

Very cosy room with everything you could need from aircon to a balcony, and room to store your belongings. Breakfast could have been better as it was just toast and eggs scrambled or fried. Location was great, being so close to the beach, food, shops, and a 5 minute walk to the core attraction of Bangla Road. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even have a pool table in the lobby for a bit of fun. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Who does not love the beach and visit other countries. I am a tourist and I love to visit different places and see the amazing works of nature. However, one thing that I always look forward to is the best services at the hotel I stay. I decided to stay at The Shades Boutique Hotel while I was out to visit Beach Phuket. The hotel is a complete package at the most reasonable rates. The room was airy, filled up with lights, amazing scent, and comfortable beds. Coming towards the food, it was deliciously awesome. I got to taste the real food of the place and the services of the staff was the best I have ever had in my visits all around the world. The food specialty hours everyday are a big point for all foodies to visit (it caught my heart too TBH). Honestly, it is thumbs-up and 5 stars from my side for the hotel. If you are planning to visit the place and have memorable time, I would insist that you stay at The Shades Boutique Hotel and I promise you would not regret the decision.

Very cheap and great service. The AC was broken so we got another room for the night while they fixed it. We then went back to the old room again. They handled the situation very well. A great stay and a nice place with a even better staff! The vibe was very nice as well. Would recommend.

Don't stay here... they deal with shady accommodation providers so enjoy the possibility of trying to check in and not having any rooms available. Desk reception lady couldn't care less and said this happens all the time, with no interest in resolving the issue. Even cursed at times very unprofessional. Had literally nowhere to stay so had to rely on friends

For the price you're paying, you really can't beat it. Only a minute walk from the beach. Great location and nice staff. Rooms are minimalistic, but if you come to Patong to stay in your room then idk what to say.

We got the room on 4 th floor. It was very hard for me to carry all luggage and climb those stairs . Each step of stairs are long distance apart. The rooms are good and ok type..Also there is no parking for them we have to park it on beach side parking area. No parking# No Lift Not worthy👎

Friendly staff, bed and towels look cleaned. The rest…. It’s not good, I asked to clean again my toilet at least because it was hair on the floor and mild in the sink, etc for me that was the basic clean, the personal didn’t look worry about that, she said the housekeeping will come tomorrow, and I said… but I want to used the bathroom, and she asked me…. You can’t used it like this? Bedroom has no window view and EXTREMELY NOISE place, you hear everything seems like is happening in your room…. No happy place to stay…. I asked for your recommendations… and the lady told me that one wasn’t for my age. It was just a full day tour for different islands… basically be seating in the boat most of the time…. ( where it was babies and grandmas) Etc etc no recommend it, I wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were fantastic! The hotel room though needs a lot of attention. No hot water in the shower, box not functioning. Mattress very uncomfortable with metal actually poking through the mattress cover, Air con fantastically old and noisy and dripped so much water the maid left a towel on the floor to catch it, so you dont slip and fall and get hurt. The quality is 2 star at best.

Awesome location and price. Hard to beat. Quiet alleyway, 1 minute walk to beach, 5 minutes from party street. Rooms are comfortable too. I think it’s the best price you’ll find for such a great location.

My Economy room was very nice But i Had No Windows. The staff was so nice and Kind, i dont Know what other peoples Problem was. The Hotel ist 1min Footwalk from the beach. I fully recommend the Hotel

loved this hotel perfect location. good ‘american’ set breakfast but can get unlimited stuff. the staff were amazing so nice. rooms are beautiful didn’t expect much for price but it was more would go back here. only downfall no pool but next to beach anyway. pool table in lobby

The hotel is unsafe and not clean, the staff open the door of the rooms while you are sleeping, I don't recommend it very much.
