Overall good value for money. Pool is nice, room was great as we got a free upgrade. The resort needs a bit of renovation work here and there. Breakfast was decent, there's shuttle to the central Patong. The bad, air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the internet not great at all.

Some things about this place are great. The pool is really nice and there's a shuttle into town a few times a day to reach the beach and the main shopping, bar and restaurant areas. The staff aren't unfriendly but weren't that helpful. We found the WiFi didn't seem to reach our rooms and asked to be moved to somewhere else. We were told we couldn't as the other rooms were a higher price. I would kind of understood that if we weren't taking up 3 of 5 occupied rooms in the whole resort, with about 50 rooms empty... Maybe make the WiFi work then? Restaurant is reasonable.

Location was good. Service was very bad. Buffet Breakfast was OK. Charged us extra for a kid when we already mentioned 3 people in the booking. Room was OK. No water in the morning, had to call reception to get the water flowing. Checkout at 12, if 12 - 2pm then they charge extra half day, if after 2pm then they charge full day, but you still have to checkout. You have to keep all towels at the correct location, else they charge. Overall, not so good experience, only location is good.

It was very nice to sleep here for 4 nights. Location is great it is near everything the Mall and the beach you have also neary markets over the street and streetfood. The hotel is very clean and the rooma are also very comfortable. You have also a pool on the second floor also very big.The most impressive for me is the staff very friendly, kind and lovely. The would take care of you in every time. I hope i will be soon back. Thank you for everything If you are planning to visit Phuket and wants to hire a car, Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google).

This place was more good than bad. I am sure that it was just a bad luck on my behalf that the computers in the business area were all broken, even though the receptionist was very lovely and helpful giving my girlfriend the option of using the reception computer for no longer than 2 hours. Was very difficult to open the doors in both room. (was moved to another room after the first night, not sure why.) Was fairly clean except for the second room I was moved to had a dampish/mouldy smell. Cable TV was not working and no one could fix it. Although they did try. Respect. Hehe Ok, having experienced all those negatives, there were many positives in staying at this location. All the staff were just super friendly especially the lady working at the bar and reception. The meals were very good. The feel of being there actually defines the word "resort" unlike other so called resorts advertised by other hotels. Was allowed to check in later than normal and charged the same price quoted on expedia. Was really easy to fall asleep, after hours were very quiet and peaceful. Location was reasonable close to main night life on the streets. For the price you pay, it's well worth it.. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Had a fantastic stay there, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty good could use a face lift but still good rooms and views. Breakfast was always fantastic and the pool was very nice. All around a wonderful stay there.

The worst thing is the service staff. Especially the staff at the breakfast station the one who is always wearing a chef hat. She only smiles and gives a good service to foreigners. She gives poor service when she sees Thai people. It has been like this many times when me and my boyfriend stays there. At first we did not notice but it happens several times. Poor and wrong attitude she has. Double standard. I do not know why the owner let this kind of people working in this job that service is the most important. If she does not want to do her job, she should work on other career that she does not need to service people and she can make a grumpy face all day when she sees Thai customers.
