Absolutely superb stay my partner and I had at the Nature Phuket. We stayed for 11 nights, and had no complaints. Comfortable beds will keep you there. There are a handful options for swimming at this resort which offer a fun experience for both children and adults. Fortunately there was not many people at the resort (for obvious reasons) so no overcrowding. The jungle pool is perfect for laps. The breakfast buffet is what you can expect in a Thai resort, so for people staying over a week, you have to get creative, but nonetheless it was a great way to start the day. There is also the Patong Bazaar directly across from the hotel with delicious options as well. Though it is a little further from Patong Beach, it is easy to get there whether by walking or taking a taxi.

Amazing place to stay! We only stayed 3 nights but would be happy to stay much longer next time. We had room 7102 with private pool/jacuzzi, it was great! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows define, and the shower had the best pressure I've ever experienced (and the body wash smelt so beautiful). The cleanliness of the rooms was superb and the in-room amenities were great. The buffet breakfast was immense, and the room service prompt and delicious. All the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. The shuttle service into Patong was handy. All in all, a great place to stay :) We will definitely return with the kids next time we holiday in Phuket

2 kilo from Patong beach. helpful and professional staff. Rooms: Some of them need maintenance. 3 swimming pools only one better for swimming. No 24 hours room service. Breakfast buffet is acceptable but no Halal meat and chicken

Amazing boutique hotel. I stayed in their Grand suite for less than $100 USD a night (off season). Service was 5 star Room was 5 star, clean and the bed is the best I’ve slept in so far. Room service was alright. The vibe is super chill here especially if you are a nature lover, it gets real quiet at night. The downside: If it rains you most likely will get wet, especially if you're in the last block. There is no shade for you to walk until the buggy area, so good luck. Though they do provide 2 umbrellas so I guess you could use that.

READ BEFORE YOUR BOOK!!!! Extremely rude behaviour of the staff: 1. You can’t sit on roof garden, unless you order something to drink. The bartender will ask you to go back to your room. 2. There are 10 buildings, they can give you the last building and there is no convince to go there. You have to walk uphill. 3. There is Smart TV, but they blocked YouTube and Netflix and screen cast. 4. Rooms are stinking and we got lizard in the rooms. 5. They will ask you for security deposit when you arrive so be prepared. 6. Specially for people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh be aware, they will bring up your nationality while arguing. 7. Even if you ask for an extra towel, they will ask you return what you have. 1 towel per person policy. You will always find someone at the reception complaining or wants their money back.

This is definitely the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We spent the night in a dump- moldy smell! Its unbreathable and yet, we have 3 more nights to stay here! We had different expectations as we’ve been here 4 years ago, but situation is totally disappointing now. This is not 5 stars anymore! Staff were nice and tried to show us different rooms, bu they all smell same. They heavily sprayed one of them with the hope to make it go away. How is this even realistic? Also, the moving walls at the bathroom, don’t meet. So when you are at the toilet, your partner can hear/ smell everything. This is so upsetting overall! And we cannot find a decent accommodation last minute due to prices. And we have 3 more nights here! Ruined our holiday! Other details like stained bedsheets are irrelevant at this point.

good and great hotel One of the very good staff members of the hotel, they were very cooperative with us. The location of our room was unsuitable for us and they cooperated a lot to provide us with a better room. The breakfast was very good and varied, and we were satisfied. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The pool inside the hotel had a very good space that we could use very well. The shuttles from the hotel to the city center came regularly and we were able to book .If I come back again, I will choose this hotel

Very polite team of staff. Rooms are big and clean however they need to improve on linen and bath towels quality as we had few towels worn off and with some holes. Breakfast is very good accomplished with a big eating area. As a Muslim it was a bit challenging for me to find the variety of food that I was looking for. We had a late departure flight ( 8 PM) we were allowed to check out at 2 PM and on top of that they allowed us to use the spa showers to get ready for our flight home which to be honest only few hotels have the courtesy to offer that. Will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very nice, well run hotel. Service was very good and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily. It's the little touches that showed they cared. When the maid saw my daughters new elephant toy she folded the towels into elephants and when she saw my birthday cards in our room she left a little birthday cake in the fridge. The pools were also very clean. Really good selection at the inclusive breakfast buffet. The tour information kiosk in the car park opposite was also very good. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Pool Access Room! Definitely the best decision to get the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Comfortable & clean room! Great environment with lots of nature scenery. Located 1.2Km from Patong Beach, this hotel provide scheduled shuttle bus for our convenient. (advance booking needed) Great hospitality from the hotel staff!

The hotel is really good. Ambience is exactly what the name suggests. I liked the buggy service. Junior suit was really awesome. But just one thing that I didn't like was their food and the variety. I had been to several hotels during my trip to Thailand, below this budget and the food was really good with lots of variety. But here in The Nature Phuket it lacked the taste and the variety. And also there was only one desert, I was like, common the hotel is like 3 star but you don't have enough deserts. Rest was all good.

Overall: Nice hotel, perfect to stay. Great service Food: The food is very variety. There are halal food, Indian food, salad, Thai food, cereal and so on. Location: It is in front of the beach. There is 7-11 and convenient stores nearby only 5 minutes walk. There are street food (Halal food) in front of the hotel open from 5pm -12pm. ( close on 1 and 16 every month) Hotel facilities: It's so huge and beautiful. There are many pool.

100% recommend this place. My partner and I spent 8 nights here and it was so clean and brand new. The rooms were sparkling and the beds were the comfiest we've stayed on (not hard at ALL very comfy). The staff are amazing and very friendly - special mention to Best who was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and also hired a bike from the front which was awesome. Will definitely come back here if we're in the area again. Loved it !

GREAT PLACE TO STAY <3 The staff were so friendly and energetic. We went back at 2am every night yet they still offered us buggy rides every time. The interior was great too<3 took many aesthetic photos by the pool. Breakfast was great with many varieties. The hotel was just 200m away from a 711 store too! Only thing is that during our stay the elevator was broken the entire time. Luckily our room was just on the 2nd floor. Would definitely recommend as it has the best quality for its price range.

A very good Boutique Hotel with all the real 5 star amenities. With a fine dine restaurant and a beautiful bar and a huge buffet serving hall it delivers a wide range of high quality inter continental delicious food. Services are also good. It has 8 blocks of different standards and views great rooms. To reach there from reception they also provide a few buggies too. With so many swimming pools and huge gardens and lawns it stands apart. Our room no. 8104 was a Deluxe Room with personal Jacuzzi. And that was beautiful. We stayed there from 24th to 26th October.

We originally were booked for 5 nights but had a sudden change of plans that left us staying there for 3 nights. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to use the nights we had to cancel as hotel credit given the reservation was non refundable. This was more than fine with us and allowed us to take full advantage of the spa and restaurants. The spa was great. We highly recommend the Thai massage. Chaba and Non were our therapists and were wonderful.

Really good hotel. The location and the view are great. They arrange a car to take you to your building if it's far. I did not like the refrigerator in the room because it's not cold and you can not increase it.

Well.. our stay was for 7 nights was incredible.. first of all The check in was easy there was a welcoming drink it tastes like honey.. we received our rooms at night . Second , The rooms was nice and modern but NOT CLEAN to be honest.. We stayed in building 5 it was good near the lobby.. Third , The room cleaning is bad! The towels sometimes dirty.. Fourth, The room feels like your home , even though the pool is open until 10 pm and the pool is fun for kids. Fifth, The location is good far little bit but there is a nearby tourist company for the trip and the taxi available in good prices ! Sixth, The breakfast is okay 1/10 At last Overall i will stay again and come again because is cozy and i feel like home , i hope the room service be better !

Despite the fact that there were some animals (ants and some lizards, which is understandable, it's next to a jungle), it was wonderful! Highly recommend this place. There are a lot of activities for children, but if you come without them, you will still enjoy it. I would like to highlight from front desk Mark who helped us so much, checked us in and were very informative. As well I have to mention Gun who works at the breakfast area. She is always smiling, has a lovely attidute and I just loved to watch how she is working and handling kids. To summarize, our stay was wonderful experience to have as a honeymoon. Thank you all!

We stayed at the nature for 17 nights. Overall, we had a good experience. We ran into some minor issues. For example, the room they gave us smelled like sewage. We spoke to Mark at the front desk and he immediately moved us to a different room. We also had an issue with our door at one point and Mark fixed it. Mark was amazing and very helpful. The house keeping forgot to leave clean towels a few days which was a bit frustrating. They also forgot to clean our room some days. We were there during high season so we understood to a degree. The rooms were a good size overall and comfortable for such a long stay. The hotel is definitely at a great spot. It’s nice to be so close to Patong Beach and all the action at night. The views from the rooftop were also stunning. The coffee bar in the lobby was great. The employee You was very friendly and made great coffee. We had it every day before the beach. The pools at this hotel are also very nice. There is an infinity pool with views of the beach. If you are coming to Phuket, it’s a pretty decent place to stay.

The hotel room was very nice, however not with much of a view. Breakfast was nice but busy. Pools were a great mix of fun and quiet. Super friendly buggy drivers to help you get around the resort. The hotel also provides a shuttle to get to Patong beach and local shopping centre. It was convenient, but some may find its schedule not frequent enough. Nour Restaurant for lunch had great tasting food with beautiful presentation.

Just checked out! A pleasant and great 5 nights stay followed by a sumptuous breakfast every morning. The service staffs were extremely professional and kind in addressing all concerns. The only setback is that they could increase to more frequency for the free shuttle bus timings to patong.

reservation I benefit from 25% on all meals and drinks. (once per stay) obviously I show up for breakfast and she surprises when the bill says there is no discount. I ask to apply the offer of my reservation and I see my request refused. after wasting 30 minutes of useless exchange, I try to exchange with the manager who has a meter of me refuses to look at me and gives me an explanation Not wanting to waste more time in front of this person's incompetence, I give up and go back on vacation. My message is just to warn other people wishing to book at this hotel. Not all of your services will be rendered. By the way: I take this opportunity to give my opinion: + The rooms are very correct - The communal festivals are horrible - The pool is the size of a large bathtub - The breakfast sucks. + The bar staff are extremely helpful. + The reception team is pleasant despite the incompetence. - The manager is incompetent. Thanks to the community manager for not taking the time to respond. Your opinion does not interest me, I have already wasted enough time

The location of the hotel is great and very near to central parts of Patong. Its easy to get around. The hotel does a shuttle bus service and it came very handy. The room is spacious and clean (only a bit far, but they provide buggy ride. There are many facilities like gym, almost all room facing pool, since they use "everywhere pool concept". They have an infinity pool and also some kids water park. My overall stay was pleasant with no major issues. The security/traffic staffs were very helpful. They also knowledgeable and able to communicate well in Malay and English. They really made us feel very welcomed. The porter staffs are also very friendly. Breakfast was ok, they also label for halal food area.

I booked sea view room. I got it in ground floor where I didn’t have good view of sea, so it was disappointing me. So better check the floor before you book the sea view room. Service is good. Spa is okay. Swimming pools are not climate controlled. Check before if you are pool lover. Food was good.

Absolutely no complaints. Good locations, Friendly staff, Clean Room, Good food & Lovely swimming pools. The pool bar was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had an average variety, but the food was fresh and good taste. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I read some bad reviews before my stay and didn't have anything to complain about during our 5 day stay.

No complaints about the hotel. The jacuzzi room was nice and private. In spite of the hotel being full the pools were not too busy. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The beach by the hotel was not good, better beaches were walkable and even Patong beach was only about a 15 minute walk. Many food options, especially liked the streets food vendors that setup in the early evening about 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Due my job I was here several time. I would not classify as a 5 start hotel, 4 stars would be more appropriate, however is spot on on all the categories. The cleaning is absolutely perfect. All the glass shield in the property are crystal clear, no stain. The rooms are comfy as well the bed. Breakfast is satisfy, very polite and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel.

For families, I recommend this hotel. We stayed there for 7 nights . Rooms are very spacious and has the best view. 3 pools, one for babies, one for 4 and above which is good size water park ,last one a long pool that connects with all buildings. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Buffet has great variety but maybe wished for more cheese options and more staff for live egg cooking. Otherwise all is good.

Great hotel, value for money! Beautiful, spacious, modernly designed room interiors with big enough dressing space, bathroom, with separate beach bag for you. Delicious breakfast, good enough options for vegetarians that me and my husband are. The staff is highly responsive, warm and helpful. I tried their restaurant and they do serve excellent food. The pools are good too. The room view is not that great as such, and not even the beach portion really that attractive, but the hotel is in a great location close to Patong and away from the noise. I chose this as my Test and Go program stay and no one really bothered me on Day 1 for test results. They also helped for any tours and plans.
