It was the worst place I ever stayed. I do not say this lightly. Management were horrible people esp. Office manager Mr. Cha and a lady named Sandy. You have to scan your fingerprint to get into the building. My fingerprint would not scan. So, for 3 days I had to continually ask the staff to let me into the building and to get me an alternative way in. I think this pissed them off and they blamed me. Also, the very first day, I asked Sandy to please have someone clean the sheets on the bed. There were stains on the sheet and she refused. Told me outright No, basically telling me go to hell. Imagine having to sleep on sheets that have someone's stains on them. On day two, when the stove did not work, I asked them to fix it, they did but only 2 x. The 3rd time, the manager refused to send anyone to fix the stove. I paid over 15000 baht for one month. That is very high. Cooking facilities are part of the deal. This Mr. Cha and I got into it and he told me to leave his office. I refused. He actually threatened to call the police. I told him to please do so. Anyhow, I did leave and then I contacted this Sandy to please fix it. She told me she could not. So, for 4 days, I had the use of the stove only for those 2 x that the office sent their man up. Finally a tenant showed me there is a default setting on the stove that constantly needs to be reset. So, there you have it. Nice when you arrive , take your money and do not have any issues otherwise, BY the way, there are approximately 140 units and they only have 4 lounge chairs by the pool. As for the advertised gym. What a joke. I went and paid $70 for a month at a real gym. i promise you, I could never have imagined the confrontations with this Sandy, who to this time, I still do not know her function and this Mr. Cha. I generally get along great with everyone. I am a senior citizen and I do not believe in the idea that because I am a guest that I am better than the help or the staff. So, my approach was not confrontational. But, they ruined my whole month. Then, to top it off, this lady wanted to charge me for gouges in an old and small dining table. TRUST ME THE SCENE CONDO, SANDY AND MR. CHA = HORRIBLE OF HORRIBLES.

I stayed here 3 months. Lots (hundreds?) of apartments in one building, they're all one bedroom studios, nicely furnished. There are guards and parking under the apartments (for motorbikes in the back) Two entrances into the building are secured by a fingerprint scanner, elevators at each. There is a small gym, small pool, nothing special. Noise and smells can be an issue sometimes if you like to sleep with open windows. The kitchen has a built-in electric stove and usually a microwave oven. The living room has a TV. The bed in the bedroom is kind of hard which takes some time getting used to. There's a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. The nearest supermarkets and malls are about 10-15 minutes with motorbike from the condominium. The nearest beaches are 30-45 minutes by bike over the mountain. You can take a tuktuk. A motorbike is a must have, you can rent nearby for cheap and reliable. Overall it's a nice condominium though the apartments feel overpriced.

Stayed here for 6 weeks in January and February 2020 and really enjoyed my time here, my landlady nitikarn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and any problems I had were sorted straight away......perfect part of Phuket to stay in as its central and everywhere is really easy to get if you rent a bike which the hotel can help you rent from a shop just down the road who was a pleasure to deal with to. Excellent little apartments, everything you need with two air conditioning units and nice views of the sunset if you get one facing patong hill......all for a very fair price considering you get a gym, pool, parking, 24/7 security, own WiFi and room cleaning to! Will definitely stay here again next January and recommend 100% 🇹🇭🙏👍

I lived here for a year. The layout of the condo was fabulous. The management and maintenance staff were also polite and helpful. I was very lucky I had a great landlord. The only thing they need to improve this building is a larger fitness centre.

I stayed here for a few months. Booked from Airbnb with K.Pimpisut ( She is very lovely and very helpful ) Pros : -7/11 is only just 3 mins walk across the street actually. There are many local Thai restaurants around the place as well. Plus this coffee shop called Fong Nom which makes good desserts and nice food too. - Alright-ish gym and swimming pool - Dryers and Washing machine 24/7 but need to have a 10 baht coins tho - the room is nice, got a kitchen with stove, living room with the couch, 2 aircons and a washing machine Cons : - Constructions going on and I think it will be like this for the next 2 years - Wifi is like 600 THB a month, the connection is not so great.

First look everything fine. But as soon you stay here for some days you realize the terrible noice in this area. Door close. Windows close. But forget to sit in your room and work on something, be productive, rest, or sleep long and deep. Around and in the building always contruction work going on. Around the building loud dogs and chickens all day and night long. And this tops this place with regular fail firealamars, going on for minutes, several times a day..

I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy accommodation in Puckett and I was thoroughly satisfied. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and I felt at home from the very moment I arrived. The accommodation offers modern European standards at an amazingly affordable price. The apartment was comfortably furnished, and I enjoyed having a small kitchenette. It was really convenient to be able to cook something small whenever I wanted. Another highlight was the impressive view of the world of Phuket. Every morning, I was greeted by a breathtaking panorama that energized my day with positivity. Simply magnificent! The property also provides washing machines that can be used for a small fee, as well as a small fitness area. This was a pleasant surprise, and I was able to do my laundry conveniently and stay fit while enjoying my stay. The only minor drawback was that a scooter or motorbike was necessary to reach the beaches. It would have been nice if the proximity to the beach was more accessible without the need for additional transportation. Nevertheless, taxis are available, and it's possible to rent a motorbike to explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this accommodation. The hospitable staff contributed to making me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place to all travelers seeking a cozy, affordable, and comfortable stay. It's definitely worth staying here!

Excellent place. A bit pricey for the room size but everything was brand new. Internet is a bit slow since each floor has 1 wifi router for 4 or 5 rooms. Gym was great. Pool was clean.

Modern condo with kitchen/ livingroom, bedroom and bathroom, with right space to have a comfortable stay. In the center of Kathu, in the center of Phuket, location is strategic to go everywhere in 20/30 minutes by scooter.

very very noisy place. If your room window view to front side its impossible to sleep, oposit windows some car garage and they use very noisy equipment till night, administration not deside this problem. Evwning time everyone want relax, sleep, or just quaet, but its impossible. Craxy noisy
