My husband and I usually enjoy a good long morning walk in all the hotels where we have stayed. This hotel however has a very steep long driveway that’s not ideal for a walk, especially for elderly people like us. Also the streets near by are small with busy traffic and no sidewalk. We took the hotel shuttle to Patong beach most days and a Tuk Tuk ride back usually cost 200~300 Baht. Breakfast and service from the hotel are excellent. Ked, Top, even the nice garden man are always friendly and professional, Ked is an exceptional waitress! Almost all the food were freshly made upon ordering, the taste and presentation are high quality. The tourists that stay here were not as loud and obnoxious like other hotels in crowded areas, which’s the reason we booked here. We had a one bedroom suite on the 6th floor and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you very much SkyView Phuket for having me! I’ve spent an amazing time there and I can highly recommend the hotel to everyone. Rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is great, it’s big and clean. There are comfortable sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy. Stuff is very helpful and nice. They been taking care of me on the highest possible level. Also what is worthy to right about is food. Every meal was very tasty. I recommend to take option with breakfast because of huge variety of food. I will definitely come back here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at skyview. We were upgraded to a suite since we had to wait a long time for another group to check out. The rooms are really clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a quiet area away from all the city noises. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was sparkling clean. Our room was so comfy and spacious. The breakfast was everything!!!!(you should try pad kra pao in breakfast menu here, as a Thai myself, it is pretty good than any tourist restaurant lmao) The staffs and overall service were exceptional. Recommended renting a car as the hotel is far from the beach and kinda like uphill. (As the hotel price is NOT expensive at all. It is pretty affordable with hotel+rental car.) Definitely will come back again

Currently on day 2 of 4 the housekeeping do an amazing job the front desk is very friendly and the food has been great so far from room service. The tv has YouTube and screen mirroring and the room itself has been great I am in a sunset room and really like it. My single complaint whatsoever is the same as others it’s on the top of a massive hill but the stairs running up most of it really help. I would stay here again and reccomend the property just for the staff alone they really do make all the difference. I just ordered room service a few minutes ago and forgot to order a drink and before I could call back the front desk staff were at my door with a drink menu for me to look at. They really do make it a 5 star experience!

This hotel deserves all the credit it gets! Walked in after going to a horrid hotel in Patong from looking on Expedia, asked to see a room before booking and was accommodated IMMEDIATELY! And given a refreshing and delicious welcome drink before checking in. Breakfast is delicious and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Can’t wait to come back here! Location is close to everything, but not as close as other hotels. You have to walk up (1 minute) or ride up a bit of a steep hill to get to the hotel but it’s not bad!

Sky view was an amazing stay, really accommodating with the team offering some lovely extra touches for celebrating a birthday! Tom made our stay here really special, super helpful, very chatty and makes some amazing cocktails - thank you! Would strongly recommend this place to anyone staying in Patong.

Everything is clean and new, but that’s just addition to great customer service experience. We spent 2 weeks in here and all staff members are externally helpful and nice, we could feel like at tropical home. Special thanks to Aimy and Bow, so kind who made our mornings so special

After driving around and touring Phuket and its surrounding islands for days, checking into Skyview was like arriving at an oasis! Excellent interior designs and amenities, and oh the really hot bath and the shower! I had the garden view suite on the first floor which was super nice and spacious. The amazing staff headed by Bow and Charn at the reception were super professional and helpful to all our needs and the breakfast was just spectacular with friendly and attentive staff like Top. Will definitely go back again.

This was one of my favorite hotels I stayed at during my time in Thailand! The pool is so lovely and the bed was so comfy! I appreciated the kind staff and it was in a quiet area of busy Patong. Keep in mind you might need transportation to get there as it is up a hill but worth it for the views. Highly recommend!

We had an above expectations stay. Staff is friendly, helpfull, effective and professional. Our booked room did not have kingsize bed so we where upgraded which was nice. The room was clean, new and modern, fast wifi as well. Swimmingpool is nice and the food in the restaurant tasty. Breakfast was also above expectations with fresh rye bread. Location is not very central but we had rented scooters so that was not an issue for us.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful and the view is amazing especially from the rooftop bar. The hotel is very clean and well designed in general with the nice option to order freshly for breakfast. BUT once we used the restaurant for dinner and it took an hour to make our food with only 2 more table occupied and the portions were very small for a normal restaurant ( it's obviously not a fine dinning place.) And the room was very small especially for a 5* hotel with the tap being in the middle of the room instead of the bathroom idk whose idea was that .... Also it's nice to have shuttle to the beach and city but it's a bit disappointing that it stops at 17:30 so can't use it at night.

Stayed here for 5 days, and it was the best hotel ever. The staff was great, very friendly approachable and polite. The facilities were also so nice, they have a billiards table, board games, you can even have a drink and chill at the pool. The room was clean, cozy (we got the pool view) and spacious! It’s like a one bedroom and we even have a balcony. The food was also amazing. Starting from breakfast (a lot of choices, thai-western), as a bacon lover, I am happy that they do serve bacon 😌 and for dinner we tried their pizza & wings (10/10)! Just note that going to the hotel, u will need to go up a steep hill 🤣 but the grab drives had no problem sending us. Fyi, the slippers and laundry bags are chargeable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here. And I would still book this hotel if I were to return to Phuket 💘

Beautiful rooms with all the expected amenities. Shame that they allow the hallway to flood when it rains. Also, the only bars they have are outdoors so when it rains you can't get a drink. They have a nice shuttle to the city and beach but the days and hours are much too limited, especially for a hotel that taxi drivers try to avoid.

The room was big and modern. The hotel has a good gym and pool. Breakfast was excellent with a small buffet and a all-you-can eat cook-to-order menu. However, the hotel is located on a long, uphill stretch with not much nearby. I saw a couple pushing a baby stroller uphill, NOT pretty.

Very beautiful hotel at Patong. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. Hotel is clean and has nice view of sunrise and sunset. This hotel is little far from seabeach around 2/3 kms. I used taxi to go to the patong beach. Overall I am very satisfied with the price and stay. I recommend to stay in this hotel and enjoy the beauty of Patong city view from top.

Excellent stays...Modern big room and especially kid room setup, love the big bathtub. Skybar is fantastic. We love breakfast, it is ala carte buffet menu and we try different foods for 2 days.

Modern hotel with a tasteful decor. Large rooms, full bathrooms, and beautiful pool. Staff are friendly and quick to help. The breakfast service is of excellent quality, but selections are limited at the buffet. Note that the rooms have small refrigerators and no microwaves. Also, the hotel is distant from the main tourist areas, so if you want to travel you must have your own vehicle, or pay excessive taxi fares, or really work on your cardio. On the plus side, the local neighborhood is fun to explore and offers great values (laundry service is a tenth of the price of hotel laundry).

This hotel is probably the best hotel in Patong Phuket. I am personally amazed with the wonderful service by manager Charlie. I had a little issue in the beginning due to misunderstanding. Charlie, who is the manager of the hotel took care of this issue so efficiently and effectively you couldn’t ask for anything else. I’ve been to many 5 STAR hotel but I have never seen this kind of top customer service. The room is amazing. I have an amazing stand alone bath tub, very clean and comfortable bed. This is actually a queen size bed, not full size. Even the maids are super nice here. Breakfast is also amazing if I can wake up everyday on time. It’s only from 7-10:30 AM. I will be back at this hotel next time I am here. My friend suggested to stay in front of Patong beach but you won’t get good rest like here because it is very loud over there. And class of guests in other hotels near the beach is little bit different class. Loud and obnoxious, not like here. I absolutely love love love this hotel. Thank you Charlie for all your help!!!!

Unfortunately Google only gives the option of 4 or 5 stars. I would have been happy to rate hotel this 4.5 stars. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that the wifi wasn't working in my room for four out of the five nights I stayed there, so I had to keep going down to the reception area to send and receive emails. Other than that everything was good. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast exceptionally good. It's great to have a real latte macchiato with breakfast that doesn't taste like hot milk. I wasn't overly impressed with the dinner menu but I had a car so ate out at different restaurants in Patong Beach every night. The rooms are excellent and the bed very comfy. Good water pressure in the shower and everything very clean. I'd definitely stay there again as it's away from the noise of the beachfront and the views from the rooms are nice.

We booked a room for 4D3N in August 2022 and got a free upgrade. The room was very clean and big. We were also given a free plate of fruits upon check in. Car park is quite big and security was good. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful. Although breakfast options are limited, the food was still very good! We would definitely come back the next time we’re in Phuket.

Many thanks to the whole staff of the Skyview Resort in Patong. Every wish was immediately fulfilled. We felt so well taken care of during the sandbox quarantine. The whole resort is very clean. The food very good. Spaghetti really Italian quality al dente. Thanks again to Charn and "Born" and all other from the staff. You are a very good team!

Pros: We stayed for 6 nights here. We booked the suite room with mountain view and it was superb. The balcony even had a clothes rack to dry clothes and a ceiling fan. We liked having our tea there while enjoying the view. The room was huge, very modern and generous amenities. They had everything including a beach bag and separate beach towels which were very useful thoughout our stay. There are 2 bars: 1 in the pool and on the rooftop where the view is great. The service is excellent. Breakfast is only 350baht if you opted not to include it in your room package. I highly recommend this hotel for couples who wants a quiet place to stay away from the noise after a day of activities or a night out. You’ll have a quiet and good rest here. There is a 7 eleven just down the road too. Cons: The driveway leading to the hotel is really steep that tuktuk drivers normally do not want to go or will ask a higher fare or tip due to this. You will have to walk to the main road to hail tuktuks. Grab can sometimes go as high as 900baht which is ridiculous but at times will be cheaper than tuktuks too at around 180baht. So you may want to check constantly. Most of the activity packages include hotel transfer though. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Skyview and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place but still near the beach.
