Overrated
as
a
four
star
hotel.
Would
rated
it
maximum
as
a
3
star
hotel.
Was
really
looking
forward
to
my
stay
here
but
was
really
disappointed
with
the
overall
experience.
The
food
labels
at
the
breakfast
area
was
mostly
wrong
and
disorganised.
Food
quality
is
below
average.
This
is
not
an
really
an
international
breakfast
buffet,
there
is
a
lot
of
Indian
food
options.
The
fruits
are
not
fresh
(Sour
watermelon).
The
bread
toaster
is
not
working
(According
to
the
staff,
only
2
slots
out
of
5
slot
is
working),
keep
getting
burnt
toast
which
is
very
frustrating.
The
hotel
only
offer
one
way
transport
to
the
night
market
area
with
limited
time
slots.
Booked
a
2
bedroom
suite
with
a
baby
cot,
rooms
were
spacious
and
clean.
However,
you
will
need
a
buggy
ride
whenever
you
leave/want
to
return
to
your
room.
One
of
the
standard
response
for
bad
reviews
is
they
will
continue
to
improve
their
service.
Not
sure
how
are
they
going
to
do
that
though.
Given
that
their
staff
are
aware
that
the
toaster
is
not
working
but
they
are
not
replacing
it.
How
is
this
“continuing
to
improve
their
service”.
