Beautiful hotel, warm hospitality. I had the basic room and asked for upgrade, it was arranged on the spot and hassle free. The restaurant offered buffet, which was really good. Got a table just beside the beach, with the waves hitting the beach bank rocks and the sound of it was creating a serene atmosphere ❤️❤️ The restaurant arranged the candle light dinner and offered complimentary drinks for us, which was a very lovely gesture!! The hotel campus in itself is like a mini city, a golf cart took us to our room from the reception lobby. Great ambiance! And the best part is the sea view🤩🤩

Amari is a bit rundown. Paints coming off, facility smells a bit damp. Breakfast is decent. The location is great - your own little beach. The view from the room is good - that's why I booked it. The lobby has an amazing view. More of a 3 star hotel

From the arrival to the departure of this villa style hotel did demonstrate excellence in customer service with friendly and helpful staff. The food is exceptionally executed, contemporary and attractively presented. The daily impeccable buffet breakfast has also a vast range of choices, including special dietary and culture requirements. The Hotel is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and looked after. The apartment we had was modern with view over the beach. The only minus is the villas are situated on a hill. Thus transport is needed and is also provided by the hotel on demand. However, this is a small disadvantage in comparison what this great establishment has to offer. Highly recommended.

I ended up here as I couldn't get out of our previous accommodation. Quick enough through my haste. I put the decimal point in the wrong place.! 😂 Everything that we got there for the price is what I would expect. All the staff were very polite, helpful and great scenery from the room we had. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was , Excellent, great choice of food to have. Everyone was catered to vegetarians , vegans, and even for healthy eaters.. And a little bit from each continent.

Overrated as a four star hotel. Would rated it maximum as a 3 star hotel. Was really looking forward to my stay here but was really disappointed with the overall experience. The food labels at the breakfast area was mostly wrong and disorganised. Food quality is below average. This is not an really an international breakfast buffet, there is a lot of Indian food options. The fruits are not fresh (Sour watermelon). The bread toaster is not working (According to the staff, only 2 slots out of 5 slot is working), keep getting burnt toast which is very frustrating. The hotel only offer one way transport to the night market area with limited time slots. Booked a 2 bedroom suite with a baby cot, rooms were spacious and clean. However, you will need a buggy ride whenever you leave/want to return to your room. One of the standard response for bad reviews is they will continue to improve their service. Not sure how are they going to do that though. Given that their staff are aware that the toaster is not working but they are not replacing it. How is this “continuing to improve their service”.

We didn't here, we just visit a close friend of ours. All I can say is just the first impression in the lobby and area itself which a really good place and relaxing to stay. However be ready to always walk in the stairs going to the breakfast, rooms, restaurant, lobby and etc ad they don't have lift. It's a good exercise though but you might think a little if you are not a stairs person. The view, sunset ad staff are great.

Oh my goodness amazing hotel. The staff are truly fabulous. Great restaurants with a wide choice of Thai and Continental cuisine. The hotel layout and pools accommodate both famous and adult needs. In my opinion not a place for mobility issues although there is transport to the main breakfast area but still limited. Near Patong Beach but outside of the main town.

It was really great. Professional staff, housekeeping perfect, view is the best. Price was good too. Good for families where you can enjoy your private trip with in property. Good security system. 10 minutes drive from Bagla road. I am personally not very satisfied with restaurant inside( less variety and extremely high rate).

Stunning view of the sea from my room and various parts of the hotel. The room came with complimentary snacks and drinks as well, which the hotel kindly refilled too. There was also clubhouse access with a high tea buffet and free drinks every evening from 5.30pm-6.30pm so we were well fed. Service staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel compound, and the buggy rides were easy to request for from anywhere in the hotel compound. Main gripe would be the broken water heater which made showering tough since it was either too cold or too hot, and the weak water pressure. This place is also totally not wheelchair friendly in any way.

Amazing staff and good services! The hotel located on the mountain side of Patong Bay, overlooking the ocean is simply divine. Breakfast is always unbelievable by the ocean and pool side I would like to come back for sure! One thing I don’t like about this hotel is , the bathroom and the room itself are small and not arranged enough, other than that everything was amazing in this hotel

This is an amazing resort that is massive. Right on the beach and yet so quiet from the busy Patong district. The breakfast is great with lots of different options as we sat all days right on the beach during breakfast at Rim Talay. They have cart service to take you to your room. The service is definitely 5 star.

Thank you Amari Phuket for extraordinary care, hospitality and gestures as we were celebrating our special occasion at Amari Phuket. The location, good views and specially the international restaurant with large variety and Indian menu are great to enjoy too.. Chef, Ni, and all other staff helped a lot! Thank you for all the care Amari!

Our family of 5 was there for 5 days. Nice location great view and very friendly staff. Many Indian guests when we were there, so we also got some Indian food for breakfast. Breakfast is very good. 2 beautiful swimming pools. We use the swimming pool everyday and experienced that too many guests do not wash themselves before using the swimming pool. But this is experienced in all hotels in Thailand.

Amazing service, buggy rides to your stay. Staff are really friendly and really attentive to your needs. It has swimming pool, court for badminton, Futsal, basketball, and tennis and rlly well maintained too! There is also a beautiful bridge called The Jetty with a bar. Beautiful landscape and view. Breakfast buffet is high quality too, they have all kinds of delicious food. This place is simply amazing 10/10 would come again!!!

The hotel has a view which is breathtaking however it's a very uncomfortable place cuz of the number of stairs that we had to take to go to the lobby the bf area, it was painful to move around plus the location of the hotel is at height so to get out of the hotel to reach places to eat and party couldn't do it without a tuk tuk cuz otherwise it was a Trek up and down to reach the hotel. Unfortunately cuz of the immense hiking to get around it was not comfortable

Only the room is good which you can get in any other hotel at much cheaper price. Location is horrible as you have to climb a steep slope from Patong beach to reach to hotel lobby or else pay 200 baht every time to get back to hotel lobby from Patong beach. They have buggy to take you to your respective building from hotel lobby which is again frustrating as you might have to wait for long to get buggy. It’s like paying too much for poor experience.

The hotel excels in its service, friendliness of the staff. They always great and always smile. The only issue i had with the rooms rooms were not maintained to standard plus old furniture. I heard from the tour guide that this is the older part but i think no excuse for negelecting maintenance.

A very pleasant stay with our family. Pleased to know that post Covid the hotel did not disappoint.and was on par with our previous visit in 2017. The rooms were great and the family really enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool area. The only (minor) problems experienced were lengthy late night check in after an extremely long day of travelling with little kids in tow. Difficulties for our family staying up in the ocean view suites getting transport down to the main area due to the phones being down for part of the stay. The Room service meals were a bit hit and miss. In general the staff were friendly and obliging - perhaps a little under-staffed at times but to be honest we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Amari as a family friendly holiday resort.

Amari is a great resort - very modern, beautifully done rooms with nice view of the ocean. The resort has two good restaurants and a number of options for activities. Service was prompt and courteous and they ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Have to say the staff had been really quick with their service response. And always helpful. The rooms though weren't the cleanness nor well-maintained (like doors falling apart and telephones that don't work) but generally OK. Resort was sprawling. But had loved the stay here so far! We were a party of 3!

I loved the place. Very beautiful. The view we had really lovely and the location is a bit far but it allows you to have a private part of patong beach ( only hotels residents) . It may takes 20 -30 mins to reach the old city. It’s a bit old but still good for the price. You’ll have to use the stairs to go to the rooms ( in case you’ll carry anything heavy, it’ll cause you a bit of trouble) The breakfast has variety and tasty.

Before coming I was disappoint with all reservation, but when stay, we get more and more satisfied. Super valuable!! When I made the reservation it quite complicate since we come 14 people and used the government’s campaign to support 3000 THB per room. And I find the deal in hungry hub that is much cheaper but hotel sells in it and linked with government’s campaign too ( mean the sell but not happy to service) But when arrive here all thing are over expected!!! Room, bed, dinner are excellent!!!! Bathroom is normal but good. One little thing is hotel have only 2 restaurants and the price is high, but hopefully we book the package so it included dinner and lunch. In summary, to buy package and government support, staying here is so fabulous!!

The resort is at a great location and offers great amenities. The beachside restaurants were superb with spectacular view of the ocean and harmonious sound of the waves. The room however, was below par and small in size if you take into account the status of the hotel. Staff is friendly and supportive. Overall a good experience.

I strongly recommend staying in this resort, it is very beautiful and well located. The staff were very kind and ready to help you anytime you need their help. The amenities of this resort are amazing, I liked their gym and their two swimming pools. I encourage everyone to book with breakfast because they offer very delicious collection of food. Their meats are halal which is good news for all the Muslim visitors.

Lovely hotel & very friendly staff. ‘Deluxe’ rooms are too small for 3 people. Would be 5 star rating for me if it wasn’t for the prices - £6 (+10% service charge) for a beer in Thailand is crazy and such a shame

Stayed here for 7 days and loved every single one of them! Everything is clean and stunning! The pools are just amazing, very high quality restaurants too. The staff will always smile to you and help if you need anything. Would recommend this place to everyone!

The property is great, well maintained, location is amazing.! The staff at the reception need to be a little more humble and not be rude. We got our rooms at 4pm, while when we were at the hotel at 2pm. The room service is just pathetic. We good fresh towels and some food ordered in the room after about an hour of ordering. The buffet breakfast needs more vegetarian options.
