Fabulous hotel in a great location, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in many visits to Thailand. Staff are all very kind and welcoming. The only feedback I would give is that I think 7pm is way too early to close the pool in such a warm climate. I know many people who would love a cooling dip after dinner.

I stayed here with my wife and the hotel is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean , room service is good & addressed quickly. Location of hotel is excellent as it is at a walking distance from the main tourist influx places in phuket , for eg Bangla road , beaches , good restaurants , massage parlours(1000s of them) shopping mall etc etc. I like the swimming pool , it’s big enough to accommodate lot of people and still not getting crowded. They have the bar counter by the pool so you can sit inside the pool and enjoy your drinks !! Cheers 🍻

Excellent Hotel, beautiful n clean environment and courteous staff. Couldn't have asked for more. The Hotel has beautiful Pool, kid's play area, Oriental Spa with reasonable rates for most sought Thai massage and a great Cafe. The hotel is four steps away from Hard Rock Cafe and just 10-15 min (if you are a slow one...I covered in just 7) walk away from the Patong Beach. If you are looking for a Sea View ...you won't get one but I fully enjoyed my stay as it is not that far away. Thank you once again for such ❤️ We will be back soon 👍

This place is a best one to stay in Phuket. We got an upgrade... rooms were nice and had all the amenities of a nice property... even baskets and umbrellas along with kettle, toiletries and a good view. Pool was nice, clean and well-maintained. The staff was quite prompt and courteous. This was topped with food... Breakfast buffet is a lavish one and had various veg options. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I travelled with our 4 grown children, partners and 2 grandchildren staying in 5 deluxe pool view rooms and we loved it! The staff at Deevana Plaza are amazing and friendly and so helpful with anything you might need or request. The service in all areas of the hotel was just fantastic, we had massages at Orientala Spa that were perfect and tranquil, we had all you can eat buffets at Phuket Cafe that were exquisite. The staff became our friends and we can’t wait to return to this glorious hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard, the Pool Bar is the best place to spend your days, swimming and eating and drinking whilst receiving the best service possible. We cannot say a bad word about this amazing resort and have told all our friends and extended family that they must stay here whenever in Thailand. Thank you Deevana Plaza for making our holiday so unforgettable.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. We booked a city view room, while knowing from the room details that it is “soundproof”. Turns out it is the complete opposite and the noise was horrendous. Couldn’t sleep a minute. After stating the facts to the hotel staff and asking to move to a quiet room we were asked to pay an extra charge for that. Of course we didn’t accept that and had to argue with them. At last we were moved to a quieter room, which had terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. The hotel is packed with mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet offers only 1 coffee machine that extracts milk and can’t supply the demand. To sum up-i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family & friends.

Everyone, this review is to tell you about my experience in the hotel. The first day i arrived they didn't give us the required room how we had asked. Next day i wanted the bubble bath soap and had asked it from the reception but they kept me waiting for almost half an hour and later informed me that they didn't even have that. After this I had asked for three spoons for my room and they did the same service . I would like to tell you all that there are friendly staff and people around here but extremely bad service. So please think twice and plan accordingly. This was my first trip to Phuket in Thailand and i am not satisfied with the service and tratetment with the guests. This was extremely below my expectations and i would personally not recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Devana plaza Patong. Report this to anyone you think is planning to stay here.. We are regular visitors of Deevana Plaza when we stay in Phuket. Firstly, the service from staff here is brilliant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is probably some of the best you can find in hotels in thailand. The only issue I find every time we stay is with the hot water; it's wildly inconsistent and sometimes doesn't work at all. For close to $250AU a night with a discount, this place is very expensive compared to others in the area and the facilities should work as expected.

IMPORTANT: we have booked a room with city view and we couldn’t sleep at all at night because of the noise from the street where is in front of the balcony (be aware from room 330 and all rooms and floors in the same line). Also the rooms don’t have soundproofing windows.. Next day I asked from the reception to change the room because of the noise and they said if you like to change we have to make an upgrade and charged us extra for a “superior” room, we paid the extra money and we moved to another room on fifth floor with pool site view, unfortunately in the night we realized that behind the room 549 on the ground floor there was a huge machine which is working all the night , and the reception offer us the only available options the rooms 349 and 549 where was both in front of a huge noisy machine. They knew it that these rooms was also very noisy but they charged me extra for “upgrade room”.. The only reason i put 2 stars is because of the very polite staff and for the nice breakfast..

Good rooms. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. OK location. Pleasant staff. But there are some improvements to be made. The absolute worst thing was the slamming of doors all night, the auto closers need to be changed to something that soft closers. Allowing people to reserve the pool lounges, by 9am some days there were towels on half of the loungers and only a couple of people at the pool, i watched one guy reserve 2x loungers each day 1x in the shade and 1x in the sun

We have stayed at Deevana Plaza many times and find everything is lovely. The staff are very friendly and professional and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is great and there is plenty of Bacon haha. The pool is beautiful BUT. I wish people would NOT claim the chairs before breakfast or maybe supply more chairs. We love the Deevana Plaza

This was my second stay with family. Its really a nice family friendly hotel. They were doing some upgrading work to make it better. Breakfast had a good variety and caters local, western and even Indian palates. Initially the room had a bit of a musky odour possible to the wood flooring meeting water, but they addressed this by moving us to another room which was much better. Plus, happened to be a birthday stay and they offered a complimentary cake for 1 person which was a really nice touch. Overall, we will be back for another stay.

For its budget price, the hardware is more than satisfied, pool is very clean. However, services are bad. They don’t distribute pool towels at pool, they put pool towels in room. After we had used the pool towels, we needed to request them four times by call and at front desk in order to get them to replace our used pool towels. The front desk said it was mainly due to many low level staff can’t understand English. We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner once, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. We waited more than one hour to get our food, the staff said they had many orders. Maybe room service orders? Even the table who came after us got the food earlier than us. We asked the waiter why. The waiter simply asked us to complain to the management. Ha?!!! What kind of answer was that?

Deevana plaza is located near the patong beach. Which is just 10 mins walk from the beach. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful service. You may get bike for rent from the shop next to deevana which just costs 200tbh.

Very nice location and well maintained rooms. Little bit crowded around patong beach. Food and shopping outlets are easily available near hotel.

At good location, near patong beach and old city area. Nice rooms and all facilities. Indian breakfast should need to be changed daily in properly.

Deevana Plaza Patong will win your heart in every way♥️ This hotel will win your heart in everything.. Had stayed for 3 nights.. When we checked in they upgraded our room to Deluxe family room with dunk bed for kids with personal tv for them. Staff is very polite,quick and helpful in every thing.. The pool is good, rooms are neat and spacious.. The kids play room is good. Everything thing here gets a 10/10 except the breakfast for Vegetarian specially Indians disappoints a little but it does not matter when they excel in rest of all aspects of hospitality....

Wonderful stay in hotel for 4 nights. Superb view from balcony. The hotel room is very neat and has all amenities. Swimming pool is one of the best. It has slides, which is wonderful and safer even for non swimmers. They helped in serving water and bed sheets in room. Helpful staff with faster response. Breakfast has very good options. But Limited Indian varities. I recommend this hotel for stay with family and as couples.

The Deluxe room we stayed was far from what was presented online. Room was clearly aged, not well maintained. Handle on the bath was barely holding together. Towels and bedding were grey and frayed. Room did not have a nice and clean feeling when we checked in, floor was rather dusty. There was only one pillow per bed and the pillow was of poor quality, lumpy, it was either too high or too low; and there was no sight of the pretty blue decorative cushions, how disappointing! Front desk asked for cash as room deposit, reluctantly accepted credit card as I didn't have the cash for two rooms booked. Housekeeping was tardy and didn't do a very good job. May I suggest getting a vacuum cleaner instead which will be more effective in removing dust rather and using a broom? When checking out they made us wait for more than 15min to allow the housekeeper to check the condition of the room when we had a flight to catch. The saving grace was the daily breakfast served with abundant of tropical fruits and variety of cuisine.

Had a very nice stay here...the staff were very polite and helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them..my walker broke while I was there and the handyman fixed it for me so that I could use it the rest of my holiday...my room was disabled friendly..bathroom had hand rails in shower and around the toilet and sink..had emergency buttons to press in the bathroom incase of falls etc...the bedroom was good and plenty of room to move around..own patio with seating area and own entrance into my own swimming pool...air-conditioning in rooms...hotel had lifts to all floors and staircase...restaurant..and tattoo shop..and tour guide desk..bell service..reception area..seating area around the first floor..gym..spa..children's playe area..valet service..parking at front of hotel..breakfast was good lots of choice for all different types of people...not to far from the main areas valise to shops,bars,restaurants, cafe and not to far from the beach...

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The location and design of the hotel is great, the room was comfortable, reasonably quiet and perfectly fit what we needed and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was great as well and we didn't get bored of it for the 8 days we stayed. But the thing that impressed us the most, was the friendliness of the staff! They were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel also offers some activities. We had the romantic dinner and were blown away by the unbelievably beautiful 4 course meal on the rooftop terrace. There are some issues with the cleaning schedule (which was easily changed for us upon request) and the shower in our room was less than ideal (we just used the bathtub's shower instead) but this is the only very minor criticism I can possibly come up with. Overall, we highly enjoyed the stay and can whole-heartedly recommend Deevana Plaza!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating of any request we had. Facilities were quite new and very clean. The bed was softer and far more comfortable than the average Thai bed. Which as many quickly discover in Thailand, are often quite solid and uncomfortable to the average westerner. Also, don't miss the buffet breakfast! International options, fresh baked goods and eggs to order! This was a wonderful stay and I wish the team at Deevana all the best in the future.

Fantastic place! After a long backpacking journey with different quality of hotels and hostels we decided to have some luxury our last few days in Thailand, and Deevana did not disappoint! Clean, spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, great facilities such as the pool and gym. Also, they have daily free activities you can join such as yoga, Thai boxing, water polo etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them! Breakfast buffet was also delicious and with a huge variety in foods. Totally recommend!

Pros - Check-in was a breeze with very friendly reception staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a Thai training session and the instructor was very good and gave us a great workout. We had daily buffet breakfast and the spread was wonderful. Cons - Would prefer the lighting in the bathroom to be brighter. Also, would be great if there were complimentary slippers provided.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. The pool was great and surrounding areas really tidy and clean. Our room was a good size the bed was comfortable. It was great to have a bath in the bathroom, however the bath towels definitely need updating as they were thin and greying! That's the only small gripe otherwise we found this hotel to be fantastic value for money and in a super location within a short walk to town centre.
