What a find.... an excellent canteen-style vegetarian restaurant in Tatarstan which gives us veges a chance to try Russian food. It's very popular with locals and for a good reason. The food is very cheap, wholesome and tasty. The menu is even in English so know what you're eating.

At first we were a little suspicious with the prices we saw online of Dobraya so we decided to come and see for ourselves. Not only is the food costless but super tasty.. we’ll definitely come again before we leave town!

Food is homemade, warm delicious and costs a fraction of the price of a restaurant. If you are after good food for a very reasonable price it "Dobraya stolovata" is exactly that. If you are after a 5 star experience at an expensive restaurant with a nice view, then you better search for another place.

Cozy and comfortable with fresh and tasty dishes and salads. The servings are fast and you don’t have to wait long time for getting your order sorted out.

Cheap, healthy, basic Russian fare! There's savoury and sweet stuff. Clients young and old..very popular by the looks of the numbers of diners. Fast, cheerful staff too..who put up with my terrible Russian! My Kazani student friend introduced me and I returned several times to.."eat where the locals eat!"

Nice place to have lunch your family. There is not expensive food. But a lot of people every time.

A place to try local dishes at a very economic price. The restaurant runs like those university canteen, you picked your food and pay accordingly. I had for 103 rubles for the ones you see on the pic. Really recommended for those who wanna get a taste of what locals usually have and live.

Yummy food, with tatar national dishes, such as echpochmaks and so on. Near the center of the city. Stairs inside, it is not easy to come in with baby or disabled carriage. Have a toilet on the first floor and 2 cash registers on the ground and first floor. Average check for soup, salad, hot dish and drink is about 250 roubles.

Very nice place where you can eat very good food. In the photo, you can see those "puffy" eggs which were delicious and served with a nice side dish. When I go back to Kazan, I will go there again for sure.

I thought this little place was great. On a bitterly cold night, the large bowl of vegetable soup and soy burger helped fight off the chills and the price was fantastic -- my best value meal in Russia by far. Service with a smile too 😊
