We visited this sauna today (02/12/22...which we really regretted). We booked a room for 4 hours. We came as a group, married couples. The administrator ruined the whole mood with her boorish conversation. Although we didn’t even have time to get into the room we booked. To our statement “Hello, we arrived, we booked a room,” we heard in response from the administrator “So what.” This was said in such a tone that it gave the impression that we had somehow disturbed her. It was quite cold in the sauna itself, and the pool was cool. There is not a single basin in the room itself so that you can brew a broom. When we went out to ask the administrator for a basin, we heard an indistinct muttering in response. But!!!! Thank you at least for this - they gave us a basin. At one point, the hood was turned on so high that it became cold in the bathhouse. In general, the room is not bad, but this attitude of the staff of this sauna spoils the whole impression. I will not recommend this sauna to my friends.

We took the room "Derevenka". The receptionist is rude. There is no place for washing. The shower is located close to the pool, you have to be very clever so that dirty soapy water does not get into the pool. It would be nice if there was a wash station where you could wash yourself while sitting with a basin. It is necessary to install a bench and taps. You have to draw water into the basin from the shower, which does not have a flexible hose. In a word, you can’t wash yourself properly!!!

Unfriendly, rude administrator! Cold sauna! The photographs do not correspond to reality in terms of the comfort of the rooms. There is no proper attitude towards visitors. Apparently they don’t fight for regular clientele. I don’t want to come here again if there are competing establishments with the same prices.

I strongly do not recommend this sauna. They arrived on 02/12/2022, instead of hello I received: what have you come? What do you need? I won't come again! Choose other saunas, fortunately there are plenty of them in the city! For the first time in many years of using saunas, I came across an interesting request: birch brooms are not allowed, the deposit is 2000 rubles, a fine if something is wrong... In short, just terrible! Wasted time and spoiled mood!
