worst experience worst staff. no care for customers

Water sports: 7/10 > Jet ski, tow tube and speed boat available only. Beach: 7/10 > Dirty beach, lots of garbages. Not proper clean up. Dustbins not available. Excess Road: 9/10 > All Black top. Family place: 6/10 > No privacy on hawksbay beach with family at Far adventure huts. Other guys are coming to mixed up. Far adventure management should look into this matter Staff: 9/10 Supportive. Food: Near by DUA restaurant available and 2 another Dhaba's also available. Washroom available.

Worst experience. Booked online and spoke to their rep. Rahil to whom i transferred the money to. Upon reaching the location nobody had any idea of our booking. The rep rahil was not answering his phone. Spoke another rep shahmir who tells me its my fault for not securing an invoice from the other rep. After going back and forth sending payment reciept to the other guy i was confirmed services but still had to wait an hour because nobody was informed of our booking. The staff was very professional but mr raheel and mr shahmir are very unprofessional. Super disappointed. Response: Audacity of replying with an anwser and than questioning that if I had made the advance payment? I had made payments in advance. And i have bank transfer proof made to you in advance. I will show you the proof if you are willing to refund.
