Had an amazing launch here on Sunday. Only one table was left, and we were seated there on arrival. We ordered Classic Beef Chilli Dry and another recommended Beef dish. While we were waiting for our food, we were served complimentary Crackers with Salad dipped in sweet chili sauce and peanuts. Crackers with salad were fresh and appetizing. Our main dishes arrived in 15 minutes. Our food 🥘 was splendid. Beef was very tender and juicy. We ordered spicy beef dishes, so it was reasonably spicy and delicious. It was one of the best Chinese beef dishes I had. Rice was also good. Mistakenly, we ordered the lemonade with sparkling water instead of 7Up. It was tasteless and sour and cost us twice. Our server 🧑‍💼 was very polite and helpful. It was the best service I had in a restaurant. Place 🏠 was small but It was clean, neat, and cozy. Seating was comfortable. Ambiance was fine. 💸 It was an expensive restaurant and cost the same as P.F Chang, but better than them. 🌟 Overall, I think I found a gem of a restaurant. ➡️ Will try their soups, appetizers, and other stuff.

First of all , Service wise they act super weird as my friend for second put her 3 months old baby on the table so she can make him feel better as he was getting upset sitting at one place . A waiter came in and said this is not appropriate as it offends other customers !! 😔😯 She told him that i am not leaving him to sit here whole time , it's for 1 to 2 seconds or mintues !! But he urged that get him off now which is utterly strange as what a baby can do to their table afterall baby was not pooping on their table !!! Utterly strange behaviour towards their customers !! Secondly, waiters are quiet in a hurry to bring food and then take it away even if you are still eating your food !! You have tell them yourself that we are still eating , what is the matter with your guys !! 🙄 And if they clear the food , then they really bring the green tea forcefully while you are still finishing your food and it was utterly frustrating as let the people finish their food so the green tea won't cold !!! Hope they understand and try to rectify their hastiness which is not at all comfortable when you are enjoying with your guests and friends !😒🙄 Food is overall nice and tastes good !! Their starter salad is yummy with the sweet chilli sauce 🙂 All other food that was ordered was nicely cooked and tasty. Hope they look into these issues as eating food outside mean to get comfortable atmosphere not a sense of hurry sadly !! Overall for the food i gave 4 stars otherwise such behaviour is not tolerable with such an expensive resturant where you pay without getting well-mannered behaviour.

I came to this restaurant twice before I actually got to taste the food because each time the wait was over 20/30 minutes and I would leave. Stood my ground this time and waited. I really hope they are able to expand into a bigger restaurant considering all the love they’re getting. Food! I realised that the wait was due to the fact that upon arrival to your table, there is already a light and delicious peanut salad and crackers waiting for you along with ice which I found refreshing! Also serving sizes are very big and can be easily shared so if it says serves 1 it actually serves 2-3 and there is Great value for money. You get to pick a side of rice, noodles or veggies to go with your mains and those are delicious and plentiful eaten on their own with generous amounts of veggies and chicken mixed in! 🍤 Tempura Prawns: 9/10 perfectly light and crispy and well coated in sauce. The batter was thick but still light and airy and not oily at all! The sauce has a nice zing to it which I loved. 🐓 Raco’s Singaporean Chicken: 7/10 Perfectly cooked and mild in flavour. The veggies were well cooked cut beautifully and the dish was well presented. I think for me it lacked a bit of depth and flavouring or maybe salt but overall it was still very good. 🐄 Bian Chao Beef with Chillies: 9/10 The beef was so delicious, I can’t stress that enough! Beautifully presented and the not overpowered with spice. The flavours cut into one another and balanced eachother out evenly! Loved it 🐟 Sole with Garlic Ginger Sauce: 7/10 Honestly this wellcooked, delicious and fragrant but I felt it was a bit too overpowered with ginger. I felt as though it was the only thing I could taste. They end off your experience by offering a lovely complimentary jasmine tea which is a perfect end to the day! The owner is a sweetheart who’s on top of everything, doing everything as well as guiding confused hungry customers. Ambiance is lovely and very cozy. The candles and decor on the tables are a very nice touch. However, because the space is so cramped; the entire time we were there we couldn’t talk or hear a thing because the table next to us was making so much noise. Service though sometimes slow, is pretty impeccable and I look forward to trying more things on their menu!

Everything was perfect! Their servicing is more than enough for a single person. You can order one main + rice for 2 persons. Over such a clean and cosy place with an amazing taste! 👍🏼

Best place for Thai cuisine. Reasonably priced. Quantity is generous. Quality is really good. Professional and courteous staff and services. Had a great experience. Only down side is sitting space is limited and it can take some time before you get seated. Edit: Second experience was even better. 👌👌👌

I love this restaurant, I love the food especially their Thai Green Curry and Wontons and I am amazed at how attentive the staff are. With uncountable eateries in Lahore this is by far the best restaurant without a doubt. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

Recently took a trip to Veera5. I must say I enjoy chinese and thai cuisine but I am not the kind of person that goes and only orders Manchurian. I like food with a spicy kick. Oh boy and did Veera 5 deliver on the kick. I ordered Cantonese Chicken in hot sauce with Garlic rice and boy did I enjoy it. I enjoyed the spice although it was not so overwhelming that it would ruin the dish. They gave me crackers and kimchi and wontons as complimentary. Crackers picture not available, sorry. Some of the best Thai food I’ve tasted outside of Thailand. The seating is a little tight but it’s a cozy cute place to eat. It can get pretty busy on the weekends and they don’t have reservations so try to get their early or else you’ll be left waiting to be seated. The Tom Yum soup is absolutely delicious and the Pad Thai is pretty good.

13 days in to my trip to Lahore and this is THE BEST FOOD I have eaten here. Every dish was delicious. We all had different soups, my favorite was the Veera's Chinese soup. We ordered 3 main courses, Beef and Broccoli, Bangkok Black Pepper Chicken,and Sole Ginger Garlic fish: The beef was amazing, they nailed the softness and texture of what Asian Beef dishes are supposed to be like, not fried like other places but actually sauteed, a bit spicy bur each dish on the menu has a spice level! The Sole fish was my second fav and I am super picky about Fish, it was tender and juicy and the sauce and veggies were chef's kiss! The chicken was also tender and flavorful and not buried in orange sauce like other Asian restaurants here. Each main course came with a side of your choice rice noodles etc, we got two diff rices and a chow mein that was also delicious! The service was excellent, our hostess recommended the items and they did not disappoint. The only complaint I have is the space itself is so small and the food got cold while we were still finishing it due to their automatic AC/fan. Regardless, we inhaled and devoured every last bite, our first time leaving a restaurant without a leftover bag! I'll be back to try the famous curries! It was a trip advisor rated restaurant and rightfully so!

Great Ambiance, Great Food! Good amount of quantity with each serving. Ordered Tempura Prawns for starter. Perfectly cooked and crunchy 💯 Chicken corn soup was bit bland in taste. For main course we ordered Pad Thai (They’re famous for it, and it’s actually good). 10/10 Bangkok style black pepper chicken. 8/10 Thai Red Curry. Spicy but This was really good and must try. 10/10 Bian Chao Beef. Also spicy but perfectly cooked 10/10. Lemon grass tea served as complimentary.

Lovely ambience, not pretentious at all, very warm and cozy and the food, delicious and al dente (to the teeth), and the quantity also quite fair (neither too excessive and nor too less). Worth every rupee, highly recommended, whether you're a local or coming from abroad. Staff is very prompt and the owners are very welcoming. 4 people including myself went to eat and even the pickiest of eaters (my dad) enjoyed, The total cost came out less than 6k, which is more than reasonable, considering the locale, ambience, quality and taste of food. Very nice service and ambiance but thats about it. We ordered 2 soups, 2 starters and 2 main dishes and the bill came to Rs.12000 for 3 ppl which is insane! Only the soup was good, everything else was below average. Super disappointing, needs improvement.

Recently tried the Veera Chinese Special Soup at this restaurant and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were rich and the soup was incredibly comforting. I had a good experience for having a Lunch @ Veera 5 (Phase 5, DHA). The food was delicious, with vibrant flavors that truly captured the essence of Thai Cuisine. However, i found the prices to be a bit on the higher side. While the quality of the food was commendable, the cost may not be suitable for those on a tighter budget. Despite the slightly higher prices, the tasty food made the experience enjoyable. Definitely Recommend 👍🏼

I think they have the best Thai food in lahore but the staff needs to be more courteous. And the sitting arrangement is pretty less for the number of customers they have. Waiting time is usually 20 to 45 mins which is inconvenient.

Smart thinking to convert this place into restaurant. Great location with stunning view of Badshahi mosque. Very active and good looking staff. Food was overall good. We ordered BBQ platter which was very good. Overall great place for a great evening with live karaoke.

Excellent food. Tried the garlic prawns, Thai soup and a beef dish they recommended whose name I don't remember. Everything was fresh, rich with flavour without being overbearing. Great experience!

Veera 5 Thai and Chinese café surpassed my assumptions all around. The different menu offered a variety of divine dishes that displayed the culinary specialist's ability and inventiveness. The flavors were legitimate, and each nibble was a superb excursion through Thai and Chinese cooking. The vibe was warm and welcoming, making the ideal setting for a significant feasting experience. The staff was mindful and well disposed, adding to the by and large agreeable environment. I enthusiastically suggest Veera 5 for anybody looking for a heavenly mix of Thai and Chinese flavors in an inviting climate.

Nice ambiance but the food needs improvement. Hot and sour soup was below average and chicken with cashew nuts was pretty average as well although it was plated very nicely. Also, several items were not available including chicken drumsticks and that too at lunch time, which was very disappointing.

Veera 5's Pad Thai, Green Curry and Prawns were absolutely outstanding. The Pad Thai noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich in flavor. The Green Curry was creamy and spicy, and the prawns were fresh and juicy. Overall, a truly delightful and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

I went first time to Veera 5 and it was an awesome experience of romantic peaceful place. . I Like the ambience, decoration of the table and taste of food. 😍🥰First they served complimentary fish crackers and salad (we finished and took picture later lol!) and after main meal they gave us free kehwa green tea with lemon n mint and with a lovely note. That was incredible on their behalf. 👍👍👍 Thats called basic ethics to serve good food with lil care. All staff was so helping and professional. They were taking care of our needs very well. Place is lil congested but its good for couples or 3/4 friends.

One of the Authentic Chinese Cuisines in Lahore. Food Quality and taste with the touch of herbs and Sauce were great ! The Ambiance was good. The staff was very humble and helping in suggesting the Quantity and selection curries with type of side we wanted to add . Complimentary Fish crackers at start and Green tea at the end was a Good effort. A Must try guys and will definitely visit again for myself.

The Aftaar platter was compulsory to order, they told us that a la carte items won't be served if we don't take the platter. Although I prefer to skip Aftaar platters/buffets, I had no choice! They served us one platter for 3 people. The platter included (I might not be able to recall the exact names here): - Bang Bang chicken 4.5/5 - The orange dip with the chicken was amazing. - Honey chicken wings 5/5 - THE BEST THING I had on the entire order - Spring rolls with sprinkled sesame seeds 3/5 - These were okayish. The roll patti was heavy and the filling wasn't a lot. - Plain pakoras 3/5 - Didn't find them very tasteful - Onion ring pakoras 3/5 - They were okayish - Fried chicken strips 2/5 - These were fine. Nothing special about them - Fried fish strips 3.5/5 - Tasted good - Lemonade 2.5/5 - tasted average - Dates 5/5 - credit goes to Allah ta'ala for his creation! Just kidding, they were stuffed with little peeled almonds and tasted good :) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Apart from the platter, we ordered these chicken dishes: - Raco's Singaporean Chicken 2/5 The menu says it is a spicy dish. I found it rather sweet. In my head this is one of those dishes that I usually think of as 'meetha Chinese' and try to avoid. Very average in taste. It had some broccoli on top and green beans. I wouldn't love to try this again. Thai Chicken with Bird Chillies and Scallions 3/5 The menu says it is a spicy dish. It wasn't very spicy. It did have some crispy coated fried bird chillies, but to my surprise they weren't spicy at all! This was comparitively good amongst the dishes that we ordered, but I still think it didn't have a depth of flavor to it. I have had better. Thai Stir Fried Soya Chicken with Vegetables 2.5/5 This one had a very average taste to it. Taste is all about personal preference and I didn't find anything special about the flavors. Chowmein (came along with the main dish) 5/5 Tasted lovely, the menu said it would be vegetable chowmein but mine had chicken in it. Really liked the little surprise on my plate! It also tasted good and had a great flavor to it. Jasmine tea 0/5 It was a complimentary drink at the end but tasted somewhat bitter, literally it did. Something better tasting as a complimentary drink would have been nicer. Furthermore, THE LEFTOVER FOOD PACKAGING NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT ---------------------------------------------------------------- Now, I would come to the most important part of the review and say why I would give 2 star to the place even when the food deserved 3/5. I have a habit of reading Google Maps reviews before visiting a place. I realize how much they mean both to the owners and the customers. Most of the reviews stated how visitors were generally annoyed by the behavior of the restaurant staff. I even read through the owner's essay-length responses to those reviews trying to justify their side of the story to weird extents saying that we have strict policies and people should abide by the rules set by us. Rules are good for keeping discipline but I don't think it is against rules to be a little less intrusive to people's personal space while they eat. I thought of peoples' reviews as an exaggeration...until I visited. I found the staff quite intrusive of my personal space. I like to eat in peace, not with a waiter coming in to check if everything at the table is positioned at the right place, in the right angle every two minutes. A person would randomly step in after every short while and fix the empty chair where we had kept our bags. The candle at the table blew out and he instantly came to light it again, we didn't ask him to, we didn't even want him to! Generally, I found the staff demeanor quite annoying and I would not like to visit the place again. If I don't have the freedom to dine at a table with peace, why would I pay so much for an annoying experience when I can dine in at better places with polite staff and better tasting food. The culinary experience at this five-star hotel is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and culinary expertise. From breakfast to dinner, the food consistently exceeds expectations.

Entrées were to our liking. The chowmein was good enough to go for seconds, so was the green curry. Wontons were mid.

Visited Veera restaurant along with 6 friends. Ordered soup, Karahi, fried rice and prawns. No doubt they hve no comparison in Taste, & I haven't try that quality of Thai Food in Lahore. Food was served properly and in very presentable manner similar to the standard of 5star hotel as well as the the ambiance is very good. Waiting of almost 30 mints were there while the order time is I guess 20 mints. Sufficient parking space was available even I was some peoples were enjoying food in vehicle. Two things were very disappointing. One is they don't have cold water to serve literally we use ice to cold water. Second is the waiter clean your table time to time in between you are having meal even mob were also applying regularly on floor. Although it makes environment & place clean but also it cleaning table may irritate. Overall experience is good well recommended to visit.

I wish more resturants in Pakistan offer the standard and ambiance that Veera 5 offers. Never disappoints. From the food quality to the serving size everything is up to the mark. Moreover the co owner ( the lady ) explains everything in detail if there is a query regarding a certain dish. Very clean atmosphere and thank God Kids under 12 are not allowed. Overall a wonderful experience

This was my second visit to this thai restaurant in less than a month , have a Frined from New York who wanted to have a thai food , took him to Veera5 they serve such a scrumptious food , from soup & starter , main course to lemon grass tea every thing was out of the world , being a globetrotter I had chance to eat thai food at many countries across the globe and I must say Veera V serves one of the best thai food , Lahorites are lucky to have such a great thai food place. I wish if they could transform it to bigger place. All in all , best food , staff is courteous, ambiance is eye catching , Happy eating 😊 wish we had many like Veera V . PS. Veera 5 has been my favorite go-to pan-Asian fix for a number of years now. Everything on offer in the menu here seems to be a labor of love. It starts from the ambiance - like you’ve walked into a cozy cottage. During Covid times, they diligently follow all SOPs, cleaning and disinfecting the eating areas diligently. Tonight, we got the usual generous serving of crackers with a tangy-sweet sauce, alongside a crisp green salad with peanuts. We ordered tom kha goong and gai (the best in Lahore), followed by Thai green curry and Pad See Ew (stir fried beef with noodles). Each dish tastes distinct, and the flavor profile is varied, so that you can taste the unique ingredients. I often end up ordering more than necessary for the night - but that is never an issue, as the very fresh ingredients are good even upon a reheat the next day. Thank you, Veera 5 - and see you soon!

The personalized service and order taking by the owner herself insured we got exactly what we came for. Food quality and taste was on point, value for money as well and the portion sizing was just perfect. Would however suggest they up their interior game a little. The place could use a little upgrade. Overall had a pleasant experience and will be back again.

Very Fine Quality Food. The service was extraordinary Good, the environment was very Hygienic. A girl seems to be supervisor or manager was very dedicated to her work was was keeping eye on each and every guest. Open air dining because or COVID-19 but they provided proper heaters. An environment of a romantic candle light dinner with delicious complimentary salad at the beginning and a hot cup lemon and mint water at the end. Very enthusiastic staff Highly Recommended this restaurant. Offcourse the Taste was 😋😋..

Food is very good. In accordance with our local taste. It's difficult here to get all ingredients of Thai cuisine but very well prepared and served. Seating is little uncomfortable.

It was my first visit , the food is good ,but there is always room for improvement . The Thai clear soup was on thr bland side . Needed more lemon and salt . The wontons were very light and crispy , enjoyed those . The main course of Pad Thai noodles with shrimps and Sole fish with garlic ginger sauce was good . The complimentary lemon grass tea was ok . Overall a 6/10 .
