Very pleasantly surprised by this place! The price is great with a fantastic location- just minutes from the hospital so if you need somewhere convenient to stay while having appointments this is great. We got a suite with a kitchenette (fridge, stove and dishes included) and made use of the pool and the gym. Itโ€™s right across the street from Starbucks and some great restaurants. I was very happy to see how clean the rooms are and the staff is buzzing around at all times and are very friendly! You can sit out back in your private little alcove and have a morning coffee and may even catch a deer passing by! Definitely going to come back!

Considering there main clientele are people/families visiting the hospital it is VERY crucial to sanitize rooms. I do not make negative reviews but I was SO DISGUSTED with the way management dealt with the situation I felt the need, to not only make a review, but to also inform interior health about my concerns. I worked here for 3 weeks and when I voiced my concerns to the housekeeping manager (Marlo) about telephone mouth pieces and buttons/door handles/drawer handles/high touch areas not being sanitized (during a pandemic!) I was brought into the office 10 minutes later and fired without reason. I have seen some disgusting things in this hotel and I would recommend NOBODY stay here if you donโ€™t want to get sick. I have informed interior health and employment standards about this situation and they have informed me they will be launching a full investigation into the safety of this hotel and the carelessness of the housekeeping management. All the other staff are outstanding and the lobby is very clean but once you enter a room, you risk contracting a number of illnesses.

This is a great place to stay. Has good prices and then even better with the a discount (if you qualify for one). The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are older but clean! We had a room with a kitchen and this was handle if you have a little one. The pool was nice. Overall we had a great stay and will stay there every time we visit Kelowna (:

We needed a place to stay when my dad had to be transported to Kelowna General Hospital. The reception desk was amazing they booked us in with no hassle. Gave us a hospital rate and allowed us to add an extra day. Very compassionate made everything so easy. 5 min down road by car to the hospital. Kitchenette is helpful, urban food market is right across the road. Starbucks Timmy's and save on.

Our family of five (teenagers and adults) totally loved our suite above the lobby. Room 200. All three kids had their own bed. The suite was massive, and though a bit older, totally clean, spacious, and such a treat. We felt like we were renting an apartment. We also enjoyed our private balcony! The price was great too which allowed us to afford an extra night stay. Gyro Beach, all necessary shopping venues, and concert venues, are close by. We'll be staying here again the next time we're in town. It was the perfect place to crash after the Greta Van Fleet concert. We enjoyed the pool too! Thanks. Great service. ๐Ÿ‘

Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent location to food and shopping. It is close to the Hospital which was so helpful for my day surgery. The front desk was so fantastic, we needed to stay an extra night and they had a room ready for us. Kind and compassionate on the phone. Thank you Siesta Suites! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’›

what a fantastic place to stay. we had to rush to stay in kelowna due to a family emergence at the hospital. the sieasta was so accommodating and respectful. we overbooked days due to the unknown and the gals were very understanding, if we ever come to kelowna again we will definitly support the siesta as they supported us. the rooms are nice and there are bbqs out back to use. we ran out of coffee and the gals were so nice to get us some. thankyou siesta for accommodating us while we mourned. much respect.

Rooms clean and comfy though outdated and humid. Poor wifi, not fast enough to stream a movie at low resolution. Gym doesn't open till 9am and can't enter because "maintenance" needs to check it? Nice enough staff.

I love the convenience of this hotel, especially for medial purposes as they are close to hospital. Shopping center across road from them. Always welcoming and friendly services any time of day. Stay here every time I'm in Kelowna. The location is quiet, peaceful, and close to walk on beach.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and design of the rooms. We were in Kelowna for 1-night and Siesta Suites was the perfect Motel for us. We appreciated the comfortable beds and small kitchen (and Starbucks/grocery store across the street). I would personally like to see 1-2 paper cups in the motel room so one doesn't have to worry about dirtying a dish (which comes with a $15 fee if left unwashed). Overall great experience, would recommend.

Nothing too extravagant about this place. The location and pool were nice. However, the mattress was very hard. The breaker board was how you turned off/on the AC, which was a little strange, but it's not a big deal. The tube of shampoo was half full which only leads me to think that it had already been used by a previous guest. There was a bug crawling around in the sink the next morning which was a little unpleasant to wake up to. The shower would very slowly but gradually go from hot to warm to just barely warm. There was a fairly large sized electrical hole in the bathroom ceiling which I can only assume was were a light fixture was or is going to be; odd, but again, not a big deal. Overall, Siesta Suites does the trick for a place to sleep and cook if needed, but not much more than that.

Great motel. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Location perfect as we had medical appointments. Would stay again

Like a lot of motel owners.they forget that when they themselves go away they probably look for comfortable mattresses. Meanwhile the most important thing about renting a room in their own motel is quality of sleep .and clean room.staff very good with looking after this place .whereas owners keep purchasing rock hard low end hotel/motel mattresses. Wake up owners.either a medium soft foam mattress or a basic pillowtop .this is the 21st century.

Stellar performance, clean, relatively quiet, well designed super staff, and they knew about overnights for hospital procedures. Much gratitude. Yep the prices for being in Kelowna are steep but this wasn't that bad and worth every penny. Thank you.

Rooms were comfortable. Amenities are nice. Two pools, two hot tubs. Common area balcony seating for each room was very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating for various needs.

Stayed here to be close to the hospital. The small suite was very comfortable. The housekeeping is excellent, probably the cleanest we have stayed at and better than most of the higher rated hotels we have stayed at. I would highly recommend the Siesta for your next stay in Kelowna.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating while I had a loved one in the Kelowna hospital, lots of places near by if you donโ€™t want to drive but also a great location if you do, I will definitely stay there again if Iโ€™m in Kelowna

Nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. We stayed to be close to the hospital for day surgery and appreciated the great rate. Close to any amenities you would want. Friendly and helpful check-in. Thank you.

Room was simple, but clean and well-equipped with a little kitchenette. There was some confusion surrounding my booking so it took a while to check-in, but otherwise the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. Location is a bit out of downtown, but there are lots of great dining options in the area, but beware as many of the restaurants nearby either close at 8 or stop serving food at 8 which led to us getting takeout Indian food which was good, but not our first choice

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and warm, front desk was very helpful and kind, and the indoor pool/spa was such a great bonus! Affordable, good location, great staff. Thanks Siesta!

I stayed here for a medical surgery. The day before surgery me and my mom checked in late. I crawled into bed in the dark. The next day I got up and noticed blood on the sheets. I took pictures. Also there was dirty napkins pushed in the chair that I noticed right away. I tried to call down but no one answered the front office. I figured it was just a one off until I found the blood. This was all clearly from the previous person because I was wearing pants and there was no cuts or blood on me and it was on my side. When mentioned the next day hotel staff quickly moved rooms but tried blaming the blood on me and my mom. Jordan was the original room maid. When we were moved rooms it was someone different who cleaned and the difference in cleanliness was clear. No compensation was offered and I have stayed at this suite many many times. I was incredibly disappointed.

These folks saved our vacation. Thank you everyone at Siesta Suites. Clean room, great service, friendly management, two clean pools, functional hot tub, 4 BBQ's, easy to access location, convenient parking. We'll be planning for Siesta Suites on our next Kelowna getaway.

Clean, spacious and friendly. Amazing location, everything needed is a 5 min walk, so nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating l, my only complaint is the quality of beds are poor. Price is great for hospital discount. Iโ€™d stay again for the convenience of its location.

We absolutely love Siesta Suites. This is our second year of many returns. The rooms are amazingly clean which is great. The amenities of pools, hot tubs, bbqs, patio furniture for most rooms is well thought out. More importantly for us, the hosts are so very welcoming, understanding and happy to please. They provide a family friendly environment and when we checked into the room we booked online and found it far too small by no fault of Siesta Suites, they accommodated our change with grace and understanding and provided an amazing room which was perfection with a private balcony and so much more suited to our needs. We were not felt to be a hinderance although I did feel bad as it was my own mistake, and they assured me that it was not a problem. Customer service like this is SO RARE and for our family it is THE connection that will have us returning year after year.

The rooms/ my room was nice roomi and clean, the other guests could have been a bit more quiet at night but the noise from the street was way less than I thought it would be. Considering that the location is a major road and my stay was over a weekend. All in all a good place to rest for a business trip ๐Ÿ‘

Go to place to stay if you have any medical appointments in the Kelowna area they offer medical discounts. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I would not recommend staying here. Front desk staff was very rude. My family was in Kelowna as my father was in the ICU. We had no idea how long it would be and the staff made it very difficult during a difficult time. We were forced to find a new place because they were in their busy season. Not sure how paying customers are an inconvenience. Stay somewhere else.

The hospital rate is so appreciated I truly hope you know how much this helps those who don't have insurance. Very clean, well maintained, fabulous location and very helpful desk with needing extra days as needed. A true gem, thank you again.

Nice hotel with friendly reception and rooms with a kitchen, a couch, good shower, soft beds. The hotel also has a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I didn't like the location that much. You can't really walk by the lake nearby and it's too far to walk downtown. It felt a bit cramped between houses, shops and roads.

The people at Siesta went out of their way to accommodate our stay that kept getting longer every couple of days. From Tom to Linda and all the others at the reception (Iโ€™m sorry I donโ€™t remember all your names) all of you guys are an asset to the hotel. The rooms were always spotless (the toilets could have been higher). Great location close to restaurants and Kelowna General Hospital.
