I am staying here for the Ironman Turkey event. The music is so loud there is no way to sleep tonight. How can this hotel be linked with an Ironman event and play music this loud until late into the night? Don’t come here if you plan on sleeping.

Honest review, read before booking. AVOID IF YOU WANT A FIVE STARS HOTEL. This hotel should not be rated five stars, it is very basic for the price and can maximum be given three stars. We specifically booked this hotel because of it’s reviews, but I don’t understand how it possibly can get this rating, which makes us wonder if those reviews are actually genuine. The room: So tiny, there was no place to even put our luggage. The air condition in the room was not working properly and it’s more of a fan than an aircon, the temperature in the room was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep well the whole period. When we asked the hotel to check it they said it’s normal! And we were told that we could change our room for another but we had to pay 150 euro a night! The bathroom was also very tiny, no aircon or even an extractor so it was like a sauna. The furniture in the room was very dated and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. When we arrived in the middle of the night there was no baby cot in the room despite the fact that we requested one beforehand and called the hotel to confirm itnwould be in the room when we arrived. We had to wait for them to get us one during the night when my baby was so tired and just needed to sleep The staff: 99% of the staff were so rude, absolutely not friendly or welcoming, from the reception staff to the bar staff. Every time we made an order or a request we were made to feel like we were a burden. The reception didn’t welcome us to the hotel or help us with our requests during our stay. We were able to find a handful of staff who were friendly and made an effort. The facilities: the pool and the slides are nice, so that’s a positive point. The shops on the other hand are so extremely expensive. 30 euro for a swimming briefs (not branded), 20 euro for beach toys (plastic bucket and spade), and the worst of all 22 euro for nivea face wash (less than £5 retail from their website) Spa: the treatment itself was good, but the experience as a whole was not. I had a 90 minutes massage, was taken straight to the room, not given a chance to change or given a robe or towel etc, and during the treatment other staff came in to the room THREE times to speak to the therapist or to take something from the room. So it was not a relaxing experience. No water offered or anything, certainly not a 5 str treatment. Location: in the middle of nowhere, no shops in walking distance, and you had to walk a good distance to reach the bus stop or to take a taxi. Entertainment: the entertainment was good, every evening there was a show and live music. Restaurant: good food but no variety, almost same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. All in all we were so disappointed we believed those other reviews and booked this hotel where we didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable at any point. Two stars given as the kids had fun

The stay at Hotel Bellis was wonderful! It is green and very beautiful, with lots of activities during the day and also at night. The beach area and also the pools were amazing. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The zoo is also a cool attraction of the hotel area. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and nice. A special thanks goes to Daria and Neira from Guest Services and also to the Spa team. The food could be a bit better though, I think the variety was a bit exaggerated and would prefer more quality ingredients.

I got chance to try the Turkish coffee at bells delus hotel at Antalya Turkish coffee is still the most traditional conclusion to a meal or the perfect introduction to a deep conversation with friends. Turkish coffee is served in small cups, most comparable to espresso cups. However, unlike the espresso shot, the Turkish counterpart is supposed to be drunken slowly, enjoying every sweet sip until you get to the bottom, where the grounds are too think to be consumed. And because of ancient and traditional Turkish coffee has made its way onto the UNESCO World Heritage list. Superstition says the grounds left after drinking Turkish coffee can be used for fortune-telling. The cup is commonly turned over into the saucer to cool, and it is believed by some that the patterns of the coffee grounds can be used for a method of fortune-telling known as tasseography. Turkish coffee cup-reading is a very popular method of fortune-telling in Turkey, where the shapes left by the coffee grounds represent the past and future of the drinker. You’ll know when you’re done drinking your coffee because a thick layer of grounds will appear at the bottom; when this happens, close the cup with the saucer, make a wish, and turn it over. Once the cup has cooled, the shapes it leaves on the side of the cup can be read, usually (fortune teller), many of which can be found all around the city. You can take the picture later .

The worst experience in Turkey ! Rude staff on the reception and terrible hotel manager ! When called reception 3 times asking for security as drunk man was trying to climb over our balcony to our room and they turned up 30 min later and by the time security came drunk man was gone as had to deal with it ourselves. We were staying 3 girls in the room and were scared. Was calling reception 3 times and was totally ignored ! In the morning went to speak with the front desk manager and he didn’t even apologise !just turned his back to us and left. The next day Cleaners forgot to top up our room with some extra water and we called front desk to ask to bring us some.We been told that’s it’s 3€ a bottle and when we asked the reason why do we need to pay receptionist replied that he will not bring us water even if we pay as we asking too many questions. Again in the morning went to cola in to the same front desk manager and he didn’t even want to listen to us !!! Don’t recommend anyone to stay in Bellis. Poor animation, drinks and service. Never again !

Bearing in mind we went In March ( the weather was so cold, not the fault of turkey). The room was sub standard especially the bathroom, we have had better for a 4 star. The staff were very polite and did their best to be helpful but to get a decent cup of tea in the morning was painful, forgot to take the teabags. The zoo was nice but I felt sorry for the chimps as always. I have to say the wine was excellent. By knowing if the renovations were going on for the coming seasiom we would have booked later. Special mention also to Ali in the restaurant, thank you 😊

30 min from airport, junior siut very spacious, nice personel and room service, zoo, water sliding, amphitheatre, night club and kids pools top class. Highly recommended for family Special thank you for Fatma who clean our room with beautiful towel design animals, Akhen from meet point bar, and guys from reception who was always happy give us lift with Melex. 📶. From Water sports im happy recommend speed boat trip, and jet, also top service with good deals 🚀🔝💪. We also had beautiful photo sessions with photo books in good deal package 📚📸🤝. NOT RECOMMENDED DO ANY SHOPPING IN HOTEL KIOSK, PRICES FOR EVERYTHING IS 10 TIMES HIGHER THEN TOWN, 15€ for baby swimming wheel 😂 or 18€ for otrivin spray for children 🤔. Only this shop is not recommended. Magnets, glasses, shoes in good price and nice service 👓💪 Waste of time shopping in Belek or Kadriye. And very not nice sellers pulling you to shop low quality clothing in high prices

A very nice hotel deserves really good praise especially for the variety of food. Definitely a hotel with a good segment. As a recommendation, the decor of the rooms can be improved and the lobby bar can be renovated. Except for these two points, everything was PERFECT!!

Everything was fantastic here, food was excellent, staff were good, everything was very clean and well organised. BUT... Don't forget your toothbrush as the shop there is extortionate! They wanted almost £40 for 3 basic toothbrushes and some toothpaste. Also beds are VERY hard, like sleeping on a door.

Food and service was good but 90% where russians. All entertaiment in russian. In main building rooms where outdated. Deffenetly not good for european guests. Better hotels in turkey available.on arrival day reception staff was bit rude. Rooms where not ready. We had to wait . No one showed us hotel so we did not had an idea where to go or where is what.when room was ready bellboy had no info so we had to carry our luggage to room by ourselves.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, and everything was good, the staff are so kind and helpful. I would really recommend you to stay here. And the food is delicious and have a lot of choice. And the zoo in hotel is very big and really interesting for kind and even for adults. The territory of the hotel is big and have different variations of activities. And there is a lot of bars where you can drink delicious cocktails.

Bad : Air conditioning not powerful enough in the room. Called engineer out multiple times but to no avail. In the end we had to buy an electric fan to keep us comfortable at night. Same experience for other guests. Fridge in the room is more of a chiller so drinks are not ice cold. Good : Hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff very hospitable and polite. Food plentiful but needed a bit more flavour/spice and variety. Outdoor pizza and ice cream great. Facilities and availability of space (pools, sunloungers) one of the best we have experienced. Overall, fantastic hotel but needs to sort out air conditioning and fridges in room and a bit more variety/flavour in food.

Overall it was a nice hotel and the food & service was great. Despite a few problems (the room we had newly restored and the electricity went off once) in the room, it was solved right away.

Great views, good food, 5 pools. Sea is wonderful. Sanded beach, fast Internet, good air conditioning, there is nothing bad to say. Evening entertainment is ok. The only thing that has to improve is late night shows. Thank You all bellis staff You are wonderful. It is a pleasure to be here.

It was our first stay in this hotel and we would love to come back again one day! I really liked the service: the food was delicious, plenty of fish, fruits, greens, even some dietary options, numerous beef dishes. There was something to eat from 7 am to 1 pm, which is great if you are a night owl and tend to oversleep breakfast ;) The staff is friendly and polite. The sandy beach is clean, with a comfortable and gradual descent into the sea. Despite November, we still had a chance to swim. Having a zoo was also a great bonus. We stayed in the main building, upper floor, and the view of pines and mountains was breathtaking.

ros: Cool service. Helpful personnel (for any kind of questions) It's really handy when you can grab a drink/snack in almost any point of the hotel Overall great looking place with direct access to the beach Cons: Careful if you're on a diet. Spicy food may be unmarked. Cleaning sometimes doesn't cleans dust especially in far/rarely used places of the room

The experience was amazing. I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more. The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception. Overall , I loved staying here. By the way, the sea entry is smooth , sandy and nothing bothers comfortable swimming .

The staff do not speak a lot of English but I found them very helpful , we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and on arrival we had a double and single bed so had to go to reception late at night and get another single bed sorted (Photo attached). (I spoke to another family who had the same issue)after resolving the bed issue once settled we looked in the mini bar and it was empty with a half packet of opened crisps (photo attached)so had to head on back to reception to inform them of the issue late at night after arriving so we could get some water/drinks. The hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff. food was ok but if you wanted to eat where the food got served to you then that was an extra £90 for a family of four per sitting. This should be included at least once per week per family. Also be aware of the nuisance who walks around the resort constantly asking you to take a massage. It becomes annoying after being asked 3 times per day. NO MEANS NO Although I had the above issues I would recommend the Bellis Hotel , however they need stop greeting you in Russian.

Good hotel, good pools, nice beach, always mess up my order at the white bistro. I asked for a pizza with a lot of sauce and a very small amount of cheese but they still put too much cheese they never understand. Also, the food isnt that good.

We spent New Year's Eve and the first Spring Break as a family and were very satisfied. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Shows, activities are very nice. We were very pleased with the mini club staff for my 7 and 8 year old daughters. The quality of food and drink is very pleased with the variety and quality. We've already started planning to return for the last spring break

The tourists are not safe in this hotel until the stuff is working together with a taxi. I refused to ride a taxi, called myself a transfer, paid for it, but i was forced to use taxi. I was shocked and frightened. It's a shame if hotels management know about this kind of behaviour and still don't do anything. They allow bandits to stay near the hotels entrance and to hunt for the customers in a rude way...

Stayed here for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday period. This is the best all inclusive hotel I have tried. Excellent food, facilities, activities and entertainment. Kids had a lovely time as well. Lots of choices of pools, bars and restaurants and service was top class. Kudos to the lovely welcoming staff. Enjoyed watching the sun come up each morning!

Nice hotel... Food is delicious... Services are good. Swimming closed swimming pool is small... Transportation is weak... So many new buildings are erecting here... Kind of expensive... No connection between city and this hotel... But service and foods are nice.. So expensive...

Advantages: -nice people -staff is helpful -great food -variety of activities -cleanliness -many outlets -great pools Disadvantages: -staff always talks in russian and the music during evening is mostly russian. Sometimes you feel left outside, as a person coming from other country.

We (family of two adults and one child) stayed at Jasmine part of the hotel ad perhaps that saved our vacation. Room was nice, pool was nice and the Begonvil restaurant were all ok. But that is about it for the pros let me sum it up so you can have a general ideea on what to expect. Cons: - Unless you are a Russian speaker you will have a hard time communicating with the staff. They understand Russian but English is a problem. We needed a translator app a couple of times even for basic stuff like ordering a pizza with cheese. - Kids pool needs attention, the spaces between the tiles were dirty. The same problem withe the Jasmine pool that was dirty for a couple of days in a row. - We had almost the same variety of food at the restaurant 3 days in a row. - You can't have an ice cream until 11 o'clock and from just one restaurant in the entire resort. - They don't serve bottled drinks during the day at the bars from the resort, just drinks from the dispenser. - Equipment needs maintenance, sun umbrellas in particular, trash bins are not cleaned as quick as they need to be cleaned so you'll end up seeing trash on the ground. - Water park and kids water park opens from 10.30 and takes a break around 12 for 2 hours I think. Water pressure in the kids waterpark makes almost all slides unusable. - If you are staying at the Jasmin part of the resort you have to go get a drink at the main bar after 19.00 of until 9.30 when the Jasmine bar opens. - All activities and evening activities are in Russian, All of them. - Bye bye Turkish hospitality, you will rarely see a smile unless you say hello in Russian. _ Air conditioning is very loud even ao the lowest speed. Pros: - Jasmine villas were nice and quiet. - Overall landscape was nice and pleasant. - Begonvile restaurant has a nice grill with tasty meats and types of oven bread. Overall, Bellis is overpriced for what it offers. 3 out of 5 for our stay

Awesome hotel . Butttttt zoo 😥😥😥😥 I didn’t know it’s a zoo there , and when we went to see chickens we saw all this poor animals. Oh my God , this chimpanzee in this cage is heartbreaking 💔. If you love animals and against of cruelty DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOTEL!!!! Otherwise rooms was ok , very small , it’s definitely 4 stars hotel not 5. Food was amazing!

I've been to Turkey numerous times and this hotel is by far one of the best I've stayed in. Rooms/facilities are very really clean, food is great and you also get access to a picturesque territory, restaurants/bars, waterpark, etc. Beach is also great, sandy with clean water and a lot of sunbeds. Totally recommended!
