I was almost put off by some of the reviews here, but I’m glad I wasn’t because I ended up having a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and went above and beyond, calling taxis, offering local advise and the man on late night reception even brought us cutlery and tissues when he noticed we ordered a take away in the middle of the night, we found this very thoughtful. Nice place, lovely area, ample parking and hassle free.

Slept fairly well, nice and quiet. Rooms are small and a little stuffy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is probably a little over priced. Restaurant was closed while I was there. Cant imagine I'll stay here again but for the 16 or so hours I was here everything was ok

Quality of Hotel appalling very tired and worn out. With gap in door and multiple repairs leaving is not fully closed. The room was tired and worn out. No hot water, sink would not drain and waitress served breakfast in her coat. Only stayed for one night glad to get out. Still waiting for my receipt as they couldn’t print of meal receipts. Hardly the service expected from a Ramada hotel. The only good think about the Hotel was the Indian evening meal.

Not the high quality I expected of the Ramada of old. A few furniture items showing signs of wear n tear, also air con faulty. That's the negatives out the way. Clean room. Good size room and large bed in this upgraded room. Good Covid19 procedures. Polite staff. Close to Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon. Near main road but I didn't hear traffic noise. Would stay again if price is competitive.

Went there for my COVID booster in a tent on waste ground at the back of their car park. The hotel is probably ok but it's in a dismal location by a roundabout on a congested to road virtually inaccessible by any transport except a car. It's not inviting.

Worn out hotel in need of some tlc. No hot water, sink plug wouldn’t work, door bashed up. Breakfast served by waitress in her coat. Unable to print off invoice.

Expensive for such a basic room. Lack of decent parking. There are approx 5 spaces that are lit up and within view, the rest of the rear carpark was in complete darkness. Although the room was clean, the beds are very hard, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep

I went in with a bit of a high expectation as I'd been told Ramada's we nice, and the place was more affordable than anything else I found in a rush. But the only things I actually enjoyed from the hotel was the area around it was picturesque and the shower/water pressure was fine .... Uncomfortable bed, damaged/rusty bath, radiator had a large stain beneath it.

Rude and abrupt staff on phone. Tried calling to get information about booking our wedding there. That's was my first mistake :(

Lovely and clean. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The outside of the hotel really doesn't do it justice and I felt a paint refresh would help this. Couldn't fault my stay though! The food is fabulous too. You are given a full Indian menu and a full European menu and both have a great variety to choose from. The bar has a nice atmosphere and serves pretty much everything, the seating is comfortable too!!

Can't give 0. VERY run down. Starting with the carpark and grounds, which are a mess with uneven surfaces through to the conference room at the back. Plastic tiles on the floor are broken with chunks missing (asbestos). Badly repaired inner door not up to fire standards. Lights hanging out of the ceiling. Bar is up a flight of stairs, so not ideal.

If you are a woman and /or have young daughters I'd stay well away from here ! Full of filthy perverted "men".

Room was ok but the maintenance is lacking. The curtains were hanging off in parts and the nets were dirty or old. Most things in this hotel say lowest cost i could find. From the bed which was hard and you could feel the springs through to the toilet paper that was meant for dispensers and do not fit on the holders. You feel that the owner cares more about the bottom line than their customers comfort and happiness.

The hotel itself is quite run down. The room was clean and tidy, but the room needed a bit of attention to bring it up to standard. The remote didn't work for the TV, the menu and hotel information were tatty and worn, there was no chain on the door and the sink was cracked. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn't have breakfast but the buffet did look nice. The location is quite far out of the way, we only stayed there as it is in the middle for both myself and my friend, however there are some nice pubs at restaurants driving distance from the hotel.

👍 Firstly, we have to say thank you to Joe for his lovely welcome to the hotel, and for sorting out dietary needs for the cream tea. Also thank you Joe and Andrea for their help sorting out lunch on our last day. All the staff during our stay were courteous, and every staff member we met during our s...
