I don't usually post 5-star reviews unless my experience reaches far beyond my expectations but my time at HE Medical Clinic was more than just good! Dr. Lim has been nothing short of patient, caring and attentive with his patients. He constantly ensures that his patients feel calm and safe. The administrative team has also been very helpful and efficient.

I would not hesitate to use the HE Medical Clinic for any future male health problems. The clinic is vey professional and takes great care of its patients with integrity and confidentiality. I met Dr Lim who explained clearly everything about my health issue and his recommended medical intervention and the recovery time. My procedure was an adult circumcision and during the operation which was fairly painless I appreciated the small details like calming music and of course it being immaculately clean. His work I cannot fault as only after a little over 3 weeks I am pretty much recovered and the cut line is very neat so I can look forward to not having any future male health problems. Overall I was really impressed with all aspects of the clinic.

The clinic is unable to provide a list of fees for STI tests. Such tests are standard and not subject to variation. The number and type of test might vary depending on the patient but the test chosen does not and therefore for transparent costing such fees can be listed (just as they are at other, better, clinics). Instead this clinic would like to trap you in a consultation and then spring the fees upon you. I'd recommend you seek alternative services that are more caring rather than commercial.

Went to see Dr Lim regarding ED. He just take a bp test on me. Regarding ED, he only asked me to squeeze those sponge like sticks asking me to choose which sponge stick I belong to when erection occurs. NO physical examination on my private part ! He just jump to the treatment and the cost. He even told me the treatment costs is can be negotiable. Even a normal clinic doctor will examine my private part regarding ED.

Dr Deeban was a great doctor. He has attended to my son for circumcision. He took his time to explain the whole process and also kept us inform about the post procedure that can happen. Staff were great and friendly too. Highly recommended.

The doctor has nice attitude but he dint really hands-on nor have a physical examine on patient issue part till patient call him to do so . The tonic for hair spray is way expensive as one bottle of spray can last fewer than 2 weeks which cost RM 400+ per bottle . Although is in house recipe but will not be cost effective to a patient as usually will tke 3 month to see the result

I am glad to have discovered He Medical Clinic@Publika through my primary care physician. Dr. Imran Basri and his team are professionals in their field of andrology. Do not suffer the stigma in silence. Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) is effective. I have done the Ist set of 6. Now on to my 8th session in the second set. It uses the latest Dornier Aries 2 for greater depth. The improvements are significant. He Medical Clinic also have other treatments for ED like P-Shots & Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

I would rate only 2 Star for stapler circumcision as my son is still suffering due to undercut circumcision by the doctor. He also got a lot of pain with even anesthesia. I feel so much regretted for my 7 yr old son.
