Review
of
PCMC
๐๐ป
1)
Generally
pleasant
experience,
with
fast
attending
personnel
2)
The
hospital
crew
generally
helpful,
though
some
less
3)
Great
privacy
throughout
the
staying
in
the
ward

4)
Emergency
Service
personnel
could
have
been
better
and
clearer
in
their
handling
of
patients,
especially
when
patients
are
required
to
have
the
RT-PCR
test
done
prior
to
admission.
The
Emergency
nurse
at
the
counter
plays
an
important
role
in
directing
the
patients,
especially
we
are
in
the
midst
of
possible
third
or
fourth
wave
of
COVID-19.
In
my
experience,
I
was
told
to
wait
inside
the
Emergency
Unit,
together
with
the
rest
of
the
patient
seeking
treatment.
I
was
concern
with
me
possibly
catching
COVID-19
while
waiting
there.
Which
got
me
very
annoy.
After
waiting
for
10
minutes,
I
noticed
the
rest
of
the
patients
(same
like
me,
before
the
admission)
were
attended,
taken
the
RT-PCR
tests,
while
I
was
still
waiting
there,
with
no
one
informing
me
to
do
the
test.
This,
truly
a
health
risk
posed
on
me
5)
Admission
counter
personnel,
Madam
Sakti,
could
have
been
more
attentive.
She
is
not
the
most
informative
nor
friendliest
personnel
I
have
encountered
at
PCMC,
almost
similar
to
some
of
the
outpatient
personnel,
whom
only
wants
to
focus
on
the
paper
work
more
than
the
patients,
whom
are
here
for
care.
When
asked
if
I
could
choose
the
view
of
the
room
(as
advertised
on
the
PCMC
website),
I
was
told
no
by
Madam
Sakti.
6)
Once
arrived
at
5G
Ward,
I
was
shown
the
room
9,
with
no
proper
orientation,
but
I
guess
I
could
figure
the
room
out.
Only
later
the
staff
nurse
on
duty
gave
a
brief
tour
of
the
room,
with
the
safe,
malfunction.
Key
pad
for
certain
numbers
are
not
working
7)
The
room
is
clean,
but
not
well
arranged.
I
can
see
a
hook
on
the
wall
above
the
bed,
but
no
painting
whatsoever.
Maybe
there
was
before,
but
removed
for
whatsoever
reason
8)
There
is
a
sofa
(bed)
in
the
room,
but
the
direction
is
facing
the
patient,
maybe
intentionally.
I
think
it
is
better
to
have
the
sofa
bed
to
face
the
TV
screen,
which
patient
could
sit
on,
cause
for
patients
who
could
move
about,
the
bed
is
not
the
most
comfortable
place
to
be
9)
Food
is
tasty,
generally
delivered
on
time.
But
the
portion
could
have
been
a
bit
larger
10)
The
procedures,
guidelines,
as
of
what
patients
could
expect,
could
have
been
better.
Which
could
reduce
a
lot
of
anxieties.
And
the
waiting
time
for
surgery,
discharge,
could
have
been
communicated
clearly
to
patient,
in
the
estimate
of
time
11)
For
TV
channel
selections,
why
CNBC
only
and
no
Bloomberg?
How
about
Awani,
for
local
news?
12)
Shower
gel,
ideally
should
be
in
open
cap
instead
of
screw
on,
cause
it
is
more
convenience
13)
Towel
and
bedsheet
change,
could
have
been
done
daily,
for
hygiene
purposes
