Amazing spa experience! My wife and I had a couples massage with Jess and Lorraine. We highly recommend the messages and it was very relaxing and nice atmosphere. My wife and I also had pedicures/manicure with Victoria and Belinda and we were very happy! It was an amazing experience and great way to finish off our trip in the Keys! We highly recommend this spa! Book ahead of time to make sure you can enjoy a spa day too!

Always a great experience! the Vichy shower is just lovely. I especially love my deep facial and massage sessions, with aromatherapy, so relaxing! The owner is knowledgeable when it comes to skincare products and what works best for my trouble skin. And easy on the hands for my dermaplane sessions. I look forward to a body wrap session I have yet to try. Thank you for taking care of my stress and trouble skin.

Great experience..Victoria was very accommodating when I tried to get massages for four of us together. The place was clean, everyone was so friendly. We all felt so relaxed during our massages. Will definitely visit again when we visit Key West.

We did the couples therapy with the sugar scrub, facial, and massage. It was fantastic. The sugar scrub was amazing. Highly recommended.

I had Victoria do an eyelash lift and brow tweezing. The eyelash lift was super gentle, and very efficient. Took under an hour, and I got the results that I wanted. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

The BEST spa experience I've ever had. I booked a couples package for my husband and myself. The package included Express Glow facial, Island Sugar Body Scrub, Couples massage, Pedicure. Staff greeted us as if we were friends from the start, making us comfortable while explaining the process of each treatment. The Island Body Scrub was amazing. If you haven't experienced the water therapy of a Vichy shower and body scrub, you must do this! Jess is amazing; I felt completely at ease the entire time and the relaxation I experienced was worth every penny. My husband wants to indulge in this treatment regularly. Lorraine did our facials and my skin was glowing! Lorraine was my husbands massage therapist, Jess was mine. We both agreed that these were the best massages we've ever had, no exaggeration. The flow, touch, pressure and technique we both experienced felt custom to our needs and preferences. We ended our experience with pedis by Victoria, who gave our feet that little bit of extra love with scrubbing, massage and gentle treatment to send us on our way feeling relaxed , mind, body and soul. Flow Spa is our new go-to for body therapy. Thank You, ladies! We will be back.

Came here for three services today, a scrub, massage and facial and I left feeling like I had a new body and unbelievably relaxed. All of the women are kind, gentle, professional and lovely. This is hands down my favorite spa experience so far and I've had many. I 100% recommend and will be returning every time Im in town. Only disappointment is they don't have one near where I live!

Lauryn asked questions about my skin prior to the service, she was very thorough in explaining the products she would be using. She took her time and made me very comfortable. I was hesitant at first to make the appointment due to my sensitive skin. However, she knew exactly what to do and use and I had no reaction at all. My skin never felt better. Ready to book my next service with her. Caring, professional and you can tell she loves her job.
