(Or if you purchase a "bundle" of exhibits) So keep your paper tickets or screenshot your QR Code or your email confirmation number. They also offer Military Discounts as well!

It was a nice tour. It was convenient to get on and off to be able to check things out. The one downside is that when you get different tour guides, they tell the same stories at different times so you end up getting a repeat of stories.

Do this before you start planning your activities. A good way to see some key points in the island, so that you have an idea of what you want to do the during your stay. Start in the morning, because the one time daily fee is for all day. There are several stops where you can get on and off.

I enjoyed our tour but I don't think I would do it again. We went on our last day to hit any of the landmarks we missed. We hopped on and off and that was convenient. The conductors were knowledgeable and gave cool information about the history and architecture of KW. They only have 4 stops so you still might have a bit of a walk. Some of the rows are tight if you are tall or a bigger person.

Great tour! Conductors were nice and knowledgeable and gave some cool info on the area. Also worked as a good way of getting around the town since you could get on and off at the different stops (don't lose your sticker!). Try to sit in the front of the train if possible as the back can get a little bumpy

Can be a lot of fun with the right guide. Our first guide was terrible. He liked to hear himself talk but he wasn't funny, interesting or entertaining. We switched trains and had a much better experience. Andy was the best!

Good experience and very informative. Todd was our driver, he was funny and yet very professional. The tour is about an hour we didn't stay for the whole ride since it was so hot. I would recommend to do it later afternoon or at night if they are open. A little pricey for 2 adults we paid 79.00.

Fun story. My wife and I came to Mallory square with our 5 year old daughter to visit the aquarium (which by the way is very small but very charming), upon exiting the aquarium our girl sees a large train. She really likes trains, so of course she gets excited. We buy tickets, get on board, and quickly notice that there is only one other child on this train. In fact, most of the riders are baby boomers including the conductor. As soon as the train starts, we realize this is a historical tour train of Key West (what a surprise!). Needless to say our girl got bored in less than an hour and fell asleep, but my wife and I were totally enjoying the humor and all the cool facts about Key West. It changed the way we viewed and appreciated the island's landmarks for the remainder of our trip. It also gave our daughter a chance for a much needed nap. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had never been to Key West before this visit and had no idea what to do for the short time we were visiting. The Conch Tour Train seemed like a nice easy going way to get some idea of what the area had to offer. Our driver/guide was Tom and he was hilarious AND quite knowledgeable as well. I never knew of Key West's diverse and interesting history prior to our trip. The train has a few different stops on the route, all of which you can hop off, walk around a bit and then hop back on the next one. Because Tom our driver was so funny and knowledgeable, we decided to just stay on the same train. While we were on the tour, Florida did its normal summer thing and dumped a sky-load of water on us, seemingly out of nowhere. We're from Florida, so no big deal really. We were provided disposable ponchos right as the storm was about to hit. My wife and I had previously moved to the very back of the train, however, we didn't get wet at all (with the ponchos on and train overhang). After getting back to our departing station, we decided to walk one of the areas we had gone through on the tour, which was great. We had a really good lunch, drinks and even picked up quite a few gifts for family and friends.

Gabriel was an amazing tour guide. We enjoyed our ride and learned a lot about the area. It was nice to be able to get off then get back on at your leisure.

This is a nice way to get around town with a tour of Key West. You can jump on and off as you please.

If you go this ride. Make sure your driver is Kenny, this guy knows everything about Key West and loves it. 70 minutes for full trip but you can still use the service for the rest of the day.

Information and vast history of the island was well covered. Price of $49 for adults and $20 for kids seemed high compared with previous years for this 1 hour and 10 minute tour, 10-15 minutes of which is sitting at the company owned gift shop. Quality of speakers was bad causing garbled sound of the narration. Still recommend everyone does this as first thing on the island for the sheer Information and all the sights and subjects presented.

I was able to get a ticket for the Conch Tour Train from Key West Express. The train was near where the boat docked specifically for the Key West Express passengers. The initial ride was very short, and then we had to switch trains. I rode to the next of 4 stops and got off to see historical landmarks. When I got done, I had time to ride to the next stop and walk 10 minutes back to the boat. The staff was friendly and informative. With the short time we had getting off the boat to the time to get back on the boat, I don't feel it was worth the money spent for this attraction.

Great tour! Patrick is an awesome tour guide and has the patience of a Saint. People love to complain about the amount of stops without reading and listening to Patrick and the other attendants. Patrick was constable being verbally abused and yelled at for not making personal stops for entitled people. Can't wait to come back! We learned so much about Key West.

The guides are great…provided you can understand them. Only makes 4 stops…wish we had done the trolley. Feel like that would have been a much better value.

Went down to the Keys as I was visiting the Miami area and wanted something to do. Saw the trains and inquired about the cost so my party and I tried it. Our Tour Guide Frank was A-1. Learned a lot about the history of the Keys, the Conch Republic and Flagler. Highly recommended 👌.

Fun & informative tour. It was nice to ride through Key West and learn about the history & stories. The stops were close to various attractions. We easily found our way around on foot after departing the train. Key West is beautiful!

This tour was just ok, unfortunately. The train was comfortable enough and had a route that took us to popular attractions in the area. But the guide seemed quite bored and there was a lack of historical details about the city. We found ourselves ready to exit halfway through due to boredom.

So much fun. We went around the full loop and then got back on to visit the Hemingway house. Our first tour guide was personable and made the excursion wonderful.

I pay the money for this. The city has downtown buses that make a loop to everywhere downtown you might want to go and it is free and it is air conditioned and it's a lovely ride. You can get on and off as many times as you like at as many different locations as you might want to go to. So it makes absolutely no sense to pay for any of these tour buses that drive you around downtown especially those that don't have air conditioning and just have a roof over your head.

The tour was pricy, but totally worth the money! We rode it a few times (bought the second day pass) and by far our favorite guide was Chief, he was a super nice guide so look for him!

I really agree that you should do this tour, first thing, when you get to Key West. This tour gives you a good idea of the layout of the key while giving some really cool historical fact about the island and some of the builders and also the founders. We had Gabriel, for our driver, and we was very informative and maybe a little funny. 😎. He definitely knew a lot about the place.

Kenny was our driver and he was absolutely the best!! He gave a great tour and added extra information along the way and has lived in Key West his entire life. I would highly recommend a tour on the Conch train with Kenny!!

It was a great mini tour of Key West. The train paths are a little confusing to figure out where you start and end which made our ride complicated but the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to families and seniors.

Enjoyed the train and the tour. Highly recommended. Bonus for me...the trains are actually Jeeps underneath. CJs and YJs. 😮😁😎Cool beans.
