This was my third visit as a part of my maintenance plan. The attention to my oral health and hygiene was exceptional. Felix again exceeded all expectations. He provided an individualized treatment plan leaving my teeth white and my gums nourished. And did I mention the bamboo eco-friendly toothbrushes? Bravo again and again. The benefits continue. Thanks Felix, well done!

I'm newer in the area and just got dental insurance, so I was looking for a dentist. Old Town Dental got me in quickly and were very nice. The dental hygienist, Felix was very nice and great at his job. Dr. Mullens was quick and friendly as well. A couple things I will mention are: the rooms need some upkeep as there were wires hanging out of the wall in the room I was in. Also, another change would be to share an estimate of costs prior to starting the work just so the patient and company are on the same page as to what is expected to be billed/paid at the end of services. I didn't owe anything, which is great, but other dental offices back home would show you an estimate prior to starting the work so there were no surprises after. Just a thought, otherwise looking forward to working with Old Town Dental moving forward.

I was surprised how much has changed since my last cleaning six months ago. All new staff except Dr. Mullen, and the office is remodeled with new equipment. I was always happy with the customer service I have received from the previous staff, however the new staff are all exceptional as well. I have not met the new Dentist that owns Old Town Dental now, but I know Dr. Mullen is an exceptional dentist. I have had extensive work done by Dr. Mullen and plan to continue receive my dental care at this office.

Exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, caring and informative. It was great to have my crown replaced within a couple of hours - painless and perfect! I am so happy I choose OTD and Dr. Mullen for dental care in Key West.

Imagine taking the day off of work because you have major dental anxiety and then arriving to the dentist, only to wait almost 3 hours to be actually worked on because NO ONE knows your case or has communicated with you. I should have trusted my instincts and left, honestly… but Dr. Mullen came so highly recommended. Too bad I’ve never seen him. My appt. was at 1pm. I’m still here. It’s almost 6pm. I’m starving. My dog needs to be fed and let out. I’m exhausted. And… I’ve paid over $800- *with* good dental insurance. Y’all. Make sure you check your treatment plans WELL because insurance does cover treatment…just not always the most expensive “all in one day” treatment that’s supposedly the best, except not because I’m still here. Waiting. And I have somewhere to be tonight. This is super frustrating.

There has been changes in staff, I have always loved Old Town Dental but this last visit wasn’t as pleasant. I got a call a couple hours before my appointment that I confirmed twice stating my dental tech Zena wasn’t going to be available for my cleaning, asked if someone else could clean my teeth which I agreed to because things happen. I had come to enjoy my visits with Zena, she has always been very kind and did a great job. This cleaning I was told I need X-rays done (never mentioned before), the other dentist retired so new dentist is taking over and that Zena and another dental tech ‘left to pursue other opportunities’. It was just a lot of surprises, and my new dental tech isn’t as cordial. I will still give them a chance as I believe these are recent changes and at the end of the day what matters is if they do a good job at a fair price. I’ve always been semi afraid of doctors and dentist so those friendly and welcoming people of the past really helped me feel comfortable, and they always explained what needed to be done so there were no surprises.

Had a fantastic experience at Old Town Dental yesterday for my semi-annual cleaning and x-rays. The cleaning was was totally pain free (and I have tons of plaque so this is very unusual) and the x-rays were quick and painless. It was truly a wonderful experience visiting the dentist this time!!

Had all-day dental work done. Great to get it done without any temporary fixtures and a return trip. Dr. Mullen is a terrific dentist with a very friendly persona,

I would give this 0 stars if I had the option to. I have had my own dental insurance for over 12 years and I have NEVER had to pay anything out of pocket. I suddenly come here and I'm charged $67 for a cleaning. They were 35 minutes late to take my appointment and when I went to the reception stand they said "Oh, we didn't know you had to go back to work" and took me then. It doesn't matter if I had anywhere to go, if I have an appointment, and they're available at that time, I should have been taken back to the chair. I was also never seen by the dentist because he/she was backed up. I paid more than ever for a dentist appointment and I didn't even get to meet the dentist. Stay away and find a different dentist. Awful customer service, poorly trained staff, and "too busy" to meet their clientele.

My dentist & dental hygienist were fabulous, explained what needed work & the type of work I need. I was scared, but they helped me through it. Now just to save some money to pay for my upcoming procedures, and I am confident that they will save my teeth!! They even offer payment plans to fit my needs! The office was clean, professional, and organized, something rarely encountered these days! For the first time in my life, I’m looking forward to them correcting my tooth issues without fear. I have no doubt that they will do an excellent job! Plus they take my cruddy insurance!! They also did my first oral exam in a matter of days, not months! OldTown Dental is my new and dedicated dentist office!

Felix is great, always feel welcomed. I have referred my family members and employees to old town dental and everyone has been satisfied. It's not always easy going to the dentist, but they make it easy and comfortable.

Highly Recommend ! Amazing Staff! I came in with an emergency, I wasn't a patient yet and didn't have an appointment. They received me right away, I barely waited 10 min. The staff also made sure to work with my insurance so I didn't end up with a big medical bill (thank you!!). I had severe dental anxiety and was crying the whole time. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and took great care of me. I had to get an extraction and was so so anxious, but they were able to calm me down and put me in control of the procedure which made a massive difference. I also recommend getting the nitro gas if you are panicking. It went from a traumatic experience to an amazing time on the dentist chair, cannot recommend it enough haha. I am no longer afraid of the dentist thanks to Old Town Dental, and it's a pleasure to visit for my dental care. Thank you so much! - Lucie

I have been taking my Daughter here for years. The Appointments always run on time. The Dentist’s and Staff have always been helpful, friendly and accommodating to any changes needed. I would highly recommend. Also, my Daughter still has zero cavities and she’s 12 years old!

All the staff members gave me excellent care from their greetings through to the exam. They were all considerate and friendly but most of all caring and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. A+

Dr Arif was very knowledgeable, and concerned about saving as much of my tooth as possible. He was gentle and explanatory throughout my procedure. He also let me know what I needed to do to elongate the life of my crown. The facility was immaculate and the rest of the staff friendly and helpful. Great office all around.

Easy to make appointments and first rate service by all the folks there. Hygienist Angie did one of the best, most thorough, yet virtually painless cleaning I have ever had! Doc Mullen was awesome as usual! Most strongly recomnend these folks!

I had two fillings done recently and while it's never a pleasant experience for me, it wasn't bad at all. My gums were so numb with the topical meds before getting the actually shot of numbing, I didn't feel the shots at all! The staff is all very friendly and I highly recommend this office!

My husband and I were totally satisfied with our dental experience. Office staff was helpful and pleasant. Hygienists took their time and did a great job on cleaning our teeth. Dentist was friendly and patient and did not make us feel rushed. Overall experience was great.

No one likes going to the dentist. However, my first time at your office with Dr Mullin went great. Staff was extremely helpful. I now have a new Dentist 🦷 for future needs.

Anxious during the entire procedure. The medication given to me before the procedure did not help, even though I informed the dentist that my medical records indicate that I have a high tolerance to medication. I'm not sure the nitrous works at all. After the procedure, pain medication was proscribed, but was not available, but a substitute was. That prescription was not filled until the next morning, even though I was assured that it would be available. When I spoke to the office manager the next day she continually deflected, almost to the point of blaming me saying that for most people Motrin is enough. Not even the slightest bit of understanding or empathy. I am truly not looking forward to next weeks procedure, which is even more invasive and involved. Update: Several weeks have passed since my review. There was a fair amount of miscommunication during my first two visits. Throughout my subsequent visits, the dentist and staff have gone out of their way to make instructions clear, and provide the best level of comfort. I still have quite a few follow up appointments in my future and am confident Old Town Dental will provide excellent care.

First time going to Old Town Dental. The facility is very clean and has high tech equipment. Both the hygienist and dentist were professional, sincere and gentle. Will continue to go to this group. Highly recommend.

Old Town Dental is the best dentist in KW. After a bad experience at another dentist, I called OTD and was seen the same week for an exam and cleaning. I then was scheduled promptly to have two crowns replaced by Dr. Mullen. He was informative about the procedure and very gentle. From the front staff to the hygienists and Dr. Mullen they we're all very friendly.

Excellent customer service!! Everyone is very nice there and they make you feel welcome at home . I will recommend 💯 I’m surprised this dental office in key west that everyone speck Spanish and their services is outstanding appointments are fast & going. It was my first time there and they saw me the next day . they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all … . Oh and those who has Medicaid they also take patients there as well . I’m very appreciated with Old town dental. I will see them again thank you see you soon thanks again! 😄👍

Awesome establishment! The staff is fantastic, Dr. Mullen is super personable, knowledgeable and experienced. I didn't feel pressured at any point by sales, nor did I feel unheard. Beautiful facility in a beautiful part of town. Highly recommend!
