Excellent customer service with English/Hebrew speaking customer service people who really know their stuff...Eli is amazing!!! More phones, accessories, than I have ever seen in any cell phone store here in Israel. Also plenty of extra electronics to choose from and good service helping you find what you are looking for and usage tips...Just can't say enough about this store it is fantastic!!!

Fabulous phone store that services and repairs your phone while you wait, as well as provides you with all the accessories you could ever want! Staff is very friendly and speaks both Hebrew and English fluently, so you should have no problems with communication. I was very satisfied during my last visit and hope to visit again soon!

I'm always wary of the little electronics and phone stores, and worried about getting ripped off by a fast-talking salesperson. I've had the occasion to visit Cellular-e several times recently, and each time I was impressed by the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service, and the fair prices. I have now made several purchases there, and this morning they fixed a set of headphones for me -- which I didn't even buy there -- at no cost as a courtesy. The fact that they are fluent English-speakers is also comforting. I recommend them MOST highly!

Beyond amazing, life saving help. While I tried (in the correct whatsapp instruction) to transfer my Wife's whatsapp from old iphone to new android, it choked, and I had a real real big problem. Thank G-d I brought it to cellular-e, and with much fighting, and work, they recovered the data and got the new phone working, with many challenges along the way. I am an engineer. Their technical ability, and persistence to figure out the problems were beyond amazing, and in my opinion uncommon. I hope no one ever needs to go to them in a phone meltdown, but if needed, they are definitely the address. Thank you Cellular-e staff for recovering our phone and the critical data, that is priceless. I can't express the gratitude necessary, the need for that data recovered is indescribable.
