Bad service, long wait, worse than average food and lack of attention and intrest from the waiters.

The worst japanika I have ever been to. Both times I went the sushi rice was over cooked. Had reservation for 8, in advance, with notice 5 year customer celebrate 5 years Aliya, wanted to use Club points - no objections presented beforehand. Only 6 attended and after some had left & bill presented were told Club Points could only be used for 3(THREE) meals at a time!!??!!? Neither shift, branch, nor Regional Marketing Manager would negotiate, despite warning of boycott blacklist and "burning" on social media. The service was irresponsible, negligent and inattentive. Food was passable. Bill remaining: 560 NIS ₪ (for 3 not cover by Points. Not worth the price nor attitude!

I loce sushi and that was the place. Japanika serves u a great sushi experience. The waiters are great and the food comes pretty fast. Think they need to work more on how the resturants looks. Cause it foesnt look like a 🇯🇵 restaurant.. but loved it

Japinika is a very good resturant.. We enjoyed very much.. The staff is very high politness ..and all the time trying to be perfect in every thing The food is very tasty..and decorated with alovely way..

The staff is so kind and welcoming, the food is simply delicious and the vibes of the place is so chill and calm.

This review is only for take out. The food is almost always good. However, their mobile app is the worst I have ever seen for arestaurant. It is impossible to use it without the whole order either deleted or canceled. Lately I started calling the call center which is less convenient but still better than the app. Generally, a good sushi place.

in the last time they very dissapointing , delivery always on late , food always came cold , the sauces always poured in the bag , they didn't used to be like that , very dissapointed

We made an order for NIS 600!! The food arrived half an hour late. We ate cold food! In addition to that when the food arrived it did not arrive as we ordered it. Lots of items were missing! do not recommend!!!!
