Fantastic time in this hostel. Owner (Moti) goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. This creates a great vibe in the hostel and makes the guests feel very much at home. Cleanliness not perfect but ok. Cute place, very small but it is making that you make easy connections with other travellers. I was very dissapointed when i arrived to learn that there is totally no staff. I had to just choose a bed, beg to the other travellers for the wifi, nobody evern checked if i payed. There are people 'living' in the place and they helped and were really kind. Still, they are not paid for running this place and any staff could have been appriciated. Wonderful place in Jaffa. The hosts are genuine and treat you like family, the breakfast is delicious, and the interior of the hostel is authentic old Jaffa architecture. A real treat! The only downside is that it is far from the downtown and main Tel Aviv beaches, but it is generally near the Central Bus Station, the Jaffa Markets, and the venues for big gay parties such as Forever. You will want to figure out the busses or scooter systems if you plan on spending most of your time in the center of the city, or enjoy the 45 minutes to 1 hour of walking alongside the world's best coastline. All in all, it is a wonderful stay, and should be on your list.

The gold tile floors fancy sliding glass door clean bathrooms and shower and quaint rooms are a winner for me. They got out of there way to accommodate guests..

Abed is a top bloke, floor could do with a vacuum (hoover) but other than that this place was perfect. Really good people in the hostel as well.

The Polihosts host (Motti) is really great and welcoming, he makes sure you are comfortable when you enter. Cozy, but very modern stylish place with good breakfast. Room was nice, with big bed, and good comforter and since the room is locked, there's an adjustable humidifier. Though I wish there was another bathroom available. I don't care if it's private, I just wish there was more than 2 for the whole hostel. But otherwise, great location.

Very friendly host who saved our trip! We had mistakenly booked for Yom Kippur where we had no chance to get to Jaffa. The host was super cooperative and found a solution for us while he could have been easily persisting on keeping the booking. I hope we have the chance to visit his place on another occasion.
