High prices for poor quality food. The pasta was salty, the fettuccine tasteless and the wine glass came ready without the bottle being brought to the table to prove the chosen label. The service was very good with attentive, polite and friendly staff. Although highly recommended, it was not a good experience.

Very good restaurant. The menu is limited but there is a good choice. For starters, the asparagus with polenta was the best. Also liverwurst and salads. As a main course, the T bone was very good, except that I asked for it medium and it came out medium to cooked. The hamburger, fish and risotto seafood were good choice of other dinners. The desserts are all very good. The atmosphere well decorated and pleasant.

Everything was top notch in this restaurant. The food was excellent and the Service was spectacular. Will definitely go back !

The place is located in a deserted area but it worth it. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. You can park outside the restaurant and if there isn't space you have an option to pay a parking lot near by. I highly recommend the starter dish with the tuna that we took, can recall the name of it.

I consider myself a foodie…and I know alot about the food industry and restaurants in general. I want to give 2 thumbs up to Republic! The high quality of the produce, the flavors that complemented them where perfect. Nothing was over done or over processed. They understand that simplicity is the key, and they nailed it on the head. Great service and good ambience. I will definitely go back there again.

This restaurant gets a rating of below zero. We arrived at a time of the restaurant quarter full. Despite there being places all over we were seated right next to the service stand, where staff were discussing personal matters, and we requested to move. They had to check if we could sit anywhere else. They then did us a favor to take our order. I ordered a hamburger ( medium) which arrived completely charred on the outside and sort of pink outside. I usually never return food, but as eating burn't food is not an option, they objected to returning it. The cook refused to prepare another hambrger, but agreed to a different dish. I ordered salmon which came with the skin burn't and the fish was dry and tasteless. The service was reprehensible, the waitress threw our plates on the table when serving the food. She said she would bring me a salad and fresh lemon which I am still waiting for.

Republic in Hod Hasharon was a delightful experience. The menu's variety, from fresh salads to mouthwatering pastas and meats, caught my attention. Opting for the beef filet, I was amazed at its perfect preparation. The ambiance was pleasant, even though acoustics could be improved. While prices are on the higher side, the quality of food and the inviting atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice.

Big disappointment, our first and last time. No ability to change mkst of the dishes, so to people that are sensative to coriander there are no fish optiins. No flexibility, the atmosphere is noisy, prices are high with no justification. My recommendation is to chose another restaurant

Great food, also with gluten-free menu and lots of delicious gluten-free options. Great service with professional and caring staff. The restaurant itself is beautiful too, although the location isn’t the best.

The food was tasty, some portions were very large, some significantly smaller. Service was nice. Menu is a little pricy.

We ordered several appetizers which were great. The main dishes on the other hand were less of a success two were good, and two were less so. We did return one of the dishes and were not charged for it. Desserts were good as well. Service was excellent and efficient. The acoustics in the restaurant itself are really bad. It was so noisy, we had to practically shout to hear one another.

As we sat at the bar where were greeted by the staff with a warm welcome & smile. When I asked for a gin & tonic the bartender tailored me a special one made of imported Japanese gin & it was great. Great experience! Celebrated birthday together with all the family (14 peoples). Service was great during a busy friday night, the food was very good with no mistakes. The restaurant is well decorated and overall it gives you TLV vibe outside the city. Pricing is reasonable due to the fact that the dishes big enough.

Beautiful hidden gem in Hod Hasharon, exceptional service and great food. The only down side is as all Israeli restaurants, price of alcohol is ludicrous... 32 nis for 330 cc beer?!?!. Aside that highly highly highly recommend

Wow! It was just great. We had a Friday dinner and we tried various of meals and anything was so tasty. The starters, main courses, desserts and cocktails. It took them some time to serve the food but the overall experience was very good. Don't forget to book a table in advance. As for the price, a bit pricey but the value for money was OK
